Great frozen yogurt. Far better and softer than I expected. Like the atmosphere here too, very colorful and fun. Great selection of flavors. The service was good too.

We used to love this Sweet Frog.. however over the last month, the last two times I went, at least HALF of the flavors were “Out of Order” and even some that weren’t, came out watery and gross. Not sure why the owners aren’t more on top of this location. The hours on Google don’t match up with hours posted. Google says you open at noon on Sunday, I went there, and the employee told me the store wouldn’t open until 1:00. The only reason you didn’t get One Star, is the staff is always so friendly here.

No chocolate or vanilla. Went to try peanut butter and it didnt work. Sad.Someone responded to my post advising I assure you we have vanilla, and... You can assure all you want, but neither chocolate, vanilla or peanut butter where available when I visited.

Went for some frozen yogurt the other day and was very disappointed. Most of the machines were marked out of order. Out of about 16 possible flavors, only five or six were working. No chocolate, no vanilla, no cookies and cream. I was told they ran out about three days ago. Hello, who does the ordering of product for this place. Dont you notice when you are getting close to running out so you can reorder.Also, the hot fudge dispenser has a piece of tape on it marked syrup. No hot fudge, just chocolate syrup.If you cant order enough product to keep the basics full, it makes one wonder how often the machines are cleaned. Was told it was a big job to clean so the person was putting it off until another day. This place needs to get back to basics.

No matter what time of the year. My daughter has go there. The variety of flavors always changes, keeping it fresh. Nott the same flavors evertime you go. Very clean establishment.

Theyre always willing to give sample cups to try their new or existing flavors. The atmosphere is upbeat and positive. Schuyler is always so helpful. You can tell he loves his job!

After going there for several years my last 3-4 visits were disappointing! The machines never work and the flavors never change! I’ve read these other reviews and I’m not sure if the owner is replying or not...if so you don’t seem so concerned or passionate about your business. Today machines were not running properly again and I had a buy one get one 50% off so I couldn’t use it for a 2nd one as the chocolate was still froze up amongst the less choices of flavors. Awful place now used to be the bomb 😋now it’s a dud 😫

They have a lot of different toppings and sauces to offer. Pleasant environment and atmosphere to be in. Very clean and neat. Will recommend this place to anyone. My favorite place to go.

This store is honestly one of the better sweetfrogs Ive been too. With 16 different flavors and over 60 toppings to choose from, its hard to stay away. Theres always a clean environment and helpful staff ready to serve at any time. There frozen drinks are what get me whenever I go. With so many choices from smoothies, frappes, and shakes, they always have something for me. Thank goodness for their new manager. He is really making the store better than ever.

NO STARS..the place was dirty and nasty.. ALL machine but 1 was working(5 down 1 working)....dirty wash bucket and dirty rags were on machines...dried up paper towel with frozen yogurt stains. Stuck on machine....dirty catch trays.. absolutely disgusting and refuse to buy anything there..food inspector should close down!!!!

This place is really bad, half the machines dont work, way overpriced for water. I used to love this place.

Updated Review from our 08/15/2019 visit at 9:12 PM. The main reason we go to SweetFrog is their waffle cones, at least until now. Today, we arrived at the store at 9:12 PM, and we asked the male employee for waffle cones. He remained silent for a couple of seconds and after realizing the time(less than an hour to closing), he replied that they dont have them, and when asked if he could make them, he basically said no, because it would take 20 minutes to heat the waffle maker. Ive waited in other occasions for my waffles, but I guess this was too much work for him. If the store was opened for almost 50 minutes more to the public, the public should be served what they ask for, otherwise either close it to the public or put a sign clarifying that the waffle service will stop at a certain time or they will be served depending on the willingness to work of the current employees. Below is my original review about this place, praising the waffles and friendly staff, I guess things have changed.----------- original review --------$5 Waffle cones is the best deal for froyo anywhere. Friendly staff. This is my familys favorite froyo place.

Great froyo! Theres :lots of flavor options ranging from fruit varieties to confection blends :) Really good flavors even without the toppings.Toppings are plentiful! Many more than I could list, but did include a colorful selection of fresh fruit, chocolate candy bar varieties, baked cake/brownie toppings, and dry/crumbled toppings like graham crakers, oreo cookies, pretzels, coconut etc. Along with sauces to finish off your creation.Its very clean and tidy with fun decor and lots of seating. The service is always friendly!. This place is good for small or large groups and theres a good amount of seating.
