Jen and Chris were amazing!! Communication was awesome! I ordered this as a surprise for my daughter. Nick arrived to deliver knowing it was a surprise. Complete “white glove” service as promised. I live in PA. So this was not an easy thing to do. I will be using them again for my next project. Hands down….a truly reputable, customer service oriented, class act business. I contacted Cumberland Glass after reading a number of customer reviews on their website. (Never underestimate the importance of leaving a customer review.) From the initial conversation with Jenn to the next day FREE in-home visit for measurements and consultation with Nick until the final installation of three replacement insulated glass units, my experience could not have been any more superlative. The IGUs were swiftly assembled prior to the original date promised and installation by Nick was quick, clean and professional.This company will be the first that I will contact for any future needs and the first that I will recommend to family and friends.

I wouldnt use another glass co. For anything and I do alot of D&D before I use a company. Great company! I used them for a double slide glass tub/shower install. Too many good things to list. Look no where else for your glass needs. 👍👌

Couldnt be happier w/ the service and quality of Cumberland Glass. The staff was so easy to work with. Had a problem with my vinyl windows. Called Central Falls Glass who came to look at it, and quoted a price. However, they had to place a minimum order to their parts supplier, so they kept putting me off. After a month, I asked Cumberland Glass to look at it.
