Oh boy I thought I left a review for this place along time ago. I absolutely love going in there. She always has so much to choose from and it’s so beautiful in there! Her and her team are very knowledgeable and are able to help you when needed! This is my favorite place to go when I need something new!

Visiting Lori is always a positive experience.Not only is she friendly but also extremely helpful to my self and my daughters when I visit.Although weekends are draw a largely crowd she always has time to answer questions and assist. Christine and All of the other ladies are helpful as well. You wont be disappointed if you stop by. Beautiful pieces and beautiful energy!

The best crystal shop i have ever been to! So many beautiful crystals all reasonably priced and she even has cards about each crystal you can take home! Theres beautiful larger crystals, priced higher because their size but beautiful to look at! The energy in the store is so pure and inviting... i swear I go into her shop once a week to pick up a new crystal!

WOW what a H O R R I B L E experience my daughter had in this establishment last week! You sure as hell DON’T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Be very luck I was not there, when you felt compelled to speak to her in your condescending “wannabe” superiority voice, because I sure as hell would have given you a tongue-lashing to bring you back to earth!! The worst part is she EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR NOT SEEING YOUR SIGN ON THE FREAKING OPEN DOOR!! Next time lock the door if you’re not open.

They were not friendly when I went in there, so I will not be returning. Good Customer service is so important because if I am treated poorly, I can spend my money elsewhere and I do.

Beautiful shop Kool crystals Nice ladies prices were competitive. Found a couple extremely unique pieces. Was pretty busy but came close to closing time - they were accommodating and consistently asking people if they needed help. We will def be back! Thank you.xox

I just went to try this place out. Google and their website says they open at 10am on Saturday, so I fight with the square and the new bulldog park traffic to get there only for it to be closed. Im not going to waste my time trying to go there again. Id rather drive all the way to the blue butterfly in Portage for my crystals.
