RAL is located in my husbands hometown, we are currently living in Michigan but purchased all of our trees and scrubs from them to plant at our home. None of the other landscape companies held the same quality landscape that RAL has and for a great price. They were open to answering any and all of our silly questions we had when it came to making sure we were caring for our plants properly. Highly recommend RAL!

I cant recommend these guys enough. Old school family owned business that is hard to find anymore. From top to bottom all employees are very kind and knowledgeable. They carry nothing but the absolute best products to help any yard and home to look its absolute best. Not to mention they plow snow in the winter! I literally use them 12 months a year. Just got our Christmas Tree here first time stoping here. Our tree is literally PICTURE PERFECT!! The guys were all so nice tied it on our roof. Shaved off a few branches on the bottom for us as well. Best thing is to we got a $10.00 gift card towards our purchase of a tree next year. Very happy we will for sure be back. Thanks guys..

Roger and the crew at RAL designed and installed all of our landscaping and it turned out beautiful. When a few of the plants didnt grow like Roger thought they should, he quickly replaced them, which we appreciated.RAL also maintains our sprinkler system, repairs, adjustments, shut down and turn on- they do it all.Their prices are fair, their work is superb, and Roger is truly an honorable businessman. We would recommend them without reservation.

I literally have never left a review before but this guy is so rude he’s deserving of me leaving my first review, so good job 🙄.I work for a local construction company and called to get a quote for trees and the Guy on the phone was quite rude, short and was basically requiring me to come in and show proof of my employer identification number so that I can get a quote on trees. Then when I asked him on what form He would like to have me present my employer identification number, he told me my corporate work papers so then I said do you mean my bylaws, and he said no just your corporate work papers. Smh.Literally I have been collecting quotes and doing estimates on projects for several years and never have I ever ran into somebody who acted this ridiculous. Like seriously telling someone wait let me finish while on the phone when a customer is telling you what they want you just shut your mouth and listen to them and then you speak. Like if you’re so busy and don’t need the work, so much so that you want to argue with the customer, just tell me you don’t want the work and I’ll hang up and stop wasting my time and move on to someone else who clearly wants to be paid. Wow. I can not believe in a day and age of online reviews, you would behave in such a way. What a shame. Hopefully for you, your business sense is better than your phone etiquette - because you have none.
