Where do I begin....I am so happy with the change Miracle Ear has done for my 86 year old Father. I think we found THE BEST specialist Shelby!!!! She is tops!!! She is so attentive to my Dad and makes sure that his hearing aids are clean and she even had molds made for him so he doesnt have to worry about them being all the way in ( as he would always push them into his ears). Shelby has always been more then accommodating and so friendly !!! She is one of the family now!!! Miracle Ear is so lucky to have her as she represents them with The Best customer service with a smile she really care about her clients! I cant speak highly enough about her, I also want to mention Hope she is always so nice and bubbly at the front desk!!! Thank you Miracle Ear for bringing my Dads hearing back to life as he loves to talk to people and joke around you have made our life so much better as we dont have to yell anymore for my Dad to hear us !!! :)

I am from out of state(Washington) and my hearing aids quit functioning. I tried calling several numbers and kept getting a call center but they weren’t very helpful in finding immediate help so I decided to just walk in.Hope was just awesome. She was busy on the phone when I walked in and put the person on hold for a second and asked if she could help me. I explained I was from out of state and my hearing aids quit. She ended her call, took my hearing aids and cleaned the ear pieces and checked my ear drums for wax buildup. My hearing aids now work somewhat better as least enough to get me back home. Hope was very professional and helpful and I appreciate her taking time fo me.

Shelby at Miracle Ear was incredible with my 90 & 92 year old aunt and uncle. She was extremely patient and explained everything step-by-step. The hearing aid has transformed the attention level my aunt has now. Shes responding and interacting like never before. I cant say enough about this service. Thank you.
