Made an appointment online for a flu shot at 11:30 for my wife and I. Got checked in at 11:15 and hung out in the waiting area. Person after person got called in before us. They were taking walk-ins we were assuming. 12:45 rolled by and we still hadnt been called in. We spoke with another couple that said their appointment was at 12:00. The person called them back before us. The couple (very sweet) asked the person to let us go first. Employee was defensive and said No, no. We are getting people as they come in. The couple apologized to us, definitely not their fault. The employee was rude. What was the point of making an appointment if they are just gong to ignore the time blocks? Never going to Costco for this every again.Also bought some blueberry muffins. They were moldy.

Avoid peak hours, especially weekends. Not as bad as most locations but can get busy. It would be nice if there was someway to view store stock online since some seasonal items are gone in a few days of showing up in the store.

As always, it was clean, well stocked, fellow customers were patient even cheerful, and employees were easy to locate and very helpful. Masks required.

Costco consistently nice to shop at, the much shorter belt designs help with covid social distancing and lots of extra registers stacked up and the candy wall pushed back allowed more room for members to navigate to registers during heavy front end activity. I find great deals in the hardlines but I have to go often to find the closing is item deals which kinda sucks but thats how they do it so Ill take what I can get. Thanks for masking up Costco!

The cashier was delightful. Great attitude. Out of three items, but Ill call them seasonal...Mexican coke, dads rootbeer and canned mushrooms. Quick in and out

Costco is my favorite store. They carry quality items,, their return policy is second to none. My only complaint is they encourage impulse buying. Sometimes when you see something that you want you should buy it because when the item is gone they may never have it again or not for another year.

Costco is awesome, it has everything! Also, samples are back which is awesome! Costco is has cheap prices for items in bulk, lots of variety to pick from, produce is fresh, friendly employees, monthly discounts on items as well. The food court is great and so is the gas station!

Just want to say thank you to Michelle H, customer service person in merchandise return. I had never return merchandise, but Michelle help me explain certain things I did wrong, she was professional, l didnt have my Costco card to exchange my return, didnt have my credit card for which I made the purchase, I told her my husband had it. She ask me for my phone and pull up my information. Then I was able to finish my transaction, Michelle ask if I needed a copy of my card she took my picture and give it to me. It was a very pleasant experience, although Costco was very busy, Michelle was able to remain cordial and professional, thanks Michelle H for your kindness and great customer service.

I went to the Costco in Covington Washington. They no longer carry the organic tomato products that I like. The coffee that I used to get there, the organic varieties, are now only available online apparently at a higher price. But the people were nice. 😁

This Costco is way less busy than the Tukwila location. Both are about the same distance from my house but going forward I will be going to the Covington location. Not only was this location less busy there were more employees available to help and assist. The store cleanliness was above expectation, and they had employees out sanitizing the store. The shelfs are clearly marked with items and prices as well as quantity restrictions so no surprises at the register. Irene was our cashier and she greeted us, was polite and engaged in conversation. Overall a great location and the parking lot is structured way better than other locations.

I like this Costco. Neat and friendly service. Parking is not bad as well. Compared to others.

This place is just like other Costcos. The best thing about Costco is their return policy -- you can return anything, without questions or fuss. Its so reassuring. I once returned a $1,600 pavilion because the instructions were poor and it was hard to put together. Most stores would have charged a fee or imposed other issues. I didnt even put all the structural pieces back in the box. Costco accepted the return and processed everything in just a few minutes!

Costco - as always the best!! Great prices and quality products. This time of year there is a great selection of seasonal grocery items, plants, patio furniture and accessories. Bit crowded though. We always buy enough items to last two months including snacks for kids, home improvement tools for the Mr, some clothes for me 😃

This is the best Costco in the area in my opinion. While busy, we always get parking relatively close and never have to wait long to check out. The staff is always great too - the store is clean and well stocked.

I love this Costco. I have an injured back and had to go buy dog and bird feed. Everything weighed over 40 pounds each and I cant lift the containers any longer. At the door I was told to find a red vested supervisor who would helped me, that not only pulled the bags/boxes, but pushed the cart, and loaded the merchandise into my car.THANKS KYLE!!!! Your customer service with a smile was VERY appreciated!

I have been a Costco customer for more than 20 years. In general, I like the Costco customer service and Costco employees’ attitude towards customers. However, on July 26, 2021, I experienced just an opposite treatment. I had terrible and unprofessional customer service with very bad attitude towards customers at Covington, WA Costco. I am a 67-year-old retiree was denied buying alcohol because I didn’t have ID with me. How is it possible not to see that I am older than 21 years? It looks for me that this Costco employees don’t have any common sense and try to abuse their position of power towards their clients. I was denied the service even after Costco manager checked my age using my Costco ID with my photo on computer that proved that I am 67 years old. It was also very bad that Covington Costco employees try to avoid any responsibilities for their behavior or actions by not giving their business cards or their full names. I asked them about this multiple times without any success. They gave me only their first names that are completely useless for their identifications among this Costco employees. I spoke with two managers and one employee. Behavior all of them was very unprofessional, rude and hostile towards me. I was not sure that I had such bad treatment from this Costco employees because I am an immigrant, and my English language is not perfect. Anyway, it was a very upsetting experience!

Liked the layout better than the one in. Federal Way or Spokane.

Stopped to get toilet paper; completely out of stock and no notice when you walk in - guess they forgot how to order and stock appropriately and when you see a run on something, to put a purchase limit.

I am attempting to make others aware.I have purchased three laptop computers from COSTCO, and have never been able to get them working as well as my friends who have purchased elsewhere. All of the laptops I purchased are top or just under top of the available ones from Costco. All of them are intel core i7 chip microprocessors with high level display systems. I have been watching my latest Dell trying to start-up for the last two hours and it still is not available to me for my simple task I started it for.My Wife has an apple tablet that makes all my computers and my Samsung tablet look bad. I am getting tired of wasting my money.Don’t wast your money on all this junk, like I have done.

Amazing store with a wide variety of groceries, furniture, appliances, and electronics. This Costco also has a food court with excellent food for a very good price. If you ever have a problem the customer service here is fantastic.

As a traveller Ive been to a couple of Costcos and normally coming from east coast it is nice to see consistent quality. Unfortunately I cant say the same for this location Id advise you simply go to the Issaquah location with workers that have been more carefully selected and better options in stock. Grumpy staff, dirty food court.

I generally dont have issues here, it was nice that they already had signage up notifying people about the WA state mandate that was starting Monday. As well as signage at the entrance letting members know of outages.

This is My Costco. Always friendly, at times busy. Best time is weekdays before 4pm, busy Friday-Sunday. Selection does rotate but staples are always there and at better quality than normal stores.

I love that they are still enforcing masks with how busy they get. I do wish they would enforce proper sanitation with their employees however. I have had a cashier twice now with gloves on that doesnt change them between customers. Today she had holes in the gloves and they had clearly been on all day. Which means she hasnt been washing or sanitizing her hands and is passing who knows what from customer to customer.

Stopped in for gas. Ended up leaving with a Blink security camera bundle. Wireless. Included mounts for all four cameras.We are going to return it and get a different system.We just dont need four cameras.And there is no doorbell camera with this system. It has okay night vision. Okay resolution.If thats all you need. Thisll work for you.

I swung by to pick up some flowers for my sweetie. I have always been satisfied with the quality of them and there is usually a reasonable selection to choose from.

Days of the week Thursday arrived at approximately 1 pm. Got what I needed I was in and out in 15 minutes. As always a good pricing quick check out addition of self checkout Lanes.

This Costco is smaller than the others. But they do have everything that you need. Its great having a Costco in Covington. Its crazy how everyone doesnt shop here, everything that you need is in bulk and are almost same prices as in regular grocery stores. For the smaller items. Savings are in the prices and sizes of every item you buy. If you were to buy a pork tenderloin at a regular grocery store, you can buy 2 for the same price as one here. The quality is better also.

I had a good experience with Costco though in the first place I got confused on the requirements to be able to do shopping. I got excellent and fast membership registration which then enabled me to select my items, pay for them and leave. Thank you Costco for the wonderful work.

Casco, with all its branches that I visited, and I still visit it in several wonderful areas, in which everything is available from clothes and household appliances, foodstuffs, kitchen items, in all its details, bathroom items, even furniture, electrical appliances. Sleep, bed, or whatever I need for my house, because Casco goods are guaranteed and the prices are great

Costco Wholesale is an awesome place to go they always have everything you need their customer service is outstanding when you need help getting something down or Loudoun something into your cart. They sell in bulk so I dont have to go back to the store every week for something I run out of. Business Costco in Fife pre wraps all the muffins and pastries and everything for sale at 7-Eleven which makes it very convenient to put in your freezer and take one on the go cuz theyre pre-wrapped for no extra charge thank you Costco

What can I say, its a Costco: big and busy. Lots of parking but can fill up early on peak shopping days and times. Usually store is well stocked, usually has lots of lines open to get visitors through fairly quickly. Hearing aid center has very knowledgeable staff, prices are low compared to others, can make appointments, hearing test is free. Pharmacy can be a bit of a wait, but easy to drop first, do shopping and pick up later. Vision center has lots of frame selections, here again, knowledgeable staff. FIrst come, first serve, if have a prescription and just ordering glasses. Like this store better than others weve visited.

Love this costco.I always compare this to the one in tukwila and im blessed its so close by. It fairly busy but not as busy as other locations. They have amazing employees and my family and I enjoy going here.They always have items available and check-outs are very quick

I pulled up to the tire shop door 4 minutes after closing with a nail in my tire. A leak so bad you could hear it leaking over top of the sound of my diesel. The bay doors were still open. Workers still inside. A man came over and said we are closed. I asked him if they could please fix my tire. sorry sir, we are closed but I will ask my supervisor. The manager came out heard my tire going flat, looked at it and then said he would have to check with the store manager. To get approval to help me.By the way by this time my tire was almost Flatt, they could have already had it off and fixed by now. He came back and told me to bring it back in the morning and the would take care of it. I told him I bought the tires there I had a warranty through them. He repeated to me to come back in the morning. He then offered to put air into my tire. I declined being irritated at the lack of customer service. He then wished me luck, walked back inside and closed the door on me. I will not not recommend saving a buck or two on tires, spend a little more and go somewhere that offers good customer service.

This store is clean and well organized and perfect for all your bulk shopping needs. The membership fees are well worth the amount in discounts you will save it you shop here regularly! Customer service is a plus here, as well. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful!

4 stars because the cashier was not in a good mood! He was not friendly with the order gentleman in front of me. And when I put my things on the conveyor belt, he slid one of the bags of chips hard enough that it flew off the register area. Other than that, parking was great and it wasnt super crowded! It was a pleasant experience for the most part.

Overall excellent customer service. However, there was a very strong emphasis on forcing me to apply for a Visa membership even after I stated that I was not interested in a Visa card. Other than that, it was a very pleasurable experience! Dont sleep on their ice cream in the food court - its flipping incredible 👌

Costco is my fave place to stock up, great deals on certain items, i always purchase soaps, laundry items, things ill use consistently, worth the money, product lasts longer

Love costco they always got what I need and introduce me only to product that I will love. On time I went there and I couldnt find the ketchup so asked an employee that looked like he was about to do another task. In my mind I though he was not going to help me, cause I kind of interrupted him, but he was super nice and got out of his way to help me. Honestly best service ever.

I love costco food, i’ve always gone here as a child. i haven’t gotten their ice cream in a while, so it was disappointing for what i received after such a long time. the ice cream first impression looks amazing, though it doesn’t seem like ice cream at all. the texture and weight of it is definitely not ice cream. i’m not sure what happened to their mixture but they definitely added too much whip cream because it feels like i’m eating just a glob of whip cream. it’s not creamy at all and feels so thick :(.maybe they just messed up the mixture for this one but it won’t completely discourage me from trying another time.

Im always happy with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

One of my favorite locations. Parking lot feels pretty safe and the employees have always been nice. I also like what they stock at this location. I dont like what Costco is doing with their food menu, but its for the better good of us Costco shoppers.... Plus you can still go buy your own polish dogs. Lines arent ever that crazy even on the weekend. They do their best to get you in and out.

Seems weird to give a review to Costco but here I go. I know some dont care for this place and complain about crowds but I love Costco. I love it because they carry really decent items across the board and have hired some really talented people. You can tell that they hold a high bar and if you dont meet it then you dont work there. Its very very rare to find a grumpy employee there and to me that makes such a huge difference. Having a good attitude is free people! Just do it. Anyways, thank you.

This Costco is unfortunately the step child of the Costco family. Its inventory and availability is far less than any other Costco in the region. Head either direction on Hwy 18 and either go to Fed Way or Issaquah. Totally different (and better) experience.

Shop here all the time, and trust their products, if only they had smaller portions even on a few things would be helpful.

Been going here since it opened customer service is great it has gotten much busier in the past year.
