The staff are always nice and they have good deals. Sometimes the fresh food isnt so fresh. The parking is good for big trucks though.

I came here to say their bathroom smells disgusting, and come to find out another reviewer had the same negative experience 3 weeks ago. This place is filthy and I will not be returning.

Busy during daytime hours. Variety of convenience store items. Nice employees working there. Only thing is leaving there and going south on 127 takes time to pull out with the amount of traffic during the day.

Worst smelling bathroom I have ever been in. Ive seen some dives but this bathroom smelled like it had not ever been cleaned like ever. There was pee on the floor, dirty underwear behind the toilet, water and maybe pee on everything.

I usually stop at this gas station. It has about everything you need and it pretty clean. The men’s bathroom is clean, but always smells really bad. The staff is friendly for the most part and the gas prices are always good. Having Dunkin’ attached is a major plus.

Always like to stop when Im in the area to pick up a newspaper and a Polar Pop. Also enjoy visiting next door at Dunkin Donuts.

No soap in men’s restroom and both cashiers weren’t wearing masks despite the pandemic - avoid like the plague it is.

The manager is rude and unprofessional. Thieves and druggies make it there destination which makes it unsafe for families.

Its my go to place when Im up late and craving sweets. 😁

No one at this location, staff or customers included, wears a mask. The first gas station driving through Tennessee I’ve seen where that’s been the case.

Cashier didnt act very happy. Didnt show good customer service. When I ask for a receipt for my gas she acted frustrated that I wasnt sure which pump I was on. i know people have bad days but when you work in customer service You should do better than that

The employees are kind, helpful and courteous,polite and pleaseing to the eye and the business it self is inviting.

Dunkin donuts is attached, the gas station is pretty easy to get in and out, and you can use your kroger fuel points for gas at this station. Not wild about the coffee here but again dunkin donuts is attached. Careful in the parking lot, some drivers are not watching for other cars

Charged .38 for ice, I told the cashier I wanted one cup of ice he charges me for two, I go get the ice a there is no ice in the machine. I told to just give me a refund so his line wouldn’t back up trying to go fill the machine, of course he didn’t though. He was unfriendly and slow.

Smiling faces, cheapest fountain drinks in Crossville and would go as far to say cheapest on the Interstate.
