The guy in there was very unwelcoming & before I even bought anything, asked for my id? I’ve been at this location several times as well as similar stores and never got asked for id. I didn’t have the physical one on me, but a picture of it on my phone. He wouldn’t accept it? I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend. I don’t like that feeling. Could’ve at least said hello before “interrogation”lol

Its a little over priced but the service was nice I actually enjoyed going in there. The lady that was at the counter told us if we have questions just ask then she didnt bother us and thats good I rather not have someone on me asking me about my love life.

Employee acted like she didnt want us there and was doing her best to do as little as possible.

Their plus size lingerie is more for thick girls, not fat girls. I had to cut up an elastic lace panty to make an extension strip for the sexy schoolgirl skirt fit me. Sewing was required. Not impressed. Measurements should be on the box!

Was excited to come to the maple grove store thinking it was fun like the one in anoka there they are very fun. Let you try the toys and see what there like. Not T maple grove the guy there should be working should be working at a library or a prison. He has no sense of humor.We are the. Customers are first. Harmless play should be okay. So ya my girlfriend and I had a poor experience there. Maybe with a employee that didnt run the store like police officer.We will not be coming back to this store again. Extremely expensive and stock was low. You either shell out boku bucks or you have the option of spending only a few and then youre only getting what you paid for. Theres no in between. However the staff were very very nice and helpful, no judgements or reason to feel awkward and the store was well maintained.
