Billy West is the best! He is a total asset to this company. He takes the absolute best care of all maintenance for my vehicle. A guy who truly cares about his customers and their safety on the road. I would not take my vehicle to anyone else! The waiting area is nice, comfortable, and clean. They also have a wonderful snack area with a large variety of items to choose from.

I went into this dealership with a very specific budget and idea for a vehicle. The ridiculously long and bad sales tactics used to box me into this car were infuriating from the get go. The final “negotiated” price was 40% less than what I was originally quoted. We all expect some “wiggle room” from car guys but come on!Then I’m sold an “auto butler” package to have 2 full details twice a year and have a manager check and make sure that there is not interior damage on my lease. Seemed like a good dealToday I go in and sit for 2.5 hrs for my car to go through the car wash and my carpets cleaned. My center console is still dirty, my dash has been half wiped, and there’s new mud all Over my passenger door. The customer service rep calls me and informs me that I got what auto butler offers.I’m making my review 2 stars because the first guy I worked with was wonderful and energetic. Once I was “inside” my experience went downhill.Bottom line: if you’re hoping for a better-than-industry-reputation experience, this is not the place. They’ll jerk you around and oversell you

Very poor customer service. When I finally got the attention of a salesman and was able to ask questions about financing. Was treated like it was beneath them to even talk to me. The experience was good, except for two things I was notified by the app the status of my care from the service department said my car was Ready but in all actuality it was not I still had to wait around 40 minutes more before they had got the paper work and was able to close my service ticket. The second item was my cars notification still says service required, after I just left with my service completed. This item needs to be added to the service guys check list when service has been completed, now I got to figure out how to reset the service reminder or take back to the dealership which is 40 minutes away.

This was my first visit to Eastern Shore Toyota and I was very pleased. Upon arrival to the service department they had all hands on deck getting people signed in. Out advisor was friendly and personable. Since I had multiple items done I left the car there and was able to remotely monitor the progress of my appointment. I received a call from the service department immediately upon completion. The bill was very close to the amount on the estimate. And lastly, Ive never had such a thorough car wash at a dealership!!! I will definitely return to Eastern Shore Toyota for my auto servicing needs.

The staff that serviced me was very polite. There was one very professional dressed young woman in a black skirt and white blouse that was so pretty and polite that was so sweet to my granddaughter. She offered her a snack and showed me the play area. My oil change and tire rotation was just a little pricey. Overall it was a great visit.

I was greeted a few minutes after I arrived. I told the person I had an appointment, he checked and took me to meet another person. I went into the waiting room. The service person text me a message stating what they found. I okayed what I wanted done. In a little over two hours (which I was told it would take), I got my keys and left. Great job.

My salesperson, Michael was amazing and did a great job helping me pick a car that I would like. But it seems the management team is technologically inept and the financial team is backed up. The day I got my car, it took over 4 hours for the finance team to process my papers and I left the eastern shore toyota with my new car at 10:45PM (I was there since ~5:45 PM). Im shocked that the team has such slow service. I do hope in the future the managers can do a better job to manage not only their time, but their customers time better.

Before I left the Eastern Shore in 2013, I thought the service here was decent. Sometime before I moved back, the service department went downhill. I’ve been waiting 2 hours for a fog light to be replaced, and I actually had an appointment. I thought Toyota was supposed to be leaders in efficiency, lean six sigma, and cadence. Who knew?Edit: After posting this review, it still took an additional 2 hours for the light bulb to be replaced. To be fair, we weren’t charged for the work, so it only cost me a half day’s work. Light bulbs are hard. 🤦🏼‍♂️

This was the best car buying experience ever! Stopped by Eastern Shore Luxury to look at cars for my husband and walked out with a car for him and car for me! Their inventory is well curated and extensive! The showroom is awesome! It’s not your average dealership! It’s so much more! They were so attentive and never rushed us or pressured us! My husband enjoyed it soooo much that I’m sure he will probably be stopping in there to have coffee with Shawn and Adonis on the regular! Both of these guys just wanted us to be happy with the deal and it showed! The whole experience felt like more than just a business transaction...it’s like we made friends, bought some great cars and we will definitely be back for all future purchases! Lindsey Blunt provided good service for my first visit and deserves 5-stars for his part. The service tech apparently never closed out my ticket, which required Lindsey to go and retrieve it and close it out, resulting in a delay in my paying my bill and receiving a carwash. Lindsey offered to provide me a carwash if I wanted to come back, but I live in Fairhope and I cannot justify driving back. Otherwise, I would have given 5-stars.

James was a great salesperson despite my nonchalant and indifferent attitude. Toyota wasnt my first choice but I decided that it was the best car for me. Stock is limited but that isnt due to anything that Eastern Shore Toyota can do about that.Felt decent about the deal I received, financing took longer than I was expecting. A few curve balls were thrown from me and from EST but we finally figured things out. Dont be in a hurry, it always haunts you. :)Overall it was a good experience based on James and the Sales Manager. Buying a car is NEVER an exciting or excellent process but necessary so unless they have some miraculous way of making you happy, its going to remain a good experience.Lets just hope they get the right documents to my financial institution quickly.

If i could give negative stars, i would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this place. Just got a used vehicle from them (basically new) has a recall that could have easily been fixed before selling, drove off the lot (in the daytime) so didnt know a headlight was out until we got home that evening, and havent been able to get someone on the phone for over a week of non-stop calling and messages. Worst experience of my life, especially for buying my first car.

Bought a 2020 Corolla from them two months ago. A week into having the car service lights came on. Called and asked when’s the last time it was serviced the lady whom I spoke with said February, and the service would be free twice. Get there the day we are scheduled and they did an oil changed, and did standard inspection. Found a nail in the tire. Charged us almost 80.00 for the service that was supposed to be free. Did not tell us what tire and was going to charge almost 200 dollars. Told us they would not release the car until we paid, after we originally were told it was no charge being as it was supposed to be serviced before we left the car lot with the car. I called and spoke with management said they would listen to the phone call where we were told it was going to be free, and they never returned our call. Don’t recommend unless you want to pay $600 a month for a car that needs maintenance.

We were on vacation in Fort Morgan when the car engine light came on, contacted East Shore Toyota and set up an appointment for the next day. Car was shaking bad so we decided to leave it at the car lot and rent a car until the next day. Finally had a beautiful day to get some sun so we decided not to drive the 1 hr. 20 min. (One way) to pick up and drive back knowing we were leaving the beach the next day so we decided to call and rent the car for another day. Next day we went to dealership to pick up car and leave rental and they decided not to charge us for the extra day rental! Excellent customer service and very nice people to do business with! Thank you guys for not making this vacation a nightmare!

Called and gave specific details of what I was looking to buy including down payment info and credit score. Guy said hes call back in 15 minutes. No call. Drove up there today from Foley. Spoke to different guy, Jake, on phone from parking lot standing in front of a truck I was interested in and he asked me to meet at the front doors. Stood there for 10 minutes and no one showed. Other staff just stood around and stared and offered no assistance. Even tried to communicate through text but got no response.

I had difficulty getting the attention of someone from the sales team. I applied online. Got no response. Nothing. Contacted an online person said they would get someone to me. Nothing. I finally decided to call and talked to a gentleman was told to text him anytime after our initial conversation. I did. No response from him. Waited a couple of days texted again. Nothing. Finally I called again explained my situation as I was interested in one of their used vehicles and finally this person got busy and made things happen. I came in negotiated a deal was hoping to get a better deal but I understand numbers and the market so I agreed to the deal. They were pretty busy as it was a Friday evening so I had to wait longer than I have ever waited for F&I to get to me to do the paperwork. Once there though very professional attitude and good customer service skills were displayed. I got what I wanted and they hopefully gained a future customer as my wife is wanting to get a new car in the near future. I will have to wait and see how their service dept treats me before I agree to make that purchase as the service dept is everything as we all know after the sell. I would have given 5 stars but like I indicated at the beginning it was really difficult to get a hold of someone to contact me back after I initiated the original communications. If not for the fact I was very interested in the used vehicle that they had I probably would have just went somewhere else.

While driving down to Gulf Shores from Atlanta on a Friday (5/7) the alternator failed on my Lexus. I was only going to be in Gulf Shores from Friday and would return to Atlanta on Monday (5/10). After having my vehicle towed to the dealership late Friday afternoon, Jason and his team quickly diagnosed the failed alternator and replaced it with a new one on Saturday (5/9). The car ran flawlessly on the way home and I’m grateful for such amazing customer service. Thanks again!!!

The facility was nice the customer service when beginning the deal was pretty good. However once I purchased my vehicle I noticed I had left my garage door opener in the vehicle I traded in. I live in a different city so I told my sales associate Justin and he stated he would grab it for me (this was 15 minutes after we completed the deal). I asked him if I could drive back out and pick it up or if they could mail it to me. I then had no response from him for an entire week I reached out everyday. I finally drove out to the facility and they said they would grab it for me from his desk because he was busy. They then came back and said it wasn’t in his desk they would go grab it from my old car. They then sent two more people over to me before sending over a manager to let me know he never grabbed the garage door opened like he said that night. And they had thrown it away. I explained I live an hour away and would have liked for them to tell me that before I drove all the way out there. So my only complaint is lack of communication I don’t recommend purchasing from that specific sales rep Justin Straight he unfortunately will close the deal and cut all communication on you. This unfortunately feeds into the stereotype of car salesman. Everyone else was pretty nice up there however he ruined my experience.

Cale was super nice and assisted with options which were available. He was courteous and followed up on all stages of me becoming a new owner of a 2020 Toyota 4Runner!!!!

Absolute WORST experience ever!! They say customer priority is #1..that is not the case. Went in got “approved” for a vehicle we loved. But then sat for an hour waiting for finance to “come get us”. Then sat for another hour in complete silence with Blake just for him to tell us to come back the following Monday. Came back Monday to being told they will “try” to get us approved?! So two weeks go by, US calling THEM almost every day just to be told “___ will call you within 10 min!” then never getting a call. Then begging for answers so speaking with manager after manager then being transferred to someone else who wouldn’t bother to answer the phone. Two weeks driving in a car just for them to tell us to return it back. TWO WEEKS to get an answer. From being approved to not. The communication skills here are pitiful. No one is helpful, management is a joke and they made it VERY clear they do not care about us as customers at all!! Highly suggest taking your business ANYWHERE but here!

We started out the day just looking at vehicles wanted to see what was out there before we settled. Visited several car lots in Mobile and test drove many cars but when we arrived at Eastern Shore Toyota we were greater by Joel, we told him what we wanted in a vehicle and the price we needed. He showed us a few vehicles and we took one for a test drive and we new it was the one. We chose Eastern Shore Toyota for several reasons, but the lifetime warranty was the main selling point besides the fact that the salesman was wonderful and the car was loaded with everything we wanted. If your in the market for a vehicle go visit them before you settle for anything less and be sure to ask for Joel Hoover!

Worst experience i have ever had buying a vehicle. This was my 2nd. Time to buy from them. 1st. Time was great. This time not so much. I bought a $60,000 suv. I traded in the car I bought trough them. No troubles no check engine lights. Pulling out with new car I made it about 3 miles and it stalles. Here I am on the side of road close to midnight with my new car. I waited a bit started it again no trouble lights so I have to limp it home it stalled a couple more times but I made it. I call dealership the next morning (due to the hour same day) and salesman said it was fine when you left. Well bring it here and they will look at it. If you cant get it here I cant help you. ##### after that they sent a tow truck. Then I asked about a loaner. Salemans response was cant you borrow one from someone? ###### after that I got a loaner. When leaving with loaner the tire light was on and fuel light was on. I got car 3 days later. In the defense of the service Manager and the Sales manager they did pick up the pieces and took care of me. But I am the customer spending a lot of money and sometimes things happen. For the saleman acting like you care just a little saying Im sorry this happened, anything. Not one word. He did say it was fine when it left lot, what happened?

I was disappointed that I had wait over three weeks for an appointment date but on the day of my appointment I was in and out in record time, and that that I am grateful. I knocked off one star due to the three week wait for an appointment.

I been to a lot dealerships looking for a car but no one worked with me and treated me as nice as Jake N. and Mac M. My overall experience was them was a 10/10. I am definitely gonna purchase my next car for them. If you’re looking for a car and keep getting told no I definitely say go to them, they really help me out and put me in a car that I love.
