Absolutely great place with great people working there! I go there to buy accessories and parts for my pit bike they are always on the spot with what I need!They have a very nice showroom with plenty of helmets and other riding gear! They also have a ton of pit bikes at a good price there, Great place for local people who need work done on a bike or atv. Honest people too!

We bought our 6 yr old grandson a 70 dirt bike. We looked many places, Cumberland Cycles was the best deal, best price with, best people. Lance was great, very informative, I highly recommend them.

Search 23 dealerships for what I wanted and only 3 had it but Cumberland cycles pricing was way better so I drove 3 hours on Saturday to pick it up. The guys was very friendly and knowledgeable of all products and the unit I bought. I went to put the utv on the trailer I rented but trailer was too small so I couldnt take it, and the dealership was closed Sunday and Monday. But because of the great people at Cumberland cycles Brian was kind enough to come back to the store on on his day off Sunday and open up so I could pick my utv up.... I cant say enough about how great this place is.. thanks again for everything...

Bought my helmet off them and took my bike there for an oil change and the prices was great. Staff was also nice and got me in on short notice for an oil change.

If I could give negative ratings I would.... every single time I have had dealings with this place its not been good .... took my side by side ATV in for repairs, I get it back and nothing electrical works and it was fully functional when I dropped it off, service manager claims pure innocence and no responsibility.... well they will hear from my lawyers

Called there and asked if they were open July 3rd and was told yes from 9 to 5 . drove 200 miles. 4 hrs of driving for nothing. Got there at 1.45 and they were closed. So I took my buisness elsewhere. Their loss.

Took in two wheels to have tires changed, service was completed the same day and done for a lot less than the Harley dealer. The guys said they had a rough time removing and mounting the rear tire, taking longer than they expected. They still only charged me what they said it would be!Honest guys with good attitude. Ill be keeping them in mind for the future.

This place has treated me great. All of the staff are helpful, and very knowledgeable. They beat any Harley shop hands down!

Customer service is terrible. The last 2 times I have been to the shop they have messed up something. The first time, they dropped my bike on a lift while doing an oil change, and had to replace all of the plastics. The second time, they were supposed to leave the bike out for me to pick up. Drove the half hour down and got dropped off, and the bike was inside behind a locked door. Hopefully other people have a better experience, but I will be going elsewhere from now on!
