It has not been a good place to do business.. waiting on parts ..then Almost 4 weeks no one has put it back together..keep telling me next week.. we need to get fire wood I keep calling.. Good Luck

Dont take your riding mower there to be serviced. They came and picked it up wouldntstart when picked up. Called said it was ready to come home. When I went and paid I specifically asked guy if new battery put in. His reply- no didnt need one. They bring it back home. It still wouldnt start. Man that came back for it said it was doing this when I picked up first time.No kidding. They put new battery in this time.. I had bought a belt for them to put on. Guy at outdoor power said it was wrong size. Do you think they put a new belt in. Hell no. Now my belts completely off. Neighbor is going to put new belt on for me. Company is is completely untrustworthy.

The kids behind the desk and in the back dont know anything about a 3 point hitch or implements. If you dont like it when customer service talks about you loud enough for you to hear, dont go. Go to Adams or online order or even TSC would be more helpful. I want to get behind a local company but after spending thousands here, nahh, no more.

These guys are professional and top-notch. I found the zero turn I wanted and they shipped it to a location near me to check it out. In my opinion their prices cannot be beat by anyone. Highly recommend!

My husband had them take his riding mower into the shop for repair as ithad gas leak. They had it 4 weeks and still could not find it. He even went down the shop and show them the spot where it was leaking. They really only got around looking at it about 3 weeks and 4 days later after having it. Then only drove it around. They charge him $150.00 in cash. Even when it was still under warranty, they said it did not apply because they techs could not find anything wrong. 4 weeks late it still had same problem, same leak spot. Another shop had it for one week. Found the problem with the leak in the same place he showed them. Their techs didnt even take the carburetor off. WMOP could of You Tube Koler engines to see the leak problems. He try to get some of his money back but the manger told him the owner told him not to give him back anything. A sad affair to treat hard working customers.

Only buy new goods from them and NEVER EVER let them service your equipment! Bought a new stihl chainsaw from them and was having issues in less than a year. Also got the 2 year warranty. They told me to throw it away and buy another saw and warranty wouldnt cover. Took it to carquest in Frostburg, they repaired under warranty and I have cut 3 seasons of firewood since and still running great! They did the same to my dad with his Troy Bilt tiller. Told him the engine was shot. Ebbys in Hagerstown fixed it. Needed a seal kit on carburetor and a spark plug. I wouldnt let W.M.O.P. work on a skateboard if you paid me to!

This company ordered the wrong part for our riding mower.Unfortunately our mechanic did not save the box it came in, now they will not accept the return. Im out 160$ because they cant order the right part and wont accept the return.first and last business dealing with this company

We bought a belt that they told us fit our mower. After we tried to put it on and it wouldnt fit we tried to take it back for another size...they told us we couldnt return it because it was dirty! We tried to put it on a lawnmower!! Didnt even make a rotation because it wouldnt fit. We wont be returning!
