I had to walk out of the business today, of course thatwas after they told me they werent going to help me theyd rather go home early. It was kind of a win win situation for both of us as I was frustrated because the man behind the counter was was not in a great mood. I went in to replace my car battery and he immediately said that my car battery was underneath the seat of my car and it was gonna take an hour. I didnt feel like I was arguing but I said I know where my battery is and its not under the car seat you can see it and he said oh you know more than I do apparently right ? I said no but I would be more than happy to show where the car battery is. I do work extremely close to this business and I have had multiple issues with the same facility. I wont be going back there they are way overpriced arrogant and unprofessional.

Brian & Mario are always the best. Have had many vehicles serviced here and never an issue with Roberts.Simple to complex they got you.

Professional service at a fair price.

I brought my car up there because my extended warranty was about to expire and i was having problems with what they fixed in the past. They charged me for a diagnosis. I didnt ask for a diagnosis. I will never come back here.

Best repair shop weve found in the area!

The prices are great also the food was good and served in a timely manner and the service was great.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Roberts. Brian and Mario are upfront and honest and the shops’ techs always provide quality service. I have to pass a fair number of shops to get there but am happy to do so, knowing that I’m going to a shop that isn’t trying to create future work for themselves ( you know, those problems that mysteriously pop up after taking your car to some shops) and will tell you if some repairs can wait for a better time.

Update 1/21/21: Recently moved out of the area. Replaced original tires and requested new mechanic to align the wheels. Mechanic said no need, alignment is perfect! Thank you, Roberts...great work that lasts.Original post (Summer 2018): Brought my Promaster van here (scheduled visit) for an alignment and oil change. Vehicle was serviced promptly and has been running great ever since. Experienced mechanics, fair prices. Will be returning!

Great people friendly knowledgeable and HONEST! I was in Chicago from East Coast and needed work they took me right away and got me underway quickly, politely, & most important Professionally. Safe, Quality, Honest Work! I would recommend them to truck auto and RV drivers.

Was not there

Very quality and fast service! We were on the road, passing through on a work trip. We stopped for lunch. Afterwards our SUV wouldnt start up again. In less than an hour Roberts Auto assessed our situation, replaced the starter and had us back on the road! Good people! Highly recommend!

Great job on the repair. But the parts where way to exspensive and Mario the cashier stated its not allowed to bring your own parts. Other then that i would rate them a 5 🌟

These folks here are very experienced and exceptional in their services and response to calls.

Came in for an $80.00 alignment. Walked out 5 hours later with a bill for $347.00. Said they had to install 4 new bolts to get alignment into specifications. Bolts couldnt cost more than $20.00

Some of the issues I asked them to check did not need repair, they did not try to sell me any parts or labor I did not need, in fact they they repaired a small issue at no charge . Family owned, trust worthy, and knowledgeable techs, I will use them for all my auto repairs and recommend them to family and friends.Expert repairs by knowledgeable techs . I would recommend this repair shop to anyone . Family owned, trustworthy, repairs done right the first time.

As an auto tech, I would scrutinize any place I would have to have work on my own car. While travelling far from home, and needing some front end work, a local tire store recommended Roberts to me.They have a very clean shop with very late equipment. They have heavy truck pits (which I havent seen in 30 years), and they use them to perform work on motorhomes and other larger vehicles.What sets Roberts apart from most shops is chemistry.Brian and Mario run the shop with a level of professionalism and customer service that puts most shops to shame. Their tech staff work hand in hand together, not just together like most shops claim. These guys have a synergy that any customer who visits can see for themselves through the service window.If I ever decided to move to the Chicagoland area, Id apply to these guys immediately. This place takes me back to my very first job at a place that doesnt exist anymore. Once I revealed that I was a tech, we were palling it up in short order. Brian bears a striking resemblance, in looks and voice, to PBS Motorweek car personality Pat Goss. Mario and I chatted up about our respective sports car mods.Good fun all round. Very Highly recommended.
