Arthur was fantastic. He was a great source of knowledge and his customer service was awesome. Glasses were ready in four days . Highly recommend

Jazmin has the absolute worst customer service. Called for simple questions of if I could schedule an appointment today and when the next opening would be and she gave me attitude. And said to me “the doctors not in on Saturdays” like I should have known that! I do not work there so I would not know this and it’s also not posted on the website! I simply said oh ok do you know when the next opening would be? She blurted out Tuesday with no time so I asked what time, placed me on hold. Came back with time that didn’t work for me and I politely said that would not work for me but I do want to schedule as soon as possible. Asked her how much an appointment would be for contacts without insurance, again she gave me attitude and said she didn’t know and then blurted out $140. These are simple questions that the associates should be able to answer and are there TO answer! Gosh!!! I would leave negative stars if I could! I just had simple questions that aren’t posted on the website that literally says call if you have any additional questions!!!

I went to many eye glasses store and I’m so glad I found this place ! Crews are all great and professional there! Arthur took great care of my eye glasses and he’s such a nice guy and full of passion. I would highly recommended go there. He explained details of different kinda of lenses and very knowledgeable. Great customer service !

My mom had a fall today and bent her eyeglass frame. The staff could not have been more helpful in getting her frame fixed. Always a positive experience at this location. I wish I got the gentleman’s name that help me. Please know that your compassion meant a lot . Thank you 😊

After ordering 2 pairs of glasses, Walmart cancelled my order since they were unable to make them and refused to refund the cost to the credit card unless I drove 44 miles to the store!

The optical is not closed on Saturdays despite what this website says.

They keep giving me the wrong prescription.
