I had the best experience at this location. Ozzie and Will were amazing, and very helpful. Everyone was very detailed with the service needed and also provided options. All deals and promotions were explored to ensure the best possible pricing. My car felt brand new. I would recommend this location to everyone, it was a great stress free experience.

My wife came in with a flat tire needed repair. Jackie greeted her in a very warm and friendly manner. She took the time went outside with her gathered all information possible. Come to find out the tire needed to be replaced, they talked about prices and quality of the tires. In the end my wife was very satisfied with the service she recieved and the information that was provided and bought all four tire Mavis brand and an alignment. I just had the absolute best experience with Mavis Tires. I went to have a tire fixed and everyone there was kind and efficient. They repaired the tire quickly and didnt charge me a penny. So in terms of every experience I have had with any kind of business this was the absolute best. And I will definitely be back when my car needs any other repairs. My tire light kept coming on and would go off if we put air in the tires. Was able to make an appointment online the night before when other places were booked out for a week. Turns out there was a mail in 1 tire. I was able to wait in the waiting room while they patched my tire. Ozzy was super helpful as well!

Poor, Poor, Poor,. Came in to get an inspection of vehicle. Made an appointment for 1:30 pm and upon arrival a gentleman with a ponytail sort of tall.. just to give a description, I believe his name was Izzy?? Anyway I spoke to someone the previous day and was advise I had an appointment for 1:30pm. Upon arrival no appointment was schedule, so now I have to wait and additional 2 hours before my car was able to be checked. After checking the car the mechanic came back with issue, they were unable to give me price at the time for part and ask me to wait until someone who supplies them call back. After waiting an hour no one called back . So I told the gentleman at the front I had to leave to see a client he said Ill call you tomorrow if they call him back with price. Next day 10/7/2021 no call. So I called and talk to a guy who said he was the manager. I asked him what was the status and he wasnt sure what was going on, no communication between manager and staff. Thereafter the manager said $745.00 for the control arms. When I asked him did it include the labor and additional items he said yes.. Then I asked to talk to the gentleman from the previous day with pony tail.(sorry), he said no it didnt . if you are ever in there he calls every man BOSS which is rude you call a customer by there name or MR, Ms.. I ask him what was the price of additional items such as wheel alignment and he stated $89.99, Im like hold on yesterday you told me $50.00 he said then its $50.00 such a rip-off. By This time he had become frustrated with me asking for a breakdown of bill, such as price of parts and labor, things that matter especially since you are going to charge me over $1,300 to fix. While talking to the front desk guy I said Im sorry what is the break down and total price he rudely states I just told you the price why are you asking again. I then advise him not to be rude to me and that I would take my business else where. Took it to Fernandez auto and they got me great price and very kind and patient. This place all they want is your money.. and the response from the owner is very generic to call some customer service number!!! poor to say the least!! 0 stars for me.

I needed a front brakes job. Ozzie Moore, his staff, and the work done were excellent! The prices were reasonable, there were many payment options, and Ozzie was courteous, informative, and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend Mavis Tires, especially the Crestwood location.

William and Ozzie were very helpful in getting my brakes, rotors and tires on point after going to a different location and it being done completely wrong. Their customer service was impeccable and eased my anxiety. I definitely recommend this location.

I walked in to get two tires, was welcomed by will but when he told me about my tires he seemed to tell me that my vehicle needed a wheel alignment. I noticed he told that to a customer before me and I wasn’t having it. I just recently got a wheel alignment about two weeks before and now he’s telling me I need one. And also when my car was in the shop they did an “inspection” and told me I needed brake pads and rotors all around when I got those done a month ago. Kinda sad to see a place selling services that aren’t required. Won’t be coming here ever again, and would be telling family and friends not to come here.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! I thought I set up an appointment but it was my error in scheduling the appointment so I was a walk-in. They were over booked but they squeezed me in for a full front brake job. Then I couldn’t find the lock for my tire & they helped me resolve that issue. All of the technicians were extremely friendly, funny, wonderful, & the work was impeccable. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR AUTO NEEDS !!!! It was my first time here and they got me in quick. Where as other shops would have taken days. Staff was personable and took care of my alignment a lot quicker than I had expected. If my next visits there are the same I would highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes in Crestwood!

Finished replacing ball joints late on a Saturday but was too late to get an alignment anywhere. Ended up finding Mavis Tire on the internet by accident and they were actually open on a Sunday! Called up the store at 9am when they opened and they told me to come on down. I was expecting to have to leave the car, so I had a ride follow me, but when I got there, Ozzie said he could have me out of there in 45 minutes.... Guess what... I was in and out in 45 minutes! Nice to know i can get service done on a Sunday if I have an emergency.. Ill definitely go back there!

Upon arrival I was greeted in a warn welcoming manner from Ozzie at the service desk who helped me with basic info concerning my brake and rotor issue..i did not feel rushed or mishandled with my lack of vehicle knowledge and he was very patient while i asked billions of questions.Also as i waited shortly abt ten to fifteen minutes, I was also greeted politely by a gentleman named william who would be working on my car who explained to me the condition my car was in.I wasn’t ready for the reasonable expenses today however he explained they offer two types of credit card to help me.. This was my first time coming to this establishment and I think i found a new auto home …Thanks Guys

Why order online when they dont have your tires ready? Its a waste of time. Was told to get new brakes after I just got new brakes a few weeks ago for the front. Employee suggested brakes for all four wheels. Not happening. I can see if it was just for the back. First experience here and maybe the last.

Had I young guy name was will. He helped me out with picking the right tires for my truck. I mostly drive highway so he suggested some Goodyears when my factory tires were Firestone. Dont know much about tires but he explained to me about the tread design and how long they should last. Very informative. Will definitely be coming back to get tires on my wifes car.

I have been doing business with Mavis T & B since they took over from NTB. They were gracious to honor my warranty with NTB and service has been good up to now. I had a very unpleasant experience under the management of William on October 18, 2021. Customer service from Will was very disrespectful and totally unnecessary. On October 15th, the Friday before I purchased a tire, an alignment and tires were rotated. After leaving on way home and driving on Sunday I noticed tires were very loud and noisy. I returned to Mavis on that Monday and stated to Will, the manager about the noise. Will informed me that to check out work that was performed on Friday I would have to wait another 2 hours or he would schedule me to come back 2 or 3 days away. He never stated what the problem could possibly be or anything, and he just was not nice or concerned about the possible correction of something that they did or misdiagnosed. Thus after waiting a hour and a half, I was told by Will that I needed 2 more tires with no explanation as what they discovered and apparently missed on Friday. Of course now I’m feeling with the customer service treatment I have received I would not be purchasing anything there. In result, no apology or explanation as to why this was missed on Friday, especially when selling me an alignment without completion of other needs. I had to ask for a refund for the alignment that was not needed until maybe after mounting the other tires.

My husband and I went in on a Sunday (05/09/2021) to get a new tire. They checked everything out and said it was good to go. The following 2 days I drove it on the highway and I felt like that new tire we got was shaking when I was going over 70mph. My husband checked to see if the weights were on the new tire and they weren’t. I had to go back in on Wednesday (5/12/2021) to get my wheels balanced. They took 4 hours to get it done but it didn’t matter to me as long as they got the job done. Then the next day I went on the highway and again my car was shaking when I was going 70mph. My husband again checked to see if the weights were on the new tire and they weren’t. We went in the 3rd time on Sunday (5/16/2021) to get this done properly and this time around the mechanic actually showed my husband that the weights were on. After that 3rd visit everything was good. This past Thursday (5/20/2021) I got a flat on the new tire we purchased from Mavis. My husband tried to take the tire out to get it fixed but we couldn’t because the lug lock was broken/damaged and no one from Mavis told us it was. Mind you our lug lock was not broken before giving them our car to install the new tire. I called customer service told them the situation and a few days ago the manager William called my husband and asked him to come by that he will patch our tire and give us a new key and that he apologizes for any inconvenience. We go in yesterday (05/27/2021) and he tells us that none of his mechanics could have broken our key and tried to explain to us how he would know one of his mechanics broke our lug lock and his technician was very confident that he didn’t do it. I told him obviously no one is going to admit they did something wrong because they know they will get written up for it. William then said there are cameras in every bay not sure if he actually checked them but either way, he told us he couldn’t give us a new key until he did further investigation. Then he told us he can’t patch our tire because he needs to see how big the hole is and we would need to buy a brand new tire. We then asked about the warranty on it and he stated that his associate didn’t include it which we were never informed about that and we thought it was automatically included. William confirmed his associate didn’t include it and told us we couldn’t get our tire fixed. Instead of going in yesterday to get things resolved he just wasted our time. If I were any of you I wouldn’t go get anything done all they will do is waste your time. And they can’t do their job right the first time nor the second time until the third time. Save yourself from headaches.

I visited Mavis to get my brakes done. They have great customer service and Ken was very helpful and he always had a smile on his face. Ozzie was great as well, great place to go and get anything you need done on your car.

Brought my car there twice. First time they weren’t sure of how big a job it would be or if they could do it so I brought it to Subaru like they suggested. Subaru told me it was just the booster that needed replacing. When I call the guy on the phone was super nice and helpful told me to come back in with my reference number so we can get a price on it. I show up today 7/5/21 and I’m not sure if he was a mechanic or what, but instantly he goes I told you we can’t do it. When I told him Subaru said it’s a fairly easy job he replied with then do it yourself! Excuse me? He also stated the guys on the phone are only sales reps and don’t know what they’re talking about. You shouldn’t have on your building and website you do breaks when clearly you do not!

Worst Customer service. I took in my truck two Saturdays on 9/4 & 9/11 and was never worked on both days. Both times sat in parking lot from 11am to 4:45pm. I tried calling all day at least 10 times to see the status of my vehicle and was placed on hold every time for like 35min and I never got to talk to anyone.And was never worked on. Completely waste of my time.

I came in because my car had a terrible steering pull and the front tires were worn unevenly. I was impressed at the amount of knowledge Ozzie had at the front desk about cars. The mechanic in back had his work cut out for him as the alignment of my car was way out of whack but they managed to fix it perfectly. Ozzie was kind enough to give a discount also as I bought a set of tires and was not going to when I first walked in. It’s nice that this shop takes care of customers who may not know much about cars.

I was unsure whether I needed my tire needed to be replaced or if it could be repaired. I made an appointment. William and the team at Mavis were able to get me back on the road in about an hour with my tire repaired and the spare returned to the trunk. I appreciate that they didnt try to upsell me and tell me I needed a new tire (as some shops do when they see a woman coming in for service). Pleasant experience! When I need tires again, I will go back to Mavis in Crestwood.

I had a great experience with the service staff here. Me. William was super helpful and found my tire lock thingy even after I told him the wont places. He looked through my car with integrity, lol.I was grateful for them not turning me away when it was close to their closing time. They also didnt try to sell me tires that didnt make sense for my situation.

Thanks to marvis tire and brake shop i was able to get my car fixed while out of town visiting my sister my brake locked up on my car and the mechanic here at the Cicero shop gave a great deal on capilers pads and rotors same day service right back on the road.

Excellent same-day service! Brought my car in before work for a flat tire, and Carl was able to quickly help me figure out what else I needed. I received several phone updates throughout the day, including one discussing other recommended services. My car was ready for me after I got off of work and it’s handling great, thanks to a wheel alignment and fluid replacement (and the new tires). I came here because of the proximity to my job, but I’ll keep coming back because of the amazing customer service, good value, and quality work.

I brought a tire there to get repaired man said he tried fixing the tire but it was unfixable he tried plugging it and put air and it wouldnt hold. He said he had the same tire in stock and we can purchase it. My husband said no not today went to Firestone and they were able to fix it. They said he put a plug in and no glue so air would come out so we would think we would have to purchase a new tire. Not trustworthy at all!

I needed 2 upper control arms, 2 lower ball joints, 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. After all the work I needed on my car it came to $2200. But when i let them know that was too high for me I managed to get all that work for 1200. The professionalism was beyond me and the discounts were amazing. Thank you guys so much.

Called for an oil change on vehicle that I know no one has a filter in stock, so I asked for price and earliest time I could bring in the vehicle. They said bring it in now. I get there just for them to tell me they dont have in stock. So they would have to order it but still could be done same day. Alright, great no big problem while I waited a customer getting a tire repair es picked up his car and saw they left the key to his rim lock on the wheel and didnt but a cap on the valve stem. He mentioned it to the person that brought is car around. Which that person (Ken) told him I dont know anything about it, I only brought the car around. Customer still calmly mentions it to service advisor/manager. Which after asking another mechanic who worked on the vehicle is told Ken did. Which Ken admits to working on the vehicle, just says I didnt know anything about the problem. Service advisor just tells him now you know. After waiting about an hour and a half they finally bring my car around its now dark at this point. I pay leave. Next morning I walk to get in the car to see there is a big 16 scratch on my rear driver door, that was not there before me bringing my vehicle to them. While I did not see it happen I can say they caused it. Im hoping nothing happens to my engine as far as the oil change. Keeping my fingers crossed.
