Great place but some of the people are not all there

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Found exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time.

Very bad attitudes, poor service. Not very helpful.

Just moved to Frostburg. I had gotten rid of my old living room furniture, leaving me with nothing to sit on other than my bed and an office chair when I moved in to my new place. I had tried to purchase JUST a recliner prior to my move at other places, and I could not, at all, get one. The Ashley Furniture salesman in Frederick was way too pushy, somehow making my $1000 purchase into a $3600 purchase, I just walked out cause all I wanted was a recliner and for an hour, the salesman refused to listen to me. I decided then to order online a recliner from Wayfair. I found one, purchased it, and had waited a week for it. But their day the email said it would be delivered, it never showed up. Wayfair canceled my order, with no email, no phone call, no receipt of the cancelation with the refunded money. I only found out on the tracking package delivery page, it was not noted anywhere else in my account. Glad I called them because also, no, Wayfair did NOT refund my purchase they canceled. So, they tried to steal from me. Too bad too, I had never bought from them before, glad I found out they are frauds on my first atempted purchase. Will never ever even look at their website ever again. But I digress...So, in desperation, I just picked a local furniture store from Google. Eaton-Young won the prize. When I called, I informed the salesman, I only want a recliner for now, and asap. Also, it will need to be bought scarily sight unseen, as due to the move, I am on medication for pain, so I couldnt drive to the showroom. I explained to him what I was looking for - color, price range, etc. He said he would call back if he had something. He called back in 5 minutes with 2 recliners he had matching what I was wanting. I just picked one of them and he said it would be delivered the next day between 10am-12pm. Now, any sane person should never ever buy anything sight unseen, especially furniture. However I was in a bind and figured Ill have a receipt and there should be a return policy if I dont like the recliner for some reason. The delivery guys were here just after 10am the next day. The recliner, while it may not have been something I would have picked out myself if I had shopped for it in person, I have to say this salesman at Eaton-Young hit it right 100%. The recliner is AWESOME! Its well-made, the color matches my coffee and end tables perfectly, and it is so comfortable, just as he said it would be. I am extremely happy with Eaton-Young and as a newbie to Western Md., this will be my go to place to finish furnishing my home. THANK YOU EATON-YOUNG!!! Oh, and the pup loves it too! He can finally chill with mom again!!!!

If you need furniture this is the place to go. The staff are top notch, helpful and friendly. After try 25 recliner an reclining love seat, we found the perfect fix. We even got the sale price, though it was a special order. I definitely will be back

Paid alot of money for r Furniture. Did not hold up. Had it replaced it twice. The third time needed replaced thay said thay cant. Even after thay said thay would replace it. Never again. Buyer beware

The radio commercial brought us in but it was the great service and beautiful furniture that kept us coming back. Lois has the patience of a saint and has always helped us find exactly what weve been searching for. Mac is easy to work with for deliveries and any other questions weve had. George is friendly and welcoming and even shared some history about some furniture we were purchasing. So happy we heard that commercial and found Eaton-Young Galleries!

Great quality in furniture. Karen was a great help an so very nice. BUT I Didn’t catch the womens name who confronted me in the beginning older, short blond shoulder length hair, very VERY UNFRIENDLY an rude. Not sure if her opinion of me was I wasn’t wealthy enough to purchase their furniture but that was the way I was treated an I won’t be back... and after talking to others in the community that seems to be a regular opinion at times.

Very patient with what I needed in a couch. Delivery guys were polite, friendly and helpful. Took time to show me how my reclining sofa was put together and how to take it apart when I move. Love my sofa!!!

Always pleasant. Took us a long while to decide. No pressure. Just positive suggestions: the salesperson is always working in the dark as to the needs and limitations of a customer and his/her house.

My bed is great and the guys that delivered and set it up were friendly and professional. They set it up quickly and it looks great.

So far no good with the Service experience and the couch I’ll change it if things change I highly doubt it

Once they have your money, youre nothing to them. Went to the store twice to resolve damaged 5 month old couches. George Young called the next day talking about the Brooklyn bridge and nothing that had to do with my furniture or resolve my issue. He did offer to have someone come out my house and lint roll the furniture, not the issue. But, who invites people who bash you into their homes? I was mistreated and made to feel like trash in front of my 9 year old son. The lady even took a phone call while I was complaining and didnt acknowledge me again until I spoke to her. Two other employees could of answered that phone. I wanted my same as cash account credited instead of them coming to my home being humiliated in front of my child. He refused. I told him im a single mother on limited income and he told me no one works harder than he does, so that tells you his character. I did tell him this wasnt a dick measuring contest and he hung up! So im out 1500.00.

Sold a very expensive, overpriced bedroom set to a young girl. Screwed the bed frame direct to wall that just had brand new drywall put up. Then only wanted to offer discount off of next purchase. Ill never buy from here.

My husband and I were probably there about 45-60 minutes, ready to purchase a sectional. Not a single employee came up to us to ask if we needed assistance or if we had any questions. No one even greeted us or made eye contact. Will not return, non-existent customer service.
