Great way to satisfy a sweet tooth with many flavors to choose from (or mix up) and many delightful toppings. My favorite is the vanilla frozen custard and the espresso flavored frozen yogurt. 👍🏼👍🏼

Good selection of flavors. I wish they would make it easier to see which flavors were low fat. Seems like most were full calorie. Plenty of toppings. It’s a little pricey but it’s delish.

The place smells absolutely horrendous! Sour! sour! sour! The yogurt and sorbets and toppings looked and tasted fine though. The two girls working were givin major stink face to a family that came in after us

The staff was great. The yogurt was good. The only thing is that the chairs were dirty but the tables were clean. I know it is hard to keep everything clean just being honest. We will definitely be back though. 😁

My fave place in town to grab a cold summer treat. So many yummy flavor options that change with the seasons. They have both frozen yogurt and sorbet. The topping selections are so fun, from boba and mochi to chocolate rocks and hot caramel, sour gummies, cereal, and much more.

We love Kraze! The kids love all the flavors. I like the sorbet options, and we all love the candy toppings! Ive always had great service here too.

This place is great! You get to choose your ice cream and toppings. They charge by weight. Prices are very resonable. Tge one was clean and staff was very friendly.

I take my kids here every Sunday after church. The kids love this place. They have lots of variety, truly something for everyone! The atmosphere is bland but very family friendly. They usually have disney music and movies playing quietly in the background. The location is pretty nice and there is plenty of parking.

We always enjoy trips to Kraze, even before it changed owners. Its never packed, probably because we come close to closing time. The toppings are fresh and plentiful to choose from as are the frozen yogurts. Prices are pretty good too.

My wife absolutely loves this place. Everytime we drive to New Orleans she makes us stop here. She will even go so far as to complain that they arent open at 7am in the few times we are driving early in the morning. 🤣Very big and great selection of frozen yogurt with a ton of toppings. Very clean and very cost friendly.

One staff had mask on, one did not. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Ugh this place is so good! I was hoping not to like it so much lol. But we make at least two visits a week there. So many flavors and toppings to chose from. Super nice staff.

Large selection of ice creams and toppings. They have different size cups and charge by the weight or a flat rate if you exceed their designated weight. It can get expensive fast. My suggestion, pick your cup and fill it over the top by as much as you can because the way the do it, a cup 3/4 full will weigh to much and toss you in the flat rate pay, so you matters well fill it 3 foot above the cup, it will be the same. 3 people was $24 on our visit and not knowing, we had 3/4 cups full and fell into their flat rate price, it was good and the place was clean.

Watermelon sorbet with chocolate add-ins. Was delicious! Staff friendly and helpful.

Went to the store in Daphne today at 12:15 and they werent open. Young lady unlocked the door and told us they werent open they were cleaning the machine. 5th time here we were really disappointed.Posted this last week and really need to apologize. Was having a bad day. We love this place, staff is awesome, choices are great. We were there today.

Great friendly service, loved the option to purchase flat rate cups but they did not have sugar free options. So unfortunately not low carb or diabetic friendly. Hopefully they will get some options that include froyo sweetened with stevia for healthier options so I can enjoy with my family next time!

Some machines were down, so choices were limited. Good variety of topping choices. The store seemed a little unkempt, but overall was nice. Staff was very pleasant.

My fiancee and I dropped in there a few months back. Their internet was down; hince no cash registers, no credit cards. The young lady in charge (Danielle) did a fabulous job using her cell phone as a calculator and a stack of paper to record cash sales and keep the business running.

The frozen yogurt was good but the customer service was horrible. The employee was talking to her friend the whole time she was checking me and my sister out. I had to talk to her to even get her attention.

We are from Panama City Beach, FL and were staying in Daphne to spend mothers day with my grandmother and family that are in Fairhope. We stopped in here on Saturday May 13 about 8:30pm with four kids in tow after eating dinner. While we were checking out there was another lady checking out as well. This lady bought a $40 gift card and asked the cashier to give it to us. We were extremely grateful and it touched our hearts. After sitting and eating our yogurt and discussing what the lady did, we decided to pay it forward to another family that came in as well. In doing so, I took the same gift card with $22.50 still left on it to the cashier (younger red head with short pig tails) and asked her to use it on another family. We then cleaned up our mess and went out to the car which was parked right in front of the store. We sat there and watched the same cashier check out several people with children and she never once used the gift card. Every customer handed her their own form of payment. I was hoping that this cashier would do as I asked and use the card but she did not. This just blew my mind. How could this person not use the card that was given to be used on other people. Very disappointed in our experience and will never return and neither will any of our family who live in the area.
