I had a busted spring replaced today by a very nice young lady. It took her approximately 40 minutes to complete the task. She also sprayed the door components of both my doors. She stated that being a senior citizen that I would receive a discount although it was not noted on the invoice I received so I can’t verify that I actually got the discount. I felt the cost of the spring replacement was over the top. I think COVID has been used too often as a price gouging strategy by service companies. If I have any garage problems in the future, I will pursue other resources.

Great Customer Support. The wires on my keyless entry pad broke when I was installing a new battery. I was leaving for Florida the next day. I called them and they said they would look at it right now if I could bring it in. I did. They fixed it for me with a new part as I waited. They would not accept any payment, just asked that I write a good review if I was satisfied. I am very satisfied.

They sent a commercial serviceman to my home. he admitted he is subbing for the residential serviceman. he would not listen to my complaint about the heavy weight of the garage door. i asked him several times to check the torsional springs but he refused and provided several nonsense excuses. i was not happy with the quality of the service and the obvious lack of knowledge of the serviceman. he was more interested in selling me a new unit as he kept talking about sending a salesman to provide me with options to buy a new garage door opener. my advice, never ask for services from a company that sells the product. they are not interested in fixing your problem, they are primarily interested in selling you their products.

Called for emergency service . Got a call back that it was going to be $500 for service not including parts. Went somewhere else for $100. Don’t waste your time with this company . There is Precision Door that is much better and quicker in response .

I was able to get same day service and the guys were courteous and respectful. Now my door runs great and is quiet. Thank you!

Prices are the best around. A friend told me to use them because Phil was very nice and got everything done the right way..... However My experiance was in No way good... Theres a guy Nate they sent. Left a mess was in NO way friendly. Liked his phone more then his job So next time i will remember to request phil Maybe nate or nathan is new idk maybe he just hates his job. But i dont think he should be in customer service! If you use this company request PHIL!

These people are awesome!!! I had a problem with the door on my trailer they repaired it in what seemed like minutes, everyone there treated me like part of their family thanks again you guys are the best...

The service guy spent more time on his cellphone than working on the door. He unhooked the opener opened the garage door. Charged me $125.00 for 5 minutes total. Then told me it would be $471 for a new opener. Lucky me I found another company $225 out the door!!

My husband determined exactly what was wrong with our garage door after spending lots of time researching the issue. He called Overhead Doors because they originally installed our doors. He explained to them that the motor drive board needed to be replaced. They showed up on 8/11 with a new motor board and spent 30 minutes trying to fix it. The technician then told me that he had unfortunately brought a faulty board with him and another one would need to be ordered. I was then charged $80 for the technician to tell me that my garage door wasnt working properly and our motor drive board needs to be replaced. He then told me that it would cost another $180 approximately for him to come back with the new board. I paid of course and my husband was upset obviously, so he called Overhead Doors. They told him that is what it costs for them to come out. Why was I charged a service charge then $50 for labor. LABOR!! For what? I was charged $50 for labor to try a faulty board. We will never use this company again.

This company is the Best !!!My Wayne-Dalton Garage DoorSpring had broken damagingthe door. A competitor said it could not be repair.....So I called Overhead Door for a second opinion. Tod over the phone knew what the problem was, he sent a tech Jayson who gave me a very fair quote to REPAIR vs New saving more than a thousand dollars. $$$$.. Same afternoon Nate and Kevin had the door working as NEW.
