I was very impressed with the security. If you dont use your own access code to get in the gate, then open your unit, the alarms will sound. So your stuff is protected even from other unit renters. The lighting and cameras help even more. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The facility is kept in immaculate condition and the security is good. Stephanie has been exceptional to deal with: always helpful and ready to assist when needed. I have to reason to use any other storage company.

Where are the lights within the individual storage spaces? Ill remember to bring my flashlight. I have to hunt down a buggy to haul all my stuff! And the small step in between the entrance to the storage unit and the driveway? This makes it difficult to move a heavy load with a cart. Wasnt there any forethought? Sigh.

It took me a couple of days trying to find the right storage for me. Im pretty picky, and wanted to be sure Im happy with everything before I went ahead to rent one. This place, I gotta say, I am impressed.I live about 40 minutes away, and its worth it. All other storage units out there I looked at, even 2 miles from my home, not impressive.The reason I like this place, its everything, really. Great and quick service. Cleanliness. Easy access. And the best of all, Im deaf, the woman was very friendly, and be patient to communicate with me, I appreciated it.Now, I feel good knowing my stuff there is safe and secured, and will be well taken care of due to perfect temperature inside. I am very pleased, and I definitely would recommend to anyone.

This location is in a league of it’s own. 24/7 access and renting, clean and well lit, excellent very new facilities and extremely helpful and friendly staff. They are also a Uhaul (Agent/location?) with trucks/vans ready to rent rent (also 24/7 via smart phone)

I just rented a storage unit from A Storage of Daphne and it was perfect for what I needed. The staff are great to work with. They can accommodate your every storage need. The facility appeared to be very secure and clean. Being away for the summer, this facility provided me the best place to store my college furniture while I was home over the summer. The units overall are priced very reasonably.

I needed a place to store an antique car that I inherited. Overall, Im happy with the location, ease of access, and security that A Storage of Daphne provides. It is a little pricier than some other units I looked at and/or have used in the past but for the peace of mind of having a clean facility with security and friendly customer service, Im willing to pay extra.

It is gated and secure so that I dont have to worry about my personal items and with 24 hour access through a secure code, I can get in and out at anytime. The people were really helpful. They reserved the unit for us for a couple of weeks until we needed it. We are going to use the truck they have available as well, which is a nice cost savings. The unit itself is clean and they have all the supplies you need for purchase there.

This is the second time I have used A Daphne Storage and Ive always been completely satisfied in all respects from move in to move out! Sign-up is a breeze and the person at reception is extremely friendly and helpful!

Dont ever use this company. Im a service member and have been serving this country for 8 years. I used them to store my belongings while I was transferring to my next unit. I had a moving company come and move everything since I couldnt be there in person due to my orders and the company must of left a lock on the unit after they were done. The storage company billed me for another month knowing I had moved out instead of getting ahold of me. The lady had known my situation and had contact information. If this is how they treat the men and women protecting this country good luck to everyone else.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Prices were in line with other units in the area, but this place is very convenient and easily accessible from Lake Forest. The 24 hr access is very nice as well.

Excellent place to deal with, rates are reasonable. Never had a problem with billing or accessing my unit 24/7. Staff even let me know I accidently left my unit unlocked once and locked it for me. Self-servce kiosk worked perfectly, no issues with the gates or anything else on the premises. Would definitely use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about A-Storage of Daphne. We are now in our second stint of using the storage facility, and Stephanie has again made our experience not only painless but also pleasant. The units are nice and easy to get into, and we never have experienced a problem with access at weird hours or shady people making us uncomfortable. Keep up the good work!!! The staff here are simply amazing. I rented a truck initially to get my excess stuff from pod to unit and the staff stayed late to help me! How often does that happen? Each time you go to get in... Your gate code provides an extra lock, as the unit will not open if you dont have the code to get through the gate.After you get through the gate, you can then go to your unit and only then can you open your padlock to enter your unit.The units are temperature controlled, not to forget, U-haul affordable trucks of verying sizing are available on site.They have a pay machine for bill paying, just in case the office is not opened. The office is stocked with: nearly every thing you need; including essential padlocks and protective covering, boxes, tape, ECT.Clean and kind.
