Terrible customer service and communication. Made an appointment to go see a boat for the 3rd and final time to make the purchase. I received a call 45 minutes before the appointment telling me they sold the boat over the phone to someone from out of town. When we spoke to the owner his response was basically oh well. Blessing in disguise, bought a much better boat at Minnesota Inboards where their customer service is second to none!!!!

We took our boat into Midwest Water Sports as it was in need of significant engine repairs. Travis was fantastic to work with! He was super patient answering questions and discussing different scenarios to address the engine issue. The work was done much more quickly than expected and all communication was professional, customer-centric and very responsive. Thank you Travis and team for your help!

We brought our boat in July 2020 due to a knocking in the engine and we suspected engine damage. After two weeks, without an update, we contacted them and they had yet to look at it. A few days after we made contact, they called us to explain there was hull damage. After months of dealing with parts on backorder and continued changes in what was needing to be fixed, our boat was ready to be winterized, by them, in late Oct. When they went in to winterize it, they found water in the engine and, low and behold, engine damage.After $8,000 of hull repairs, we had assumed that since we brought the boat in for engine trouble, they had looked at the engine and determined that it was not engine damage, but hull damage. Now, nearly 4 months later, when they opened the engine up, they told us the damage was between $4-9,000 to fix and $1500 just for looking at it (which we assumed they already did and we had paid for in the hull repairs). Since we are extremely upset that this was not what they looked at first, we are going another way.Today, 6 months after initially bringing it in, we finally picked up our boat...still broken. While I cannot say how well the hull work is, I equate it to this: if I went to the hospital with a broken leg, and, instead, the doctor treated my migraines, how well would I walk? I am not saying we would not have had to repair hull damage at some point, but when you go in for engine work and they dont even check it out, it is not impressive. Needless to say, we are very disappointed.

Terrible customer service.If you expect for someone to return your calls when it comes to your boat repair - forget it. Two weeks later after numerous calls and a physical trip to the store to check when the boat will be ready, they finally fixed it. No one knows how it was fixed. They ripped the boat cannily and tower in addition to the fix. And told us they are not responsible for that! How is that for excellent customer service in boat repair.On top of this, they took the center plug off and did NOT let us know. Almost drowned the boat. I have no words...Go somewhere else if you want your boat fixed!

I ordered a tow rope from amazon and it came through here as a 3rd party seller for amazon. The rope fell apart the first time I used it due to obvious defect. They accepted my amazon return, for the reason of it being defective, so I sent it back. They then proceeded to refund me $0.01 and tell me it was not defective, it was installation error. So they make something up, keep the rope, and refund me $0.01 so it appears in the amazon system as refund paid. I wouldnt trust these clowns to sell me a candy bar, let alone a $200k boat. These people are scam artists. Stay away!

Every time feels like were working with an expert! Have gone several times, worked with several different extremely helpful staff members. Each one seems to bring deep experience, passion for water sports, and useful advice about everything from wake surf boards and wake boards to wetsuits and DIY maintenance. Wonderful whether you are a shredding expert or a wide eyed novice. Great showroom with huge selection and competitive prices.

Always excellent and friendly service, and willing to spend time setting up skis. Not only able to explain differences in surf boards, but made recommendations without pushing the most expensive boards. Have dealt with MW for many years and see no reason to change. They are great to work with!

Worked with Andy and Eric to purchase my new MC xt23. Midwest Water Sports has the most informed sales staff I’ve ever worked with. They gave me a very fair price for my trade, were very competitive on new boat pricing (I thoroughly shopped within 1000 miles) and were second to none when it came to their product knowledge. They were extremely response and patient as we worked through determining the boat that was the best fit for our family. An afternoon on the lake with a new demo boat, not just driving but with both my son and I spending time behind the boat too, really helped solidify the right boat for us. They were completely prepared for delivery needing nothing more than a couple of signatures. The boat was also completely prepped for delivery and the walk through was thorough. The entire buying process was truly exception from start to finish. It’s refreshing to have this kind of buying experience. I wouldn’t think of referring to anyone other than Midwest Water Sports, and I can assure you that when the time comes, my next MasterCraft will be from Midwest Water Sports too.

Customer Service was great. They answered all my questions and were able to put me into the setup that was perfect for me. Shop had tons of gear and accessories.

I purchased a boat from another local dealer. They sold out to another company so I was somewhat forced to find another shop. I called down to Midwest Mastercraft, even though I own a Supra, and they had no problems helping me out. Between Mark, Andy, and the rest of the staff there, I will choose no other shop to get repairs done on my boat and purchasing of equipment for riding. Top notch service in my book. The only thing I regret is not purchasing my boat from them. Do not hesitate to call these guys!

My online purchase experience was a disaster. The company took too long to send my product and when I opened the shipping box I was surprised to find the wrong product had been shipped to me. Though the shipping receipt in the box had clearly stated thedescription of the item I ordered they somehow managed to send me a completely different product. Then I had trouble contacting them. They sure dont know how to handle shipping orders. Ill never use this company again.

We purchased a NXT 22 this spring from Eric. The knowledge, service and support was amazing. Andy and Eric really know how to take care of their customers. This is our first Mastercraft and will not be the last one that we buy from the crew at Midwest Mastercraft.

I have had excellent service from the staff. When I have had questions they have been friendly on the phone and certainly get the job done.

Lengthy order fulfilment - but they had to order in the one part (so there is some excuse!) They would not split the order into 2 deliveries.but then... and here there is no excuse:- poor communication on order progress- committing to a delivery date they did not achieve- asking me to review their delivery performance before the delivery was madeand finally:- they did not ship all the items I paid forI am hopeful they will send on the rest!

Very helpful sales person helped me select a great new slalom ski. Always nervous buying a ski without trying it first, but I love it.

I have used Midwest Mastercraft for years and for many number of boats (Mastercrafts and Nautiques).... These guys are great, they know the boats and care about there clients... This is the only place I go now for maintenance and any pro shop items.Big thanks to Mark, Corey and Eric over at MWMC

No price guarentee. Bought waterski at end of season but before it arrived found same ski $60 cheaper at another site. Talked to Midwest but they would only compensate me half the difference, $30.
