My husband and I got to the shop on September 14th at 6:45 before the shop open the young man didnt get his name helped us off with my husbands wheelchair to weld the piece that was breaking on his carrier. It took him about 15 minutes and then helped put it back on. He didnt charge us a dime. We were able to get back on the road to finish our vacation. We need more people like him. The first time I came to you guys you hooked me right up. Had what I needed and made my day! Today I came to you for something very small. A small piece of sacrificial scrap Im only using once. You had a couple pieces scrap laying around that was perfect for what I needed. When I went to pay for it you said Dont worry about it. Its no big deal. It may have been nothing but a piece of scrap to be melted or something but your gesture made my stressful day more positive!
