Salesperson, Scott, was very patient and helpful. Window World of Joliet came in with the best price out of about 6 local quotes. I had 15+ windows replaced (two install dates) in early and mid 2021. The windows are operating well and I definitely notice an improvement in room temperature (previous windows were 25 years old). My only negative comment would be that their customer service could be better. One representative answering calls and emails was not very professional. Overall, I am happy with the windows so far - best price - windows look good and operate well.

My first go around was in June 2020 had half windows replaced and 2 storm doors. Very smooth and efficient. My second go around not so much. They forgot the shutters and the garage door due to the error in paperwork. This will be their third time coming out for my garage. Not a lot of communication.

Our experience with Window World was excellent. We purchased 12 new windows and a new front door. From the beginning with our sales associate Zach things started off great. BRIAN HOPKINS is the owner. He is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever experienced. I have sought resolutions to his poor attempts to complete our door installation (took 8 weeks to finish the job). He is rude, dismissive, and threatening on the phone. He does not appreciate consumers nor does he want to help fix issues that occur when they are presented.

They did an amazing job - were clean, professional and polite. Exceeded expectations. The crew helped us to make some aesthetic decisions that vastly improved the finish look of the windows. We replaced every window and the front entry door. We have had many compliments from our neighbors since and we couldn’t be happier with Window World and their staff.

First, I had 2 sliding doors and 3 windows replaced in my town home. I was so happy with them. I had the rest of my windows replaced. Ive been very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and the professionalism of the installers. The salesperson was very helpful and there was no pressure, which I appreciate. Everyone I have talked to has been friendly and helpful.

I read tons of reviews about how good this company is but my first impression was less than pleasant. Signs all over the outside of the building saying were open only to be told upon arrival that its appointment only and that normally there are sales people here but not today, as Im standing outside on the phone. A few of my neighbors recommended you, but first impression of the person answering the call wasnt what I would call memorable. Hoping this isnt normal practice.

I have previously used the service and they provided excellent service. This most recent go round was not the same experience. There was an extreme delay in receiving the actual windows, with little follow up from the company. This pushed window install into Winter. Then after waiting several Weeks beyond the promised install time frame, damage was caused to the internal window well. I took pictures and reached out to the company post Install, but have yet to hear anything back. While I like the product....I am very disappointed with the lack of follow up considering the amount of money that has been spent and the evidence of known damage has been presented. We had all the windows installed in December 2019 .I wanted to wait and see if I could tell a difference in the winter and summer. Im very pleased to say the windows are great the house felt warmer in the winter and I can feel a difference standing in the window now its 80 degrees out and I cant feel the heat from the sun through the windows. Back in 2011 1 of my friends recommended window world to me. So I called them and had 10 windows replaced at that time. And I was very satisfied with their work and the clean up. Then in 2013 I had my French doors replaced with theirs. I love that the blinds were in between the glass. The doors are gorgeous. The people in the office are very friendly and the staff who installs the windows/doors are very friendly. I highly recommend them.

We had our windows done last year by Window World of Joliet. Everything went smoothly with the install. They were on-time and everything went as expected.This year, unfortunately we had a large window above our garage, one that we had replaced, leaking into our garage. We called them expecting somewhat of a hassle with getting someone out to check them out for us, but we were able to schedule for someone to come out the next day. When they came out, the guy ( I cant remember his name, reddish hair, wears a bandana, but deserves a lot of credit here for communication and thoroughness) was incredibly nice, responsive, and apologetic, ensuring that he would have his team out early the following week to replace all of the windows as well as any damaged wood and drywall in the garage that had been damaged as well. They were here for two days replacing everything as needed and patching drywall.Although the window did leak, we chalk it up to the window itself and not the install, and were very pleased with the responsiveness of the team. Would definitely recommend and use them again for any windows needed in our future.

I recently had a window damaged while I wasnt home. Window world was amazing from the first day of reaching out to them. Top notch customer service from the person on the phone to the estimate, and all the way to the install day. They were at my house at 8am prompt like they said today, and had my window done by 1030. The installer was completely professional and did amazing work. You would never know this window had been replaced and wasnt the original to the house. It matches the rest of my windows perfectly. And being in a room on the second story above the garage, the room never reached temperature because of the poor builder grade windows that came with the house. Not even an hour after the installer leaves and the room is 2 degrees cooler than what I have the house set at for a/c. Amazing. Really has me considering replacing other windows in the house and maybe a new sliding door to my backyard. If your gonna buy a window, Window world is the place to go to when your ready. The rep was very informative and thoroughly when breaking down the cost, he even helped us prioritize and they offered to honor a coupon for a whole year if we called them back to finish the project.The installers went above and beyond, kept the house clean and in order when they finished. Salesman met me at my house for an estimate.. Pretty much made me feel like the house wasnt worth it. I have been rehabbing it for a couple months. Really didnt feel that he wanted the sale. At the end he asked about the other bids, and said he was sure they could match it. At no time did he make me feel confident in the services they provide. Much happier with the other contractor. Ill give them my 10 grand.

We called Window World about 2 years ago to have Tom Marvin come out to look at some leaks. We thought we needed new windows, but Tom let us know that wasnt necessarily the case... he was honest with us. We were so impressed that he didnt just try to SELL us something like everyone else, that 18 months later when we did need new windows throughout the entire house, we didnt even call any other companies. Thats half of the good news. The other half, is that Brian and Joe and Tom all worked extremely hard to help us hit our ridiculous deadline. They completed the work ahead of schedule, and on budget. My experience with Window World was excellent! We used them to replace windows in 4 apartment buildings that we had recently purchased. The apartment buildings had the original wooden windows and were in terrible shape. Got some beautiful windows for my condo at a very competitive price. It was also helpful that, because they did a lot of window installations locally, they knew exactly what my HOA requirements were. Everyone at Window World was very professional, from the sales rep to the installers. Very satisfied doing business with them.

I called Window World for an estimate after a recommendation by a satisfied neighbor. The estimator was on time, courteous and efficient. The cost estimate was competitive and so I ordered the windows. After awhile, I noticed that several of the windows seemed to have a seepage issue after strong storms. I contacted the company and the local service technician came out to make adjustments to the windows. After a couple unsuccessful attempts to correct the issue, Mark advised me that the company would replace all the windows, including those that had not shown signs of seepage. He reordered the windows and the new windows were installed three weeks later. In both installations the crews were on time, neat, courteous and cleaned up everything before they left.At first when Mark said they would replace all the windows even those without the issue, I didnt think it would matter that much if all the windows didnt match exactly since they were similar styles.. After the new windows were installed, I realized that it did matter. I would not have been happy with the way they looked if they were mismatched and I appreciate the fact that he made it a point to have them all replaced.Our new windows are a big improvement over the builder-grade windows that came with the house. We have noticed a significant reduction in our AC and heat bills, and they have definitely reduced the amount of outside noise that we hear. Recently we contracted with Window World to have two large sliding glass entry doors replaced. This was not a small job and the crew sent to us spent easily 6 hours at our home. From start to finish, this crew was professional, friendly and efficient, preparing and covering the surrounding work areas, completing installation and cleaning up afterwards. First, Ive never written a review for anything - good or bad. But I wanted to let everyone know that Window World of Joliet is precisely what they advertise and more - Best for Less. I received quotes from 4 other window installers and each of these 4 tried to use high-pressure sales to give me something that I did not want. They also gave me relatively high prices and then called at a later date to try to offer me a lower price. (why didnt they do that when they sat in my kitchen.Window World, on the otherhand, was professional and low-key. Their price list is straight forward and very clear - you know exactly what youre getting and you know the exact price before the salesman leaves the house. There are no extras or surprises.I had some particular and possibly problematic issues with my windows (22 windows) and the two owners (Brian and Mark) worked directly with me to resolve each issue (with no additional cost to me). I visited their office several times and everyone I talked to was always friendly, informative and went out of their way to help. Their commercial is all about family and they really live it.The installers took 2 days to replace my windows and did an incredible job - they never stopped working - no breaks. They cleaned up inside and out - you wouldnt know they were here. They were meticulous with their detail and the windows look great.The house is so quiet now - I cant here outside traffic, kids screaming or dogs barking. We had a surprise snowfall on Sunday and my thermostat was set 4 degrees lower than usual and we were nice and comfortable.The bottom line is that Window World of Joliet is everything they advertise. I would very highly recommend them to replace your windows - Ive already referred 3 neighbors to them.

DO NOT BUY windows from them. We did in 2017 and it took a year to get them to fix gaps large enough to put a nickel through on most of the windows and they still leak as of June 2019. They were here a few weeks ago (June 2019) and admitted they could feel the air coming trough the windows and said windows are supposed to leak. Their repair guy has been out several times and has tried different things to get the leaks to stop and says there is something wrong and they should be replaced but the owner and manufacture say windows are supposed to leak. Said they would talk to their engineers and get back to us and as usual havent heard anything back.

Had old wood windows replaced with window worlds 4000 series and already noticed a difference in cooling the house AC runs half the time it used to and reduced outside noise significantly. Very pleased with whole experience from start to finish and looks amazing!

From sales to installation they were the best reasonable rates the installers were awesome didnt make a mess cleaned up took away old window just awesome I definitely would recommend them

So far the windows have helped drastically to keep the temperature consistent in my home saving us a ton of energy cost of cooling and heating the home. Its also nice to have windows that are easy to be cleaned from the inside.
