Great selection. Pay the extra five bucks for one in your range. Tap the glass, youll hear it. Some kind of fake or partial glass pipes. Awesome ladies working. Lots of quality CBD options, but I dont use anything but Charlottes web for tincture, not available yet. But great creams.

Really great people working behind the counters, good products at fair prices, this is one of my favorite smoke shops.

So I use to go here all the time before the pandemic. At least twice a week. Today I went there and the 2 girls that usually work there were not in. Instead there were two men there. They had the worst customer service. I hate to play the BROWN card but thats how they made me feel. Ive sent hundreds at this store in the past. I will NEVER go back there again. Those 2 werent helpful to me or my husband. Such a shame.

Jen is the bees knees! I’m anxiety queen and I love coming here and only come here. The point system they have is amazing I have gotten sooo much free stuff for spending the same as I would anywhere else and it just goes off your phone number to enter every time you come in. Her sister and her own three locations I believe. Crown point, schererville and by next month Saint John. Amazing women. If anything has been wrong they fix it immediately and help you with every single thing you need. Tell them Stormmi sent you she knows me well!!

The staff there are extremely knowledgeable staff and great customer service. They are always there to lend a hand when making any kind of tobacco related purchase. 10/10 would definitely shop there again

Absolutely LOVE this place. Jessica and Jenn are the best! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. If I am looking for something they go out of there way to see if they can get it in stock. My husband is an over the road driver and if I tell them in advance they always make sure they have his juice in stock for him. They even go the extra mile to call me to let me know its in. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and their staff!

My mod had broke and needed one and the woman behind the counter took time to show me the new models and I was not looking to spend a lot of $ but she worked with me and gave me a great deal and I love the vape and the store

Love the staff. They are amazing!! I was having an issue with my product and i went in annoyed, but the owner was there and she work on my device she was really nice and pleasant and helpful and she fixed my device with such easy. OMG she was amazing!!!! Defiantly recommend this great place!

So the first time I went in the tall long brown hair guy was very nice and respectful. He let me take my time and helped me figure out which glass I needed to replace on my tank because I couldnt remember if it was a Phoenix or falcon. Went through a bunch of different glasses and showed me different tanks to figure it out. Hes the reason for the added 2 stars. Heck I would have given 5 for him. Didnt rush me and was very chill and patient and NICE. That was right when they opened too. Its not my usual shop but this one opens an hour earlier which is convenient. The second time I went in the stout blonde guy acted like he didnt wanna be there (or be up that early at 930am) wasnt wearing a mask or asking other customers to, and was very impatient with me. And they either have the worst vape batteries available or he gave me the worst set for the price of the long lasting ones I get at my usual shop. They dont last nearly as long as my re wrapped 2 year old batteries. I was a bit indecisive on juice flavor because my usual juices werent there and I kept apologizing because he made me feel like I was making him work extra hard for asking about the different flavors. Then when I asked about a brand of juice he said theyve been around forever and he made a face when I said Ive not seen it before. Ive been to shops around the country for the past 5 years and no one has ever made me feel like that. I thought at first maybe he had a rough night, but a regular came in and he was smiley for him. I was polite and smiled the entire duration bc I too work in retail and cant stand Karens or rude customers in general.

Customer service and education is definitely their priority! I never feel any pressure to buy anything, but I do learn a lot from each visit! This is definitely a place to check out.

This is a very different shop from all the rest. They have juice on their wall i have only seen online. They have low prices on their juice and the girls in the shop are knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful with whatever you need. I highly suggest you stop in and see what they have to offer. You will not be dissapointed.

Reply to the owner: Im the customer, I dont care if the other shop is doing it the right way or not. All that matters to me is getting the most bang for my buck. I dont buy separate pods, I buy it as a pack always and in the end that came out to the same price the manufacturer sells it for on their own website regardless of how the shop is charging me for the product. Thats no deal or scam to me, that is simply buying something that is not overpriced. It is fair value. You guys charged me $3 more than its worth and for the Youcan coils you charged exactly DOUBLE the price of what I paid at a different location and for what it is worth online. Bottom line is your margins are set way too high. Good luck in the future.Original post: The girls who work there are knowledgeable about the products and are extremely nice, but prices are outrageous compared to other smoke/vape shops in the area. I was told that for them to price match something from another local shop I would need to bring in a copy of the receipt, so I did just that and the tune changed immediately. Now all of a sudden its not possible to price match 🙄. Oh well, I got my refund and went on my way. Plenty of other competitively priced stores that will keep my business.
