My computer bricked on me after transporting it, so I brought to this company for a diagnosis after I failed to figure it out. They found the issue pretty quick and let me know the best way to approach the situation. They tried their best to match me with the same parts, but I decided to upgrade them since itd be less of a hassle. Once I got it back, its been running perfect since. They were even kind enough to fix my cable management after I frantically messed with it.

They wipe everything off my computer without letting me know thats the only way they can fix it. Didnt find out til i got it home. I know if I was told. I would have taken it somewhere else to get a second opinion. Thats why you called me yesterday. You didnt like the post. I called Friday when i got home and saw all my stuff wipe out. Again I know what was said. A man called me I said if its too much I will buy another computer. He said if so bring it and I will put all your stuff on the new computer. What stuff if its lock in the safe and the key is lost. Stop please. You got what you wanted you got your money. I paid you. I picked my computer up Friday and called Friday why would i call if I knew my computer would be wipe clean.

Love computer Solutions. They are so friendly. I am not tech savvy and they were so helpful explaining my options and helping me with my software and installing it and answered a couple other questions I had. They had my computer back to me in one day. I felt they were very reasonable. They will definitely be my go to business for any computer issues. Highly recommend!

I needed a computer case and asked them price one out for me that met my specs. Well they never called back and didnt really seem to care about my needs at all.
