This place is awesome! Some of the best customer service that Ive experienced from any business ever. Came in for something to get the urine out of carpet from a dog and they were very knowledgeable about their products and more than willing to help. I will return if I ever need anything in this category again!

I have to say that Andrea and her people certainly know a thing or two about customer service and I can see why I was referred to them. I had a huge project that I only had a visualization of what I wanted as the outcome but knew nothing about what I needed to get it done. Well I am very pleased that I chose Advanced to go to for this because these folks were terrific. They went out of their way to make sure that my visualization came to be, and for that I am grateful and would refer anybody to them for cleaning supplies or just plain advice.
