Went to get milk at 9:45 pm. Website says they’re open 24 hours, door is locked and lady won’t let me in even though she’s telling me they close at 10 pm. Won’t be going there for gas or milk anymore! Update your online schedule 👍

Went in to use restroom. There was the sign indicating it was closed for cleaning. I waited. Asked a female employee who told it should just be another minute because a customer went in a few minutes earlier. A minute later the man behind the checkout walks half way to me and says quite loud, Cant you read, the sign says the bathrooms are closed! I said the sign says closed for cleaning. I thought it was being cleaned. He said, even more snotty, well your wrong! Then he walked away.

Filled my tank 2/12/2021 with what turned out to be diluted/contaminated gas. Gonna cost me a ton to fix it. Buyer beware until the problem is fixed.

Cashiers clearly not well trained on their own equipment. Credit processor wasnt working, cashier insisted it wasnt the machine after 5 different credit cards wouldnt go through. Yet when going right across the parking lot to Walgreens to buy the exact same goods, my first card worked just fine. Idiots.

Not a nice place to shop their prices are so high. Found one of those pump broke. Interior was dirty. Gas prices always higher than competitor, for members 10 cents off then it will match the competitors price so what is the point that is no savings it is just gimmick. Their coffee taste is terrible .

Was sworn at numerous times. Tim never wears mask. I was also kicked out forever because I was looking for my card and didn’t put drink out counter said I was stealing.

Quick and convenient stop. Fairly priced items. Staff are somewhat friendly. Variety of grab-and-go things; iced coffee, hot beverages, snacks, pretty much a little bit of everything

The manager Tim is a great guy! Awesome store with great bathroom. Anyone who says otherwise is a liberal. Good job guys keep up the good work!!!

Tight parking lot and space at the pumps. Store is clean and inviting. Staff is friendly and quick. Traffic makes exiting difficult to the right and almost impossible to the left. Prices at the pumps are about okay.

Let me start out by saying the customer service is always pleasant but I think they can really do better on the up keep of the store its ridiculous outrageous on how most of the times things are not stocked the coffee station is always filthy dont get me wrong yes sometimes the store can be extremely busy and yes sometimes the store is under staff but come on Ive been in this store all hours and I know for a fact things are not done. Just poor and theres no reason for not at least refilling the sugar station. Come on yall can do better 😤😤😤😤😞😞

Absolutely the friendliest staff and people running this establishment. Youre greeted when you come in. Not like you would need help, but if you did, theyre very helpful. I love coming here.

Called to ask if they have a public bathroom. The Spanish lady on the other line was hysterically surprised that i asked for one. And she kept askingare you really asking if we are open and have a bathroom?? And she was sarcastically replying shell charge me $x dollars. Why would i stop twice for bathroom and gas? I might as well go to a place that has both. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! you want to keep your DIRTY bathrooms to yourself? Shove it up yours! Im going to Mobil few doors down. WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE and without the attitude!

They like assaulting customers here! Only one of the employees her name is Lucy they need to fire her! The manager out to do his job, and throw her out instead of their good customers!! They need to refund my purchase I never got. Yes I called corporate, of course they never call back!!

There is a lady here who exceeds my expectations everytime and makes sure i dont leave here without smiling. the coffee here is great and the store is very clean and organized.

I’m a medical professional and I travel a lot with work I have been to several Coumberland farms Gas station and for whatever reason this particular staff have it out for me I have a lower back problem and I simply parked in front of the store and because I refuse to move my car he did not want to service me he was rude disrespectful unprofessional and inconsiderate He told me to leave the store !! Which I have been going to this location for several months and this person is always rude, I did call corporate I’m waiting for response because I think this needs to be addressed you just don’t go around treating people like that if I treat my patients like that with bad customer service I wouldn’t have a job.... Used to love the staff the manager is a jerk. Told him a pump doesnt take cards ur argued with me. His employee told me yesterday one doesnt always take the. I moved pumps WOW card work. Went to tell him yeah pump 12 doesnt take them he goes its processing now I said I moved pumps he yelled THEY ALL TAKE CARDS. I gave him the finger and walked out now Im banned. I dont care really but that was uncalled for when this has happened twice in a row and another worker said it doesnt. So the manager should be fired go to all town they are cheaper now anyway

I visited Cumberland farms this morning for a pack of cigarettes and the manager there asked me my ID. Having, moved to the united states recently I was still holding on to my Indian passport as an identification and the moment I showed him that, he was just so rude and denied me cigarettes saying its not a United States passport or ID and he cant give me cigarettes infront of many customers there and he was pretty loud, almost yelling. It was pretty embarrassing! He didnt let me speak further or even ask him as to why because a passport is an international identity of a person and I was never denied service anywhere so far because it wasnt a United States passport! Infact, I was able to get cigarettes at the same Cumberland farms with the same ID before! The manager is the most rude person Ive ever met here so far! Later my husband came along with me to speak with him and ask why and he spoke about some stupid rule as to here at Cumberland farms they dont accept foreign passports as ID which is just ridiculous especially when the remaining staff have sold me cigarettes previously on the same ID at the same store!! My husband also asked him why he yelled at me and in a much louder tone with zero patience he said, I did not yell at her! We could see him get angry again! Way to go Cumberland you just lost yourself a customer and many more in the future!
