Miranda is amazing! She is professional, friendly and efficient. She assisted me with correcting an issue on an RX that was filled the previous day for my Dad. She made the process so easy! Walgreens is lucky to have such an awesome young lady representing their store.

Very strange pharmacy staff. I had an appointment yesterday for the Covid vaccine. I was told by the counter girl that it would be about an hour, unless I wanted to “come back at another time.” My husband had dropped me off, so I simply asked when another good time was….ol’ girl started rambling about how “we’re in a pandemic” and they’re so busy and sometime when they have a 2nd pharmacist….it confused me because she was acting like I was belligerent when I was being perfectly civil and just wanted to know when they wanted me to come back! I ended up ending the conversation by telling her I would stay just to get out of talking to her. And it ended up being only about 5 minutes so no harm no foul….still, that girl was very weird

I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes now. At least, I am assuming I am on hold. No human has actually picked up the phone and asked me to hold, they just pick up and put me on hold. Finally got an answer and spoke to an exceptionally rude Tech. Will be pulling all prescriptions and moving to Publix.

Poorly managed. Rude staff.

In person it’s 50/50 on how helpful they’ll be. You can FORGET using the phone, I stayed on hold for a total of 45 minutes over the course of two different attempts at calling them (both times was hung up on). They had a vital prescription for hours before even putting it into the system. I could understand taking a while to fill it but with it not in the system I start calling doctors and such to see if it’s even been sent or is at the correct pharmacy! Honestly, I’ll be switching to the CVS across the street because this is NOT the first issue I’ve had with them.

Our son takes a daily medication and EVERY single month there’s an issue with the refills. On top of that theres always a 50/50 chance of there being an issue with any prescription.

Needed passport photo. Called in advance and was told I could get right in. Only one photo machine in store (that’s the only way they can print passport) and customer was monopolizing it. Waited 30 minutes and left.

I love my little Walgreens Ryan always knows my name and in a town the size of Daphne that means a lot to me! Super sweet and so helpful!

Our insurance changed 1/1/20 so we moved all our RX’s to Walgreens from CVS. First time I went in to get set up the staff was super helpful and friendly. Delphine (not sure that name is correct) took several minutes getting my new info and setting me up with text alerts etc. Thanks Walgreens for making the transition so smooth. 👍

Can never seem to run insurance consistently. Sometimes I pay $0, sometimes I pay $4, sometimes I pay $6 for the exact same prescription, then fight with me when I explain how they need to run it. Moving my prescription somewhere else.

The store is fine, store staff is super nice. One particular employee in the pharmacy is not, however. And I didnt quite appreciate how he has handled a couple of prescriptions for me. For this reason, I have transferred all prescriptions to a competitor.

I have used this pharmacy since 1999 and have never had a problem until recently. The new woman, Antoinette, in the pharmacy is the rudest person that has ever waited on me. She is consistently rude so I know she isnt just having a bad day. She needs a big lesson on customer service. 5 stars to the rest of the store/pharmacy.

Called the pharmacy. On hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called a second time, on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on again. If you’re not going to answer our calls, maybe don’t put us on hold!?

The workers are fine, but the incessant everyone is busy right now every 10 seconds is simply irritating. Why cant someone just simply answer the phone, you know, kind of the purpose of having one?

I would have given 5 stars but the pharmacy tech Antoinette is incredibly rude! She might as well wear a sign thats ”I hate my job”. Everyone else is so friendly and helpful.

Drive thru wait 20 minutes, again. Two lanes, two cashiers. Why is this so difficult. Hire someone away from McDonalds who knows what to do.

Wife and I get most of our prescriptions here and have never had a bad experience

The girl in pharmacy, beyound rude. . Before she or myself say a word, shes rolling her eyes and says huh?

The girl that rang me up at the front register was rude and you could tell she really didnt care to be helping anyone. Very disappointed
