Love this place. Folks are always friendly and helpful. One of the best places to get pet food. Or just about whatever else yoir looking.

Nice place to find many items for just about anything. I go there regularly to get smoker pellets. They always have an abundant supply and a variety of options and prices are great. Never have to wait long in check out line either

I really like the store some prices are way above what they should be. But I like walking through and looking at everything. And I really like your candy selection since its in bulk, and the stuff I cant find anywhere else

The store is a mess. I wanted to get a dog bed and found them on the front wall covered in mice feces. The boot aisle was not Shoppable. Just dirty, plain and simple.

If I was the owner I would fire the manager that was working today. He should be able to do all jobs in that store that is why he is the manager.i was going to buy 2 guns this morning instead I was told the gun barn wouldnt open till 12 asked for a manager he came up said someone called In. I get that but he was there, he should have been able to serve me and the 4 other customers wanting to buy stuff instead we all left.

This is my all time favorite store! They have everything from clothes to farm equipment to sporting goods and firearms and just about everything. I only wish that there was a store closer to my house.

Only down fall is the same in every location.... Empty shelves! Ive been to 4 locations and have yet to find anything in my size besides socks! Love shopping in any of their locations just cant seem to find anything in grown men sizes! I will continue to check back but unfortunate for me the closest location is about a 2 hours drive! This particular location is about 9 hours from home so I thought I was going to get lucky! Store was clean and employees where wonderful!

Really helpful employees that seem to enjoy their jobs. Called ahead for a paticular item to see if in stock and after a brief hold was informed there was a whole pallet. I believe she went out onto the sales floor to check.

Like this store. Central location and fair pricing is better than local compatition. Wide variety of products.

Bought a disc for a farm tractor here.The disc itself has held up to abuse pretty well and was priced better than the other competing businesses I could have purchased a disc.The staff was helpful for the most part--the man who loaded us in particular was extremely patient and helpful and went above and beyond to help (our disc was missing a couple of bolts, which they just got from inside the store for us). We did encounter a couple of other employees who seemed like theyd much rather be somewhere else--but Id say thats going to be true of any business of this size and didnt really detract from our experience.Overall, Id recommend this store.

It would be nice if whenever you place an order online and pay for it that they have curbside service and can bring it out to you. Instead of me having to get out and go in and stand in line to get what Ive already paid for.

People is always nice there they keep the employees busy I never see one goofing off

Got the help we needed an quick check out. We bought fence post and a gate an the young man helped us get them loaded. My husband took pictures of the price tags an all the lady had to do was scan them an put in the amount we needed to purchase..Easy peasie

We go there often. They are courteous and helpful. Today we noticed that trees and plants were greatly reduced. We got 3 Willow Oak trees and 7 Mugho Pines at a great price.

Crossville rural king is Soooooo much better than Sweetwater in alot of ways. Still though lines are too long and takes too long to get through to the cashier

Very popular store in Crossville. Miss the free popcorn. Website is good for comparing prices before you go, but often prices are competitive. Its hit and miss on some items like regular salt blocks but generally they have what I need.

Great employees an managers except the new store manager hal. He’s very rude and disrespectful I worked for this company a year and loved it till he walked thru the doors made me feel soSmall. Told me to pick between being a fireman and my job there. Told me that I would respect him weither I liked it or not. He’s a back stabbed a lier and lord knows what else. I miss my job and I miss my friends but I will NEVER work under hal again

Like the hot sauce selection more than anything. Clothing was a bit pricier than expected. But enjoyed the odds and ends stuff better anyways.

I gave a 3 star only because they have great prices.I was to this location in Crossville TN for the first time and I was so uncomfortable being watched I understand that they have a lot of shoplifting going on but if its that bad move you high dollar tools to the front. Will shop at the other location but not this one.

Alot of pet supplies at reasonable price. Every brand akd type of dog and cat food. From pets to clothes to sneakers and work boots they have everything. Flowers and plant dept outside isnt great. Always half dead... from lack of water and care!I give it 4 out of 5 stars tho

This particular Rural King is not as good as others. They were out of stock on many of the items that we were shopping for. The staff is wonderful tho. For the most part, very friendly and eager to help.

Love the Store.In the Livestock feed area there was one man that I saw working his butt off trying to help everyone.As Im standing there looking at things my head felt something dripping on it.Roof was leaking all over buckets everywhere.Cashier wasnt friendly either.

Ok so the prices are reasonable. Thats average 2.5 stars. Selection was a good solid 4 stars. Quality another 2. But the service was lacking in every area. Unavailable staff and little knowledge of products. 1 checkout lane open with people lined up. All unhappy with service.

Had everything and more than I was looking for, place is like the Walmart of outdoor/farm supply 5 times the size of tractor supply worth the drive

REDNECK WAL-MART, love this place,first time in a Rural King and it was love at fist site,Will definitely 👍 be back evan though it a 45 minute to an hour + drive its like 3 counties away, my son asked what kind of things did they have i said well on the sign it said guns and ammo I said and thats about good enough for me, they have everything any country family couldnt do without.

Has clothes plumbing batteries just about anything u need water hoses are a bit high though but just like everywhere somethings are prices better elsewhere but overall fair in prices and friendly staff

I cant say enough good things about Rural King. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of what you need for your farm on site. And I love that its a family-owned Christian company.

The gentleman in the hardware section was extremely helpful! We went to ring out and there was a couple long lines at the register, but they did not hesitate to open up more registers quickly.

I do actually like this place and the variety of items they offer. My only issue with this place are there prices. No discounts to speak of. So this place is basically a Tractor Supply.

Good place to get baby chicks and one of the only places to get peanuts in the shell. But some of their prices can be high but a good place over all.

Very kind and helpful staff and clerks. They seriously go out of their way to help if they can. Its just a bummer than the store stopped carrying some of the things that I shop at their store for and changed sizes on others since they opened. Also I love the online order feature (very useful), its just a pain when the website screws up which is lately 5 out of 10 times. On the whole I love using rural king, but there are some minor issues.

Rural King to me is a replacement for Kmart and its just not doing it. If I need a car battery or dog food I head to Rural King. If I need other things or have a large shopping list, I head to Walmart.

Decent store. Really tight parking lots with long lines. First time at this store, and it was much more hard to navigate than other larger Rural King stores that I am use to going.

We shop here often for pet food, supplies, and treats. The last cat tree we purchased for our cats was not very good.The cats had it ripped up within days due to how poorly it was made. Our cats are not rough, but I was picking up threads daily from my floor.We ordered another one from Chewy and it is much better quality.But, other items we purchase from Rural King have been satisfactory.
