Courteous and knowledgeable sraff, you wont find in the big box stores.

This store has the most helpful and courteous people I have met. They go out of there way to answer any questions and readily offer suggestions. Richard, assembled a grill for me even though I had not purchased it in this particular store.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people,that includes the younger ones that work there. Everyone is always welcoming you and trying to assist you as best as possible. Im glad I started to go there when we moved into the area a year ago. If they dont have it theyll go out of their way to get it for you. Awesome place, I truly would rather go there than Home Depot.

Great locally owned and operated business, can’t ask for better service or a more friendly staff. I talked to the manager for about 20 minutes one day on the right type of stain to get for my aged wood deck, he took the time to educate me on the process and the product and recommended Ben Moore’s Arbor Coat Semi-Solid oil based. Worked perfectly. I go here for quality products as that is all they sell, even the ACE store brand is good quality especially over bigger box store brands. You might spend 5% more here than you would at bigger places, but you will not beat the service. Having a hardware store 5 minutes from my house has saved meHours of back and forth time

Honest and helpful people when I go there and I can get a personalized experience. High quality interior paint is my favorite product but Ive purchased many items and rented tools there too.

You walk in the door..first face you see is the cashier who says good morning/afternoon/evening then as you walk through the store every employee (even as they are helping someone else) asks is there something i can help you find? My point is if you are looking for friendly knowledgeable people visit this store. I always find items i cant find at big box stores here!

Asked for help finding the screws & coordinating washers that I needed for a project. They said that 5/32” screws do not exist but that they’d find me others that’d work. The “others” were the wrong size & did NOT fit. I am on hold until I can find the correct fitting hardware for my project.

They have all the stuff you cannot get a big box stores. They know what they are talking about when you ask them questions. They might be a little more money but Ill gladly help out the local hardware stores

What can I say, Im in there all the time and know me well because of that reason. They have a little bit of everything and if they dont have it will go out of their way to her it for you. Electrical, plumbing, hardware, gardening, paints, household cleaning supplies, kitchenware, caninig products, automotive, replacement parts, specialty items, repairs and so much more for a small yet well organized store. Be prepared they have a lot of employees at every turn to ask if you need help, which is great sometimes.

This place is like a hardware store of years ago. The staff is acutely aware of their customers and you will be approached within a minute or 2 to see if you need assistance locating something. Also, theyre fine when you browse. There is always you need, its family owned and when your name is on the sign, great pride is taken in how customers are taken care of. Buy local whenever possible.We just purchased a new Husqvarna mower from them, delivered this morning by 2 guys, gassed up and oil in place ready to cut the grass. Forget the Big Box store, the customer service here @ Depaults is second to none.

Fun family hardware store

Been here twice now for 2 different things. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful however neither time did they have what I needed and I had to go somewhere else.

The staff approached me immediately, helped me find what I was looking for, then made me a car key with a chip in it for only 75$ instead of getting the exact same key from the dealer for $160. I couldnt have asked for better service. If you arent sure exactly what you need, and dont want to wander around a Home Depot or lowes for hours looking for someone, I suggest heading to Depault. They will talk to you, find out what you need, help you find it and walk you through how to take care of the job. Great place.

Depault repaired my out-of-warranty Husqvarna chainsaw twice - both times quickly and inexpensively. The first time there was a trigger issue, and the second time I needed my bar replaced. As certified Husqvarna dealers, they see a lot of Husky chainsaws, and it shows. They didnt do any unnecessary work, and their turnaround time was fast. I havent bought anything from the hardware part of the store, but the repair shop is great.

Typically have everything I need, but the REWARDS program is a joke. I dug through the recycle bin to find my $5 Reward coupon only to find out at the register that I needed to spend $35 to save $5. Silly me, I thought a reward was for what I already spent!!!! Give me a break.

Ive been to this store twice now and love the service Ive received. Both times they were very friendly and able to immediately answer questions and recommend products unlike the large home improvement stores where youre referred to different departments and people.

I can only say good things. Service is great always and they have good stock consistently. Useful place that I use frequently.

Nice people but...their Aura paint is the worst. Overpriced and does not cover any better than the worst Lowes paint. I just paid $60 for a gallon to do a 128 sq ft accent wall which should take half a gallon. I have run out of paint. 3 coats so far and looks like 4 may do it. Worst paint in my 23 years of painting. Shocking waste of time and money.

I understand its tough to compete with the big box stores, but they tend to be a little pricey and dont always have stuff in stock. Also their signs everywhere were watching you, dont do this..., do this... etc. are pretty unprofessional and annoying.

Theres always help around to ask for information and it is given even up to the point of calling a supplier for clarification...usually never an issue as they seem to know the ins and outs of problem with a solution.I trust them.

Depaults Hardware is my go to hardware store!You need it, they will likely have it. If they dont have it, they will get it for you if possible!
