The team is extremely professional. They come when you call. They return phone calls. They know the equipment and they know how to help solve the problem. Their pricing is fair and honest. I just can’t say enough about Bo and the whole Shamrock team.

I have contacted Bo at Shamrock on several occasions for well work and with questions and every single time he has proven to be an honest, professional and genuinely nice person. He listens intently and comes up with suggestions and a game plan that works out well. He responds to calls in a timely manner and his crew provides excellent service while being efficient and personable.I can recommend this business wholeheartedly and without reservation.

We ran out of water a few days ago and discovered our previous well person had retired. We called Shamrock and was very happy when he answered the phone. And every time he answered the phone!!!!! This crew came out the next day and replaced the pump ( which was over 20 years old) and repaired the line going from the well to the pump. They discovered that there was a split in the underground connector pipe causing water to leak out into the ground. In this time of Covid his crew at all times wore masks! His crew is very highly professional and in short words awesome! Thank you! They explained what the problem was with the old pump shorting out after running for less than a minute and why the wiring should be replaced and after pressure testing what was needed to fix the problem with the. split leaking water line. For starters, we have never had well water so we had no idea what to do or expect.. we just bought our first home and of course, the water was an issue.it smelled like pure rotten eggs to the tenth degree. GROSS! so.. we went into the basement and looked around. we thought maybe it was a filter? maybe a pump wasn’t working — we had no clue.upon our investigation in the basement we saw a filter system with “Shamrock Well and Pump” labeled on it.. naturally, we call.. because this felt urgent lol.. and we have a 10mo old son, are planning to move in asap, and we can’t live with this stinky water..within a few minutes Bo recalled the property.. excellent! he had experience with this and knew exactly what we’d need to rid the issue. (sadly, the previous owner neglected this advice) anyway..he ordered an aeration system that night and was there within 72 hours, problem solved. it was fantastic. not only was he extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt, but he was also extremely kind.our experience with Shamrock Well and Pump was truly a godsend. all of our questions were answered, we received very fast and professional service, and most importantly the issue was completely resolved!sorry for the novel, but after what felt like a catastrophe — they truly deserve 5 stars! impeccable customer service! i can’t say enough how great our experience was. highly recommend them for any questions or troubles you may have.

These guys are the best in the business. When others failed to respond to multiple calls these professionals answered my first call. They were able to squeeze me into their already hectic schedule to help me out of a bind. Tough to find this level of conscientiousness in any of the trades these days. Thank you for your help and you’ve earned a lifetime customer. Wish I could give 10 stars.

This company is terrible. I called them twice to fix a problem with the well that THEY installed and both times after I took time off from work they were a no show. I called another company who replaced the pump, tank, underground pipe, and drilled a new well. Shamrock definitely used inferior products. If you want your well installed or fixed use Pauls Water Works. They really know their business.

I called Shamrock and spoke with the owner, who at the time was very responsive at about 0930 hrs.. The owner advised that he would send his crew after they finished another job. At this time I did not have any running water at my residence.I texted the owner at about 1:00 PM and no response. I again texted and called him at 2:18 PM (no response). I still figured that they were responding to my residence, therefore I did not call another company. I again called and texted the owner at 4:28 PM, with no response. I only wanted a common courtesy text, stating that his company would not be coming.I then had to call another company, who thankfully responded the following day.I SADLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. A SIMPLE COURTESY TEXT OR CALL WOULD OF BEEN SUFFICIENT, BUT HE LEFT OUR FAMILY WITH NO WATER.-JAYSON

We had a wonderful experience with Shamrock! Bo took my call late at night, right before Christmas Eve and he was beyond helpful! He walked me through everything and was so patient! I’m so grateful for the help, and will definitely use Shamrock in the future, as well as recommend them to everyone I know!

I’ve had a continuing 2-year saga concerning an irrigation system (my first ever, installed 2017!) an outdoor well rumored to be used from King Phillip Wars in Colonial times, a pump which quit late in summer 2017, a new pump installed yet never pumped drop #1 in 2018. Shall I go on?!! Think you’ve got the picture!!Anyway....my long-term plumber-friend arrived last Tuesday, April 30, 2019 to effect the final fix. Naturally, it didn’t work. Now we’re at the end of both of our knowledge bases and emotional ropes! Seeking an assessment of my well which MUST be the problem we reluctantly decided was the last resort.Through Goggle, I found Bo of 🍀Shamrock☘️ Well & Pump, Ltd. essentially down the street from me. He was quick to say he could come out the following Friday. He asked for photographs of the pump which I texted to him.A short while later, he called saying he was in a nearby town finishing a job more quickly than predicted, could he drop by later that afternoon? Same day?!?! WHUUUTTT?? Are you kidding?! SURE!! He and Joel arrived about 2:30.There ensued a most active 2 hours of very polite men repeatedly tramping up and down stairs, in and out of my well, conferring, and finally speaking directly with my friend-plumber.The good news is that my well water level is quite fine as is the “foot valve” or the part within the well, key for drawing water.Bo’s analysis conclusion revealed a need for an expansion tank at the pump end to allow it to work properly. As they were preparing to depart, I inquired about the charge for his visit.Bo held up his hand saying,”You don’t owe us anything!! We haven’t done anything yet!! Let’s wait to see if this does fix your problem first!”Although I am awaiting an appointment with my plumber to get that pesky tank installed, so the other 👠 can drop, I was and am still so very relieved!! As any homeowner reading thus far can well imagine, I was having nightmares about a cost prohibitive (for a widow on a fixed income!) well drilling scenario......and so a frustrating good-bye to long-awaited irrigation ever!!!WHAT A COMPANY!! WHAT POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CALM, PROFESSIONALS!! DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL🍀SHAMROCK ☘️....EVER, FOR ANYTHING....I have a feeling Bo would go out of his way to advise you even if it wasn’t strictly a well-related crisis!!!

This company is top notch all the way through and through. I called them with an emergency call when I had no water. They called back within 5 minutes, and they were at my house within 3 hours. They fixed the problem within an hour and everything was perfect. Why are you still reading this review? If you have a problem with your well, this company is the company to go with. Great service, prompt and professional response! In shamrock we trust! Weve had shamrock install a new pressure tank (replacing a40 yo tank), rebed our calcite tanks, and also out for an emergency call where we suddenly lost all water pressure. We called shamrock and explained the situation, they were on-site the same day and pulled our pump as thats whats usually the cause. Our pump was in good shape, turned out our electrical line to the pump was an old dug line not in any type of protective conduit. Got us up and running again that day! Thanks to Bo and Shamrock, we will call again for all our well services!

Very professional with prompt responses and service. In 2015 we had an issue with artesian well. We called a few companies and no one called back until we called Shamrock you actually showed up next day for new pump. Yesterday, water pressure low so I called Shamrock. Next morning I got a call back and explained issue and advise to change filter even though it looked fine. Voila, problem fixed without Shamrock claiming they had to come out and see and collect charge. GREAT guys. Give them a call if you need help. Bill in Blackstone, Mass
