What good is any location anywhere if doors are locked. If tbe owner cant get employees he should work the location his or herself.

Stopped to get fuel, snacks, walk the dog and use the bathroom. Unfortunately signs on bathroom stated they were out of order....with a Subway restaurant inside hmmm?... Thought its against health code..where will employees relieve themselves as well as anyone else ordering and eating food?Clerk looks at me and asks Youre traveling? I confirmed this and she told me to use the bathroom at the truck stop Loves up the road.This HAD been the spot I always pulled off for gas coming from West Virginia...i wont make that mistake anymore.

Supposed to be open 24 hrs? Needed gas just stopped and doors locked. All lights on but no employee in sight. Waited a few mins and not a soul appeared. Looks like this is a reoccurring issue with this location. Sounds to me like new management is warranted asap

Came into this location yesterday to purchase a Google play card and asked if I could use two credit cards to make the purchase they said they didnt know but that we could try anyway so we did. the total balance of the transaction was not available on the first card so when the transaction declined I was not surprised. to make a long story short I ended up leaving to go make my purchased elsewhere and when I went to the next place of business I found that they had taken all of the money that was on that card but yet still claims to have voided the transaction. upon going back to this location to get my money back I was treated rudely told that the money was not taken even though after calling my bank in front of them they confirm that 7-Eleven took the money they still would not give me back my money or even apologize for the inconvenience. I have placed a better business bureau complaint with this location and as soon as I hear more I will be updating this review.

Gulf gasoline and 7-Eleven C-Store beside of I-68. Very convenient to the interstate. Store is clean and well stocked. Also has a Subway inside.Chic-fil-A and Martins Grocery are close.

Few of the employees could stand to be trained in customer service.

Called in to order a pizza for the 2 time and was told by a employee that that the pizza I wanted was not inside it was in the outside freezer and he was not going outside to get it so much for customer service
