Steve was very helpful. I tried to fix my car myself and messed it up. He went out of his way to help me. He was on his way out the store and still stop to help. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone at any time

This place is great. They get you in quickly and do great work. They use only the best parts, fluids and filters. Their prices, compared to the German import dealerships, are very reasonable. Steve does a great job of explaining things in laymans terms and giving honest advice.

Autowerks is a great shop. They currently service my Audi S6, Mercedes ML350, and have serviced my previous cars impeccably as well. Shop owner is really down to earth, and honest about everything he is doing. We moved to Sagamore Hills last year, and its still worth the 25min drive to make sure my cars are kept up properly. I never have to worry about communication or pricing, because hes very clear about what my options are, and always calls if anything changes. He does get a bit busy, so I try to schedule a bit in advance, but hes also been able to get me in same day, and usually has weekend hours. Quick turnaround time, great service, and evening hours make this the only place Ill bring my cars.

Steve told me it would be about a week before he could work on my car. The next day, he called me and said it was fixed! Super honest, super professional. Definitely will work with him again!
