Clean and friendly store with quality products for great prices. Got ground beef for about 1.50 per lb cheaper than in the grocery store.

This is the only shop or grocery I have found between Arab, Guntersville and Huntsville which has dog bones! While I was there, I checked out the wide variety of meats. I was impressed and will shop here in the future! T Bones looked fantastic as did the ribs. They also carry a wide variety of rubs, sauces and marinades.. I highly recommend them!

This place is always great! We have always had fresh meat. There is a great selection to choose from. For fresh meat the prices are understandable. But they do run sales.

This place has the BEST meats in town by far. Tons of local meat as well. The meat that isnt local is r still raised with care and the taste and textures are always better than anything else around this area. Only thing is, they know it. Prices are a little high. But, you get what you pay for so its not bad for the quality. Wish they had a better selection of meats that are nearing expiration so folks could get some deals but it is what it is. Ill still go back as Ive done for years. Bottom line... You want the best meat you can find without raising it yourself then you need to buy from Brickyard! Period. Keep buying mystery meat with rocks in it and no taste from Walmart if you want. But buy meat from these folks once and youll be blown away. Youll realize youve never tasted what real meat tastes like until that moment. I kid you not.

Helpful people! Cut my sirloin steaks while I waited. Answered questions for everyone. Steaks were great tasting and we didnt have any of the stomach problems we normally have with restaurant or store bought steaks. Bought chicken and bacon this time to try.Ill go once a month at least to buy my meats!You should call them for hours and what they have before driving over.

Weve been to this shop in Cullman a couple of times now. In my opinion, this is the best local meat option by far. The prices are great and the quality is amazing. Weve had the family packs of ground beef, Boston butts (both fully smoked and raw), bacon and chicken thighs. They have all been delicious, but the ground beef is what inspired me to write a review. We bought a family pack of ground beef, which is priced amazingly well at $2.79 and my husband cooked all 7 lbs of it this evening. There was so little fat and grease that cooked out that it hardly needed to even be drained. I had been buying 94%/10% ground beef at Walmart for over 2x the price (until recently) and the amount of added water and fat that cooked out of it was at least 20% of the full weight every single time. I am just so pleased with Brickyard, and will only be buying meat from them in the future as long as their quality and value stays the same.

I have visited this business multiple times and have always found great quality meats, however today I went in looking to purchase a couple of flank steaks and have them sliced for jerky. I asked about having this done and was told they didnt do that and all they had was pre sliced or whole and frozen. The man that told me this seemed uninterested and just pointed to the freezer and said number 7 on the bottom. I understand this is a cheap cut of meat and maybe my idea of a butcher is different than their business model but I was disappointed that they wouldnt slice it, and the attitude I perceived, meant or not. I will continue to use them for some things but wont expect much more service than i get from the other butcher in cullman.
