Wonderful treatment when I purchased in-store. Treated terribly when I called in with issue less than 24 hours after delivery. I had to contact manufacturer due to lack of support from Nason’s and manufacture sent repairman out within 24 hours and manufacturer is replacing the appliance - the issue was that big. Terrible customer service once they have your money. The appliance was priced lower at Best Buy but we wanted to support small business. Never again will I shop there.

I went there because I saw great reviews. My experience wasn’t great at all. I walked in looking for a fridge I wasn’t greeted one sales person was busy. I could hear a lady talking to someone else and she wasn’t on the phone! I spent about 15 minutes in the store browsing I finally walked out the sales man stopped talking to his customer and asked me If I had questions and I just said no thank you and walked out I won’t be back.

I had to get several appliances during this pandemic. Ryan and Mitch were beyond amazing in taking care of me. Because of my own health issues I wanted to make sure the delivery guys wore masks. Ryan and Mitch made sure they did! I cannot speak highly enough of everything from my purchase to my delivery! Exceptional! As long as I live in Northwest Indiana I will only get my appliances from them!

The staff is amazing. This is the only place I will buy appliances. Big stores cannot offer what Nasons can. They offer everything a big store does and more, but with a personal touch. If they dont have your appliance, they will get it, and be direct and upfront with delivery expectations, which they usually exceed. I have recommended them to friends and family. No one has been disappointed.

So extremely happy with our experience! Ordered a washer and dryer combo back in early October that was supposed to deliver on 11/12. Our delivery was pushed back every week, so I decided to give Nasons a call and wish I would’ve done so in the first place. I ordered my washer & dryer on a Friday and it was delivered and installed the following Tuesday. Everyone was friendly from sales to delivery and I am so happy to finally have my appliances!

Driver nearly ran me off the road. Then proceeded to shout obscenities along with hand gestures. Great representation of your company. Do not do business with these guys.

I bought a washer and dryer from them and they delivered a broken dryer. My daughter was there and informed me. I called and they said they would be out to fix it in a few days. I told them that was unacceptable and they became irate. I informed them to pick their junk up and I will shop elsewhere. I went to another store and it was delivered the next day and $200 less. I will never shop at Nasons again.

Highly recommend!! Fridge died same day my dad went in the hospital. Didnt have much time to look at fridges. Made it to a different store to look at a fridge that I liked but they were 1.5 weeks out on delivery. I contacted Nasons and the salesman was great. Great price and they had it to me Monday(it was Friday). Never stepped foot in the store (would have liked to but didnt have time). Great customer service and pricing, will definitely be looking there again next time I need an appliance!

We needed a refrigerator and went to Nasons instead of the big box stores and the difference in customer service was amazing. The staff at Nasons is friendly and knowledgeable, I will never return to a big box store again for any appliance purchases.

Id give Nasons less than 1 star if I could. Extremely poor customer service after their own mistake. I ordered a new microwave from Nasons. The order was taken by manger Mitch. I set up the delivery appointment for today from 9 till 11. No one showed up. I called Nasons and they admitted it was their mistake. I explained that I had taken a 1/2 day off from work for this delivery and would not get paid for this. I was told that they could bring it later in the day (and Id miss my whole day of work). I asked if they would waive their $155 delivery charge due to their mistake. Mitch told me they would not waive the fee because people make mistakes. I canceled my order, and Nasons lost a repeat customer. I hope others read this post and avoid Nasons. Way to go, Mitch!

Hopefully this is a fluke, but I scheduled a repair visit for between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm today. No one came or called to say they were running late. I called the business at 5:10 pm and was told the service department had closed at 4:00 pm, so no one was able to tell me when the repairman would be here. I called at 5:50 pm to cancel, as I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours. No apology—just, “Okay, we’ll cancel.” I’m a patient person and understand when folks are running late, but basic courtesy entails calling to say you’re late and when you will be showing up. Bummer. The other reviews made it look like a business I would have liked to get to know.

Moved in to a new home 6 months ago .... I purchased all of my appliances from Nasons. Kristina was a great sales person and answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable about the appliances and their features.Fast forward to this week ... had a problem with the laundry detergent dispenser on my washer and low air flow with my dryer. I emailed Nasons through their website and got a response that day. Ryan scheduled an appointment for me and the next day, the tech was here and repaired both washer and dryer. One of the problems I thought I had was the fact that the steam didnt work on my dryer. It was operator error, apparently I wasnt pushing the right buttons. The Tech kindly instructed me as to what I was doing wrong and now Im excited to use the steam/wrinkle feature.When I purchased my appliances last year, I had decided to use Nasons because they were a local (not big box) store that assured me they could service what they sell. Had to go through this company through my manufacture warranty they came to my house to fix a part up to six times and washer still does not work not only does my washer not work but they never reported to the manufacture never turned in any paperwork or anything so it looks like they never came to my house to fix anything my washer is still broke and The last time I contacted them they told me there’s nothing they can do for me even though they have already been paid to do the work so now I had to go through another company to help me

Bought a freezer here. When delivered they broke the handle, no broblem they said. Four weeks, and several promised service calls ( no shows) the handle was finally replaced. All of my appliances were bought at Nasons, their service was ONCE very good, NOT ANY MORE..

I have purchased from Nasons (Used the rep for Illinois purchases) and have been pleased everytime. I ordered for a few rental Units as well as our main office and personal appliances. The salesman was nice during the sales pitch but once we purchased the refrigerator the customer service went way down. The floor model was not exactly what they sell. He didnt really care about the defective mark or hole on the door. He did attempt to replace it with a new one, however they didnt have any more so they sent the floor model which was in worse shape than what we had. They didnt tell us ahead of time, we found out when the delivery men came. They are the ones who were most helpful. They fixed the hole in the door and cleaned up the marks. We would not buy there again.

Terrible experience. Almost criminal! The serviceman came to our home and was yelling at my wife, aggressively scolding her and even threatened me. What a joke, called the store twice to speak to management and the woman said the owner would call us back and of course...never heard from them! Beware! Its a wonder how these people are even in business?
