They were rly mean to the ppl that work for them and when i said something they were rly mean to me too. I was polite and they treated me like garbage. never go here. the ppl who run it are horrible

The company itself is very good about taking your order and making the spear. However, when it comes to shipping are horrible. I was told 3 days and it has now been12 days and I still dont have my Bale spear. So if you need anything from them in a timely fashion find someone else.
