I paid $120 for muffler at autozone I brought it to muffler care i paid another $300 to have welded they kept my new muffler and just welded a 2 foot tail pipe thats it I paid $420 for nothing this place will rob you while they tell you Don t go here or there when muffler care is worst place

Very friendly people who take care of your problem promptly at a reasonable price. Drove in on a Saturday morning with a exhaust leak, and drove out in less than an hour with the issue resolved. Highly recommend them.

On several occasions have went out of there way to help me pointing out issues that need fixing right away or will need to be in the future.

Overly confident. Took car for them to look at for catalytic converter replacement and was confidently told that I needed a fuel pump. Took to Watsons and they let me know my fuel pump was GOLDEN but I needed a catalytic converter and to go to Care Muffler. Took car today for a second opinion like Jeff(who works for Care Muffler)said, only to be told this time that nothings wrong with car, I just need a tune up. Took all of 8 minutes for them to diagnose my car. I guess its different strokes for different folks. Will never go back or recommend.

$250 for some hangers and pipe replaced in three spots. Asked if it was replacement from cat back BEFORE job was done and they stated from the price it must be, but the gentlemen we were dealing with was out. Get a quote outlining what work is included before agreeing to anything. Have used in the past with no problems, but $250 for just repairs on my daughters car is ridiculous.

My daughter had to go to Danville for orientation at a new job she just got. She lives in Peoria IL area so she had quite a drive and her muffler almost fell off. I did not know the Danville area, so I googled a muffler repair shop and after reading the reviews, I had her go to the Care Muffler & Brake Shop. She had not taken any money with her, but the people there went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed her muffler for her so she could be on her way. The owner was so nice and helpful to her and I had told her to have him call me for my credit card information in order for him to get paid. He was so kind to loan her a phone and he was so nice when he called for my information. He assured me my information would be safe and that she was well taken care of. I cant tell you how much I appreciated his kindness to her and getting the car fixed and on its way. He was very good to help her in a short notice. It is good to know there are still people out there that are willing to help their fellow people. All businesses should treat their customers that way. Care muffler and brake shop stolen from me.. I had to rate them five stars because you cannot write them unless you do. Paid $420 to get my brakes fixed. Took back because I had warranty. They stole the warranty out of my car had to call the police there was nothing the police can do because he cannot find record. Lied to the police and said he had to call corporate and there is no corporate because their independently owned. Dont take your vehicle there
