First off, I am a regular customer at this station, and always receive top notch customer service. Gotta love when customer service goes above and beyond. I was buying some bags of candy to toss in with a box of birthday gifts for my niece when the clerk and manager threw in a fresh box of chocolate pies to further sweeten her birthday. My niece loved the gifts and the pies. She shared with her siblings and had a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you to the staff at the store for truly caring about the customer. Its small and one might consider insignificant but I feel this is the best example of human nature. Go the extra mile, care for each other. Theyve earned my business for life. Thank you for the simple but not so insignificant gesture.

Company takes checks. I write them here all the time. Old lady hag working 3rd shift has the nerve to tell me they dont take them cause shes too lazy or poorly trained to find the button on the register screen that says checks. Get your staff trained or make a uniform policy that goes to all shifts.

I havent gotten gas here or been in the store, but I imagine it to be like mist gas stations: nothing bad but nothing great.The car wash has good prices BUT is extremely slow. At first, I thought the line was so long because there were so many people, which was not the case. Then I thought the line was from people being indecisive about what kind of car wash they wanted and they held up the line, which was also not the case. The car wash itself is very slow compared many washes. I think the time delay is mostly contributed to the fact that the wash only permits 1 car in the wash at a time, whereas, other washes may have 2 cars in the wash at the same time (1 going in as the other is drying). Its really unfortunate that I couldnt get out of line either. The automated wash system (to save time) doesnt make up for the wash itself (that costs time).Another downfall of the car wash is payment method. You must either prepay inside the store or pay with cash (preferably quarters) at the wash...but there was no clear signage of this at the wash (not sure about in the store). This caused me a huge inconvenience and for others who do not carry cash.

I had purchased a deluxe wash didnt dry my vehicle called to let them know a female told me no problem next time I was in the area let them know and they would give me a rewash ..... Just stopped in today no one remembers speaking to me said I need a receipt who keeps a car wash receipt after you enter the code it goes in the trash !!!!!! Treated with disrespect and not to mention the associates had their masks on their chins during a global pandemic

Accidentally locked my keys in the car with my phone. The guy inside, Raj, was a cool enough guy to not only let me borrow his phone to contact someone, but also kept me some company during the half end of the near 2 hour wait. Thanks, man.

At any time of the day, any day of the year, there will be two cars at this BP and twenty-five cars across the street at Sheetz, for good reason. I wonder why this BP even bothers to stay open.

They never have paper in the pumps for your receipt. Then u have to go inside to get your receipt wasting your time. Fill up the machines!!

The worst, old, malfunction pumps I never saw in 40 years... check out your credit card for double payments...
