I would give this a minus star if it was an option. Have been waiting 5 days for delivery of portable tanks to a member of my family. Had to cancel 3 doctors appointments due to non delivery. Still waiting for delivery and they still havent delivered tanks and was told by driver that hes not in my area today. Promises is all they give you; promises NOT kept!

The worst most terrible company EVERRRRRRRRR they take advantage of the fact that there are not many other choices when it comes to home oxygen care! West hart location is the WORST they will hang up on you if you even breathe a little hard on the phone!! The delivery guys left tanks outside for my elderly dad who is on O2 to carry in. I cannot express how terrible this company is! I want to scream it from the mountain tops LINCARE SUCKSNEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish there was zero stars. This is the most unorganized company. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Always late. Wrong address and number for 3 months. Wake up this is peoples life you are dealing with not chocolate delivery. I wish there were more options I would switch in a heart beat. I know not all elderly people are on oxygen. But its a good thing my dad has me to rely on. This company holds no responsibility.

Horrible service. Two months ago I asked for a pick up for an oxygen tank and it has yet to be picked up.

I had a good experience, but the CPAP machine did not work out for me., I thought that a friend of mine returned the machine.,but he didnt . I will drop it off at at the Cromwell office.

Always on call and will come when I call them.
