The owner/manager of this store is one of the best people Ive ever met in retail. Someone fraudulently ported my number from Boost to Metro PCS. He knew right away that it was fraud. I wasnt feeling well and he was nothing shy of wonderful helping me get my phone number back. There was nothing in it for him...but he spent hours helping me get my service restored. I highly recommend this store. Wonderful owner!

This place is a complete scam! My mom bought an iPhone 11 from this branch for me for Christmas and they up charged her an extra $25 to come back and have them activate the phone with the SIM card ! Then when I took the phone up there to have them activate it, they tried to charge me ANOTHER $25 for the SIM CARD! My mom then called boost mobile customer service and asked the representative “Does the SIM card come with the iPhone 11 when you purchase the phone through Boost?” and the rep said “ yes ma’am it does” . These people are taking the SIM cards out of these iPhones and up charging people an extra $25 for the SIM card hence why they tell you, you have to come back and HAVE THEM SPECIFICALLY activate the phone . So if you ordered a phone through this branch or bought a phone off of walk in, SO BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PHONE FOR THE SIM CARD!

The workers are really nice and helpful. I recommend to anyone to stop by there if you are looking for a phone. They also dont over charge like other stores do !
