The staff is always friendly and smiling I am usually greeted as soon as I walk in the door. I have noticed their stock of tarot and oracle cards have increased which is amazing. I always look for two specific women that work here as they are always helpful. The store is always clean and in good order. One of my favorite places to shop for book or cards. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend this BAM to anyone that is looking for specific items.

Its nice having a bookstore in the area and there is a great variety of books, magazines, and there is even a selection of comics/manga.

Always a favorite book store for something to pass the time. The layout is always eye catching for new things, not just things being pushed to grt it out the door. The employees are always very knowledgeable about where books are and whats going on in the world with different things. They also help you get the best discount! A BAM member for 2 years now.

Nice Funko selection, however the GUY employee was very RUDE when I started looking at the back row..and told me to leave them alone-they were sorted... saw multiple different pops behind the ones we were looking at. If you hunt pops - this store is NOT for you... if you move a pop they yell at you.

Nice store, good selection & reasonable prices, but my issue with store was clerk enrolling me in magazine subscriptions and providing my credit card information to 3rd party WITHOUT explaining this at all & not providing any information regarding what I was agreeing to when he showed me a flyer and asked what I was interested in on the listing. I take partial responsibility for not asking further questions but feel I wasnt given the opportunity. Beware of this unscrupulous practice at this location.

Offered help and immediately helped me pick out gifts for a child. Didnt try and push me into the expensive items and showed me a collection of gift ideas of varying price points. Always helpful and friendly staff.

I counted. There were not a million books.I got really discouraged as I rounded 100,000, thinking, theres just no way theres a million here. But then I came across the self-help section and I was like BAM, theres a nother couple thou.Couldnt decide on anything, so I bought a Funko Pop of Basil from the Great Mouse Detective. Some people keep them in their package, but I threw mine away and placed him on my shelf next to Belsnickel and Darkwing Duck.

This is a real life book store. Physical shopping. No virtual business. no screens. You can touch the books!!! You can flip though them! You can maybe even communicate with human beings in the process. You could smell them.if you desire. In the back in the children section there are touch and feel books an some of the even DO SMELL! The is a genuine shopping experience. You can also purchase adult magazines in the front!! A plethora of reading options from front to back side to side. A classic. Long live Books-A-Million.

Small selection but they have a good rotation and display of books. Its a great place to pick up a good book!

The Manager is always very nice. I could hear employees helping people make choices and they were good choices. I just wish it was a bigger store but I understand why its small in our area.

Very nice bookstore in our local Mall. The Staff are always very helpful and courteous. They have a very nice selection of titles for being a small store. Oddly enough the store doesnt smell like books though, just an observation. It would be nice to have a way to search to title on your own and not have to tie up the Staffs time. The prices are fairly decent which can be overlooked if you need a book right away.

The staff is very helpful from the moment you enter. The store itself is very clean. If they dont have a book in stock they offer to order and send directly to your home. They also have a large magazine selection covering something for everyone.

This book store is amazing. If I cant find what I am looking for the staff is always willing to assist me. If the book isnt in the store they will order it for you. Everyone should visit store.
