We are SO HAPPY we went with Reeves for our fence. We got quotes from 3 fence places before starting the project, and while they were all in the same ballpark as far as price, Reeves had the best pricing on the tan fence color we wanted. After we got quotes we also needed to amend our plan, and Maria from Reeves was the only person of the 3 fence companies who got back to us in a timely manner with new quotes - one of the other companies never even replied to my email or voicemail. She was very flexible with us on timing to come collect our deposit check as well. The job also started on the earlier side of the lead time they estimated.As far as the install, the crew they sent was fantastic. They were polite, professional, and did a great job of involving us in the process to make sure everything was staked out to our satisfaction. The whole job was done in under a day. Could not have asked for a better install crew. Most importantly, the fence looks fantastic. They worked hard to make sure everything was lined up perfectly, even cutting out part of an old stump.I would not hesitate to do business with Reeves again.

Reeves was great from the very start when I requested a quote online. I had requested quotes from several other companies and never received any communication. Kim form reeves sales came to my home, was honest and open about questions I had so I could make the right decision. The communications with the office were on point as well. My wife and I were shocked at how quickly they scheduled the install. On the install date the gentlemen that came were extremely professional and hard working. They asked questions and listened to my concerns which made me feel comfortable I was in good hands. Ive had fences installed in the past at other homes but this by far was the best experience Ive ever had. Thank you Reeves!

We decided to get a fence from them back in late May/ early June. After not hearing back from them for 2 months they called to let us know that they would be able to come out “if supplies arrived” within the next few weeks. But, because it’s been so long, we would have to reapply for their credit service because our previous one expired. I understand there is probably an issue with getting supplies, but a monthly follow up call, email, etc would have been nice regarding a $5k purchase. Not asking for much, just to be kept in the loop. Our estimator Maria was extremely nice, but I will not be getting a fence through this company.

Reeves installed a vinyl fence in out backyard . The installers did a great job. Only complaint is they are so busy it took about two months do get to our job. It was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

They did a great job! Fence looks great. The guys had a difficult time having to pull back a lot of rock and unforeseen concrete at the bottom of the chain link fence section. Its amazing how many fencing companies simply didnt call me back when I was looking to build a backyard fence. Kim from Reeves replied within an hour. She worked with me to determine exactly what I needed and gave me an actual drawn up plan of what they needed to do (including pulling the permit for me). The two installers that came out were super professional, quiet, and worked hard. They suggested options to make the fence and gates work better for us without trying to pressure or upsell, and were not phased by our multiple change of plans that day. The fence looks great. Best of all, they finished a day earlier than they said they would. Our three dogs are THRILLED.

Kim was wonderful from the get-go! She was always available and extremely nice! They were quick to get us scheduled, and even ended up being earlier than scheduled. Fabian put our fence up, and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, super nice, and very professional. This is the second fence I have put up through Reeves and would highly recommend them!

Did a tremendous amount of research and talked to a handful of local companies. While I see Reeves work around town often (looks good), their bid was the highest and the salesman the pushiest. Also, did not like the fact the fence must be paid in full at the start of install. Very little protection for the consumer, in my opinion. Ultimately, selected another company and am very satisfied with my decision.

Called them. Rep stopped by. We cut a check. They did the work. Very clean job. Done.Time in between less than a fortnight.Highly recommend.

Im so happy with Reeves fence! From the beginning the sales rep was helpful, answered all my questions and phone calls. The office took care of my permit so I didnt have to worry with the town. They worked around my schedule for the date that I needed my fence by. Once the fence was put up the installers made sure I was happy with the fence. I am very satisfied with Reeves!! Great work!!!!

PLEASE READ I usually dont like to put bad reviews but this one was one I had to!!!!! If there is a negative stars I would definitely do that. Pathetic service from the owner himself Al. I got referred to them by my neighbor and they have the same size of yard as what I have and they charged them $6200 for 3 sides of their house with 2 4ft doors and 1 door that is 6 ft door for the vinyl fence. For me they wanted to charge me for $8500 with 3 4ft doors. So when I talked to Al the owner he said its because they had a good deal on the khaki color and thats the color that I wanted and he said that color is expensive so I told him give me any color just make it cheaper and I removed a section. So Im only doing 2 sides and 3 4ft doors and my neighbor did 3 sides and 2 4ft doors and 1 6ft door. Also, Remember the size of my yard and my neighbors yard are the same size. So do the math. So I talked to him again and he said he will do $7400 even though I removed a section and he kept saying the khaki color is more expensive. Seems like no discount to me. And when I emailed him saying I am not happy with their service and Im going to put a bad review based on them being expensive Al the owner called me being all pissed off and he started tothreatened me to sue me if I write a bad review. SO SUE ME MR. AL FOR THIS BAD REVIEW.

Hired Reeves to install fence in my new rather large yard. There were a lot of obstacles-tree roots, easement underground lines and not so level yard. The crew showed they were experts with all these problems, and had the fence installed in less than two days without a hitch. To show their concern for their product, they showed up unannounced today to repair a small portion that high winds had dislodged. Fixed in fifteen minutes. Superior sales, customer service and product. If you want it done right, choose Reeves.

Called them to get a quote on getting a fence put in because they are one of the top referred fencing companies in the area. The guy that came to our house ran through everything really fast with us and then was like, so what do you want. We have never had a fence installed before so we had no clue. He took measurements and said give him 10 minutes to put our quote together. He gave us our quote with no break down of anything, just a number of how much the total would be. Very poor customer service! We ended up going with another company.

Of all the estimates they were the most expensive but demonstrated the highest quality build and materials. Our ten foot gate is much more rigid than our neighbors and the fence top runs near perfectly level. The crew was quiet, fast, made very little mess and minimized damage to the lawn. Kim quickly responded when called out to modify the fence, which was our decision not due to installation flaws. Highly recommend

Reeves did a great job on our fence and for a good price. We price compared to other companies and Reeves ended up being the best one especially for the work they put into making the fences are sturdy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Reeves was great our fence was installed about 15 years ago, and when we contacted them Kimberly was the representative we dealt with. She was able to get us our gate repaired within a few days, the crew that came out was very nice and respectful and they did a solid job the gate works perfectly...thank you Kim and Reeves fence.

Called for a repair estimate to an existing fence for a newly purchased home. They seemed hesitant to come out at all and after a brief hold they said they would only come out if I paid for an estimate charge. Very poor way to obtain new customers/business.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually care about customer service. After paying nearly $2,000 for fence repairs, I noticed that there was more damage after the work was completed so I got another quote to fix this damage (broken posts). To my surprise, the job was too small (Approx. $1,000) and not worth their time so the owner (Al) wanted to add an additional $200 “trip fee” to make it worthwhile. When I questioned the “added trip fee”, he went on to explain his over head on how I wouldn’t understand how to run a business. He is probably right about me not knowing the ins and outs of running a fencing company, however, I do know what it’s like to treat people right and this is something he clearly does not know how to do. I should also add that we have purchased another fence from them in the past for a different property and that job was over 9K. So much for taking care of repeat customers. Maybe it’s because they have more than enough work as Al put it. What a joke!

Absolutely horrible people and liars. They will steal your money stay away. Google Kimberly Biancardi in Florida they having pending lawsuits including Fred Biancardi. They claim theyve never owned a company in Florida however I have proof showing otherwise. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone else as they will lie, steal, and cheat to get your money and run. Trying to save the general public time and aggravation from people that cant run a company legitimately and professionally.

These people are thieves RUN. We have a pending lawsuit in florida and when they saw they were going to lose the lawsuit they fled the state. Dont do business with these people as they will rob you blind. If they try and dispute this I can upload documentation to prove they are thieves. STAY AWAY

Scheduled an appointment but they never bothered to show or call. I left a message with the owner complaining about the service, but again they never bothered to call back. Business must be good to treat repeat customers this way.........

Signed a contract as we had had multiple companys out to give bids. Theres was the lowest. After signing a contract, and going through financing. Do they call and say, hey we underbid you. Wanted to pull there contract. Will be fighting that.

So happy with our experience!! We had a lot of trouble getting permits for our fence, Reeves helped as much as they could and were very patient. Would recommend to ANYONE!

Absolutely NO loyalty to customers post-purchase. After having spent more then $10,000 on a new fence, Reeves does not want to be bothered with follow-up needs concerning the fence.Despite me being a previous customer, who paid cash for the original fence installation, Jannie refused to shedule this recent work request, to have 2 panels removed and replaced for a pool installation, unless I paid upfront for the work, because according to her “some people have the work done and then don’t pay”. Then, I wasn’t afforded the opportunity to pay for the work at that moment, in full or at all, because she couldn’t give me a quote “until a later time.” Being treated like some kind of underhanded schemer who wouldn’t pt their bill is unacceptable, especially for someone who has paid thousands of dollars to them in the past.After receiving the quote, of a mere $500, I called the office to pay upfront for the work so Jannie would schedule the job and she informed me that it wasn’t a real job and they just “shove these types of things in between full fence installations, so I can’t give you an exact date”.As I told Jannie on the phone, she should have told me that up front instead of focusing on the payment of $500 that she was so concerned about. As a result, a whole day has been wasted of me trying to schedule something that they apparently do not even schedule.This is no way to run a business. As a result of this debacle, I can, in good conscience, no longer wxommend Eeeves Fence for any projects big or small because their post-purchase service is non-existent.

Finally estimator, Maria, calls states she was over booked and in Valpo. Final call to the office reveals, from the owner, Rash, the estimator is in Highland running late. I guess a 2pm appt on a Friday is an inconvenience.Canceled appt. Estimator shows up 20 min. later LACK OF COMMUNICATION?LOL
