Best body shop out there! They have the kindest people and the fairest prices. After hitting a deer my car had major damage but at Spectro they fixed the car up perfect in less than a week and for a very good price. I highly recommend getting your car’s body fixed here!

Had my shark fin antenna knock off by my garage door and it left a protruding hole on my cars roof. Went to the dealership to have it reinstalled and was told that it needed some body works. Found this place on Google and drove straight. I was greeted by Joshua and he was HONEST & STRAIGHTFORWARD. He told me it was a simple fix that dont need body works. He fixed the protruding hole and did it FREE! I appreciate his HONESTY by not trying to rip people off. He would have made an easy money but he never did. Well RECOMMENDED!

I brought my beloved Dodge Neon 2001 to this location because it has a very rusted rear wheel well & the rust start to creep underneath the rear door (has been rusted for almost 3 years now) .... met with Joshua & he promised to cut the well, weld a piece of metal & curved it to the same exact original shape ... He did the a fantastic job on the car, the well looks as brand new totally piece of Art, thank you so much for that when some other body shops even refuse to do any repair on it (one of them told me that there is nothing left to restore) ... price was very reasonable & repairs done on time !

Joshua and his crew were great again. Second time going through this shop with our family cars and both experiences exceeded expectations. Had a small scratch from someone backing into me. Joshua came to take a look and fixed it immediately because it was just a paint transfer. The fender looks new again. Didn’t charge me anything for the quick fix! Great trustable place for body work.

I would give more stars if it were possible. This place is wonderful! My son had his car repaired here and when someone side swiped my new Jeep, my son told me to bring it to Spectro and Josh would take care of it. I brought my truck in and explained that I desperately needed the truck back by a certain date. Josh assured me it would be done on time and it was! The work is incredible. You can’t tell there was any damage at all. Price was very reasonable also. I can’t thank Josh and his shop for the amazing job and the speed in which they were able to do the work. He has definitely earned my trust and my future business.

Got my bumper painted here they did a wonderful job it matches the paint on my car perfectly.

I would give them 10 starts if possible, they really deserve this.My Honda Civic front bumper got damaged on passenger side and would need to be replaced, Joshua fixed it in a way that i didnt have to change it. I was concerned about color match but the fix was done in a way that no color needed to be added. We are unable to tell if there was a damage to the front bumper. All the 5 star reviews are no fluke! Fantastic service and great people at this awesome shop. They were able to work with my insurance company, and despite a delay caused by them, got me my car back to me late on a Friday to get me going for the weekend. On top of that, they even gave me a discount on an already fair price! Since it is rare that I ever need to take my car to an auto body shop I had to depend on word of mouth and website reviews. Both of these led me to Spectro Auto Body. The General Manager, Joshua Wyett, inspected the paint scratch on my car and gave me an estimate showing cost and expected time to do the work. Each was just as he said and I had my car back looking great....no signs of the paint scratches anywhere. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

Love this place!!! Wont take my car anywhere else for auto body work. Everyone was so friendly, the work was exceptional and the prices were lower than the competition! They even went the extra mile to order a hubcap for me, which was something aside from the repair that they noticed I needed!

Reasonable estimate

My mechanic discovered significant rust and a hole on my drivers side floor. What was shocking was the size of the hole which was approximately 12 inches in diameter with only the carpeting keeping outside elements and my foot from going through. Think driving like Fred Flintstone. My car is 13 years old with a solid engine. I wanted to see if I could repair the floor before harsh Chicago winter came and went to Spectro.The team at Spectro was awesome. Josh the owner talked through my needs and was understanding that I wanted to be cost conscious and more importantly safe.Josh was able to come up with a more than effective solution, getting rid of the rust and installing a new metal panel ensuring to carefully weld and rust proof the area and making sure it was sturdy enough to handle the elements. I was impressed by the quality, time to repair and reasonabe cost. You can tell that Josh and team care about quality and I appreciate the time he took.The Spectro team is awesome and I would recommend to anybody who needs any type is auto body work. I had an major accident in my Mercedes & mangled the front of my car. I was recommended by a close friend to take my car to Specrto. The staff was very helpful, professional & understanding. The shop was nice & clean. As promised the repairs were completed & the car was back to new condition again. As particular as I am, I couldnt find a flaw. Someone scraped the front bumper of my 2018 honda crv at work. And they didnt help to cover expense of the damage. I found spectro on google spoke to Joshua which was very helpful. He gave me a great price that way i wont have to make a claim through my insurance. $300 was the best price i can find plus gauranteed body work.

Vey pleasant experience! Place is very friendly and CLEAN. Clean matters to a person in healthcare people. Will definitely return for all the cars. Joshua didnt try to upcharge me and wasnt chasing after me for more money. He found me a used part same day and he staff fixed my car quickly. Prices are competitive and I liked the fact he offered to find me a used mirror instead of just quote me for new one.Was real about pricing, was even going to deduct money off the quote due to something not being needed. I got two other quotes elsewhere and the people werent knowledgeable and their quotes werent even correct for me car. Plus they tried to fix what some other body shop didnt do correctly without charging me. Oh and buffed out my car!Will most definitely return for future car needs and will refer!
