I love this joint. I come here for all my smoking needs, nicotine, glass and papers and never disappointed. If a product is faulty it is replaced on the spot. The man with glasses working during the day is energetic and very friendly and makes shopping much easier. This is my go to, thanks for your service!

I bought a new novo from them and it wasn’t charging I went back the next day and asked what the could do they switched it w another novo which was also faulty w the pod connection and charging . I went back and they told me it was fine and they were sorry. Had to go somewhere else to purchase and paid 12$ cheaper to there to top it off.

To the owner, its funny, the response to Danielle Flaxington! I was a weekly customer, until i was sold a faulty novo, i called the store within a half hour of buying it to tell them. Was told to bring it in, so i did 2 hrs later. The same person who sold it to me accused me of switching it out some how with my old one! They werent even the same color! Told me there was nothing he could do! You dont do exchanges or returns! Thanks! The only reason i gave you 1 star is because i had to to write this! I give you 0 stars
