I contacted Crown Granite and Marble to cut my granite countertop to accommodate a drop in sink after my other sink came off of the granite underneath. After some discussion Ryan asked some key questions and then said he might have a sink that would fit. The measurements were not typical and I had difficulty finding a sink. Ryan came out after hours had the sink made some minor adjustments and installed under my 30 year old granite. Swift, professional, neat and technically savvy! It looks beautiful and I highly recommend Crown Granite and Marble! Imagine what he could do on anEntire kitchen remodel?!

Horrible install. Damaged my siding bringing in the countertops. One piece was cut so bad it had to be replaced, took over 5 weeks! While cutting the soap dispenser hole onsite they burned the bottom of the sink cabinet.Save yourself some time and frustration and go somewhere else.

We received a beautifully installed quartz countertop. Had a hiccup at the beginning of the process, but Crown worked it out nicely. Very happy with the team there. Would go there for my next project.

Crown Marble & Granite was amazing! I would highly recommend for you to ask for Charlotte. She was not only very knowledgeable but a great decorator and had great recommendations. We have had so many compliments on our granite. When you go in you will not have a hard time finding Charlotte. Shes the one always wearing a big smile and a sparkle in her eye. You cannot go wrong with Crown and Charlotte.

Attentive during purchase but poor service thereafter. Within 6 months of install the countertop - which we were told at purchase was granite (but later found out was quartzite) began to pit/chip.Paid for the repair.The repair failed a few months later and had to repair again, which we paid for. Then 1 month later the repair failed a 3rd time. Serviceman was late for service call. Tried to speak to owner, Mike, and also emailed the store. We were even willing to tear out the inferior product and buy another countertop. Owner refused to respond but rather spoke through his employee saying “there is nothing more we can do for you.” Beware!

Crown Granite is SPECTACULAR!!! Wendy was amazing to work with! We were going to go with butcher block counter tops because we didnt think there was ANY way we could afford granite. Wendy was thorough and unbelievably helpful and took amazing care of us. We will be coming back for sure. AWESOME company!

Let the buyer beware! I have worked for many years with Crown successfully. This week was shocking! We had a fireplace surround installed. The installer was terrible and could not be bothered to center the marble. A brick firebox is not moveable, therefore it is fairly obvious (for anyone who thinks) for the need to measure and center. I have called to discuss the matter and the owner Mike will not return my calls. People understand mistakes just have the guts to take personal responsibility. Apparently, this is not a something they understand.

They came to my home to install the countertops in my newly remodeled basement and I had the BEST experience. Customer service was excellent and the installation went perfect, no problems at all! Quick and efficient, 10/10 recommend.

Following a large granite install, I have made every effort to communicate and resolve concerns with the owner. The owner and project manager have refused to communicate with me directly after multiple attempts. We had a contract that included the counter top installation as well as a 4 granite back splash. The installers improperly drilled the sink hole which left no room for the back splash agreed upon to be installed. We are now faced with a kitchen that is torn up and a tile solution for a back splash that will cost us $1100 additional. Cook top was cut out improperly, and a large mess left behind by contractors that included glue and sawdust all over my home. This is a service industry that consumers expect the highest quality product from when paying out thousands of dollars.

Crown Granite is by far the best company to work with in this area. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and quickly recognized what I wanted and worked within my budget. The written estimate was thorough and easy to understand- no hidden costs like the competition. We had a tear out and install for our kitchen, and they booked a great plumber to complete the job in just an afternoon. A potential concern was found by the plumber, and Rebecca had another installer come within an hour. After looking everywhere in the area, I found this company to be the best quality at a fair price. Plus, the buying experience was relaxing and even my husband noticed the professional yet friendly atmosphere. I felt very reassured that i was making a great decision and was very informed during the order process. They treat you like family. Thanks!

Crown Granite and Marble was an outstanding company to work with. My wife and I were not treated well by most of the large home improvement stores. None of them seemed concerned about finding the right option for us within our budget.I requested a quote from Crowns website, supplied my measurements, and within hours Fred had responded with a very detailed quote. After stopping in to visit their showroom, we were given the suggestion to visit the warehouse of one of their suppliers for even more slab options than the dozens they had there. We were able to find something that looked terrific in our price point.The team at Crown was very easy to deal with as we were finalizing the contract, and unlike many places, they didnt hide any charges from us and then spring them on us at the final moment. Crowns price was better than we could find almost anywhere, and it was clear from reading other reviews and seeing customer feedback in their store that their work is exceptional.The actual work performed by their fabrication team was top notch. They cut our L-shaped section as one piece, so there were no seams. The edges are beautifully polished and everything fit our dimensions perfectly. The team of installers was very friendly and professional also.I cant say enough good things about Fred, Becky, and everyone that we worked with at Crown. We would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality granite options delivered with outstanding customer service. If you want to be treated as a valued customer, have a huge choice of slab options available to you, and end up with a terrific finished product, Crown should definitely be your first choice.

Our experience last summer (2012) was entirely positive and satisfying. Becky was a good listener and offered good suggestions as we toured the pieces of granite from which we decided to make a selection. Soon after committing to Crown Granite, someone came and measured our kitchen, both manually and electronically. Our selections were cut accurately and installed with care and precision and in a timely manner. All in all, this was a very positive experience and we would happily recommend Crown Granite to anyone.

I got my counters done by this company about a month ago and i got to say i’m in LOVE with the work they did, my whole family is jealous, and i couldn’t have done it without their precise cuts!!

We have had 2 installs with Crown, the first one was a disaster with inexperienced installers who left the job unfinished and we were told to further complete the job ourselves to make it safe...that was awful. We ended up back there for our next purchase for two reasons, 1. under new ownership and we were assured proper installation and 2. price ...the pricing was really great. Second install was worse than the first, in that the job could not be done b/c pieces were measured wrong...so after a few days with no running water/dishwasher (b/c they had removed the sink) the brought in new pieces which were stained and we had to wait an additional week or two for someone to come get the stain out. During this time we we apologized to once. No one was apologetic for the inconvenience, the bad template, the bad product, etc. Our installer did not complete the install and we had to have crown back out to complete installation of soap dispensers. It was a hot mess. Even after speaking with the owner, we were hard pressed to get an apology. They did handle the situation, the job is now done, and we are satisfied, but it was not a good experience and I would not ever tell anyone to choose them even though in the end we are finally satisfied. Install is everything...shop around.

Had granite installed in 2 bathrooms and everyone at Crown was great to work with from the office to the installers. The workmanship was great. I will recommend them for all my granite needs.

We were disappointed with this company. They did not measure the countertops correctly for the quartz. The edges were too prominent, and the corners were square and not rounded. The worst problem was that the recess for the gas cooktop was too small and we could not install it. They blamed this on us and initially refused to come back to make it the correct size. After many angry phone calls and texts they eventually came back and made the recess the correct size. It was a drop in cooktop and not rocket science to make the recess correctly. We are still living with countertops that stick out too much. This installation was not cheap and we expected a better, hassle free job.

I highly recommend Crown Granite & Marble! We used them for all the solid surface material in our remodel. This included included several bathrooms, fireplace surrounds, and kitchen. As well, I requested some creative backsplash on one vanity and they worked with me to get it exactly how I wanted it. Im thrilled! Remodeling (or building) is never without its obsticles; however, this team of professionals went above and beyond to solve difficult installations, slab matching concerns, and made any issue right through product fabrication or customer service. Our granite and undermount sink were installed by another company several years ago. The sink repeatedly fell through and was reinstalled by them. It happened again over the holiday - but the business had closed. We called Crowne after getting recommendations and seeing the reviews. (Phil) took before/after pictures to show us what was wrong. He actually used a grinder on his truck to manufacture a missing part for us. I was worried it would cost far more than the service call stated when we scheduled - but the invoice was exactly what was quoted. Satisfied. Would recommend.

Loved everything about this experience and my countertops look amazing. Crown really made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the process. Tackled my kitchen renovation on my own and when we changed the cabinet layout slightly from the quoted layout, Becky was extremely accommodating and gave me the original quoted price, which was very competitive (even to the HD quote!). The installer, Brian, was also really knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job on the 2 seams in my kitchen. I am especially pleased with the care and precision that he took during the installation. For the high quality installation and attention given to me throughout the process, I couldnt be happier with my decision using Crown. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

Went in to the store to get some prices on their granite. They have five different levels of granite. I asked them what the price was per square foot. They said they can not provide a price per square foot. I thought this was strange because I have been to six other granite store and the big box stores and they all provide the price by the square foot. They said they need my layout and to know how many cut outs and bump outs to provide a price. I am not sure how knowing that would affect the price per square foot. The other places charge an additional fee for each cut out and bump out, just like for an edge upgrade. When a place is not up front about its prices I feel they are hidding something or are a little shady. I just left since they were not honest and upfront on their price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I own a remodeling company in Cuyahoga Falls. I have used Crown Granite for all of my countertop needs for over 5 years. They are a fantastic company, with excellent customer service. Aubrey, Becky, and Mike are some of the most friendly and accomodating customer service people in the construction and remodeling business. I trust that everytime I send my valued clients to Crown that they will be treated with great care and respect.
