TGREAT customer service. Very kind and helpful and am glad that I went here verses private owner or another shop. Out of my past experiences with other dealers it didnt go so well so was nervous I must admit. The reviews I saw on facebook were not so well and to find out that those were from PREVIOUS owner, but due to the name being the same new owner didnt get a fresh slate on here. I bought a van and was completely honest and helpful when it came to it. You can even get a warranty so that is a plus. Just purchased a 2006 Chrysler town and country! Walter was extremely nice and helpful with the purchase, no codes, no lights on! Some rust spots but what can ya do in the Midwest! Van has no suspension issues, great breaks and tons of tread on the tires! Seems like a very good family vehicle! Also purchased a 90 day warranty because you can never be too careful with a used car! Most definitely would recommend!

I tried to test drive a pickup that was advertised on fb but the salesman couldnt get it started. I tried to purchase two other pickups and both vehicles check engine lights remained on.

Bought a car check engine light came on after leaving the lot. Called to ask if they could do anything told me all they could do is run the light. I am sure the place will reply with some bogus answer about a extended warranty. I just got the bill 900$ to fix. If you are low on money and need a car better to look somewhere else. When i went to go pick up the title took about 35 minutes of them trying to find it and kept asking me if I was told it was ready. Shady Business Shady Management. Only buy here if its the apocalypse and youre just looking to waste your final moments on this rock!

They said my car would pass emissions because they “worked on it” so I bought it and two days later the check engine light came on. The scam artists just reset it they didn’t work on anything. Every time I fix something another code comes up. Idk what they’re doing to their cars but please don’t buy from them unless you want to waste your money. I’ve taken my car for emissions testing 3 times and still haven’t passed and my plates expire today. Update: my catalytic converter was replaced with a steel pipe and that’s why it wasn’t passing. Don’t buy from these people

Grandson bought a S10 truck Saturday 2/27/2021 and drove it home and went to store about 2miles by his house parked and Sunday went to drive it and broke down didnt have 24 hrs and broke down. They will not fix it or anything. Will not send any one there.

Absolute worst place to buy a car, dont even look at their lot its not worth it. Joe is a scam artist; stole my money, illegally impounded my car 2 weeks after purchasing it, then didnt want to help me after I picked it up because the check engine light came on right after he had it. I couldnt even plate the car because the the engine light never went away even after dumping HUNDREDS of dollars into it. My timing was broken, axles were going out, brakes were in horrible condition, and an oil leak in the back of the engine. WHICH none of these issues were present when I bought it. They must have rigged it up some way. I was 16, spent every dollar I had buying my first car here. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.

BEWARE Nice people to talk to but will scam you. Bought a vehicle which I was promised was in great condition and low miles. Windshield wipers were coming apart and I had to get repairs done within a week of purchasing the vehicle. Caliders were freezing up on it, so not able to stop at times(which owner Jim declared it wasnt to my liking, guess me stopping when applying brakes is too high of expectations) a wheel bearing was going out on it(kept causing antilock brakes to engage during normal braking. When I question the pedal vibration they claimed it was normal for that to happen from the vehicle sitting), and it had a branded title actual miles was not what was shown(was not told this, the low miles was the selling point a sticker in window). It has a coolant leak, something wrong with radiator and something wrong with steering system, but will need to come up with money for repairs. These problems all surfaced within a few weeks of purchase.

Okay so judging off of how many bad ratings I’ve seen and read so far there are a hell of a LOT of things similar in issues that are scaring me to the point of filing a police report and contacting the better business buereau . Firstly, after receiving the title I went to go switch the title to my name and it stated there was a second lein on the car UNSIGNED by the Indiana beauru of revenue ???Said car was owned by the crown pointe motors and signed over by Joe Bucio . I’m optimistic so I call to talk to Mr. Bucio, maybe some mix up perhaps . A lady answered and I asked to speak to him explaining my concern with the title . She sounded dumbfounded and quickly put me on hold to “look” for him (as if he was there).She comes back uprubtly like “ well... he’s ... not ... in? Right now . Then sheepshly tells me the number of the other dealership that I guess is sister of the crown pointe motors and tells me to ask for Jimmy or Rebecca . I get Jimmy and explain to him my concern and he tells me right away the car should never have been even ALLOWED to be sold and is in fact illegal to sell without the lein signed and to him sounded fishy . Might I add no one said when Mr. BUCIO would be in . Now that’s JUST the title . .... Futhermore ! Yes there is a furthermore which leads up to my suspicions of it not even making a week on the road . The vin number came back clear of any issues ? How is this and had livery plates on the car . Would that not be in the report as it being used as cab ?! Also the mechanice mentioned of the check engine light being on but it just needed to be driven . Now having just read all these bad posts about check engine lights and stealing things off of cars I’m sorry but my verdict here is not good at all. I asked for a dependable car . I have a family to take care of on my own . This is not right . I want my money back !

My experience was terrible, I was searching for my first car and the man that was helping me was rather rude. He told me that I wasnt ready to drive but the guy gave us the wrong key to test drive his car, couldnt give us an answer about whether it would pass emissions or not. The gears in the car were very lose and you had to jiggle the gear shift around to get it to go So I am considered not ready to drive? Just a heads up!

Business partner brought my tow truck there for repairs. Truck was picked up. They stole n swapped the battery, broke the window, and damaged the body of the truck. Will be doing police report, better busines beuro reports and will persue for them to loose thier license unless they fix the problem which im sure they wont. Sad to know my partner when to get the truck and everyone is outside drunk after hours how business like. Pathetic

Horrible place! The manager Joe is a bully who thinks he can scare people into doing what he wants them to do. We traded in two vans for a truck a few years ago. Was supposed to be even trade. About a year later I got a call saying we owed...Husband called and got it straightened out. Just got a call again today from a collection agency saying I still owe them $600 and if I dont pay by the end of April he will report it and there will be a bench warrant for my arrest. He is a sexist pig who thinks women dont know anything and that he can run one over on us.
