The store is always clean and well-organized, and more-importantly the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful!

My husband and I stopped by to this location on a Thursday night, closer to their closing time. The lady working that shift was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond for us! We ended up purchasing over $280 worth of items at least. I sincerely hope she holds a management position, as she made sure to great and help everyone while she was occupied herself.

Store# 222, Darien, IL. Terrible customer service by Justin, the assistant store manager. Highly rude when asked to price match! He refused to price match all together even though he confirmed the competitor’s price on his computer! Just lost a customer! Won’t be returning and will be escalating this to the corporate office!

The staff is always very helpful. It has a great selection, the only place I can find some items at reasonable prices.

Just stopped by to get some protein. I was the only person in the store, and both the older lady with glasses & younger guy at the counter asked if I needed any help when I walked in. I said no, I will do some perusing & let you know...The old hag in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES asks me if I have any questions while Im looking up online prices on my cell phone. LADY NO. I am not surprised, but this is very bad customer service. Listen to the customer. I said I would come to them with questions. This is what you do when you *think* someone is going to shoplift. I am never returning here...and likely going to completely stop shopping at VS all together. The prices have gotten too high & products are not worth the price. Hope she sees this review & learns now this hurts sales. Lucky I purchased anything at all!

Good selection, helpful staff

I buy my supplements at this store, they have a very high turnover of people working here it seems. Everyone have been nice and helpful, at times though some of the staff over state the product, not sure if it is due to ignorance of the product or desperation to sell. Either way, research what you want before you go to the store, I would not rely on what the staff recommend.

I enjoy shopping here, staff is helpful and knowledgeable ready to answer any of your questions. Overall, I always a good experience at his store. Yes, you can find some products online that are cheaper, but most of the time they have newer products that are not sold anywhere.

Friendly and not in your face. Helpful but will leave you alone when you tell them you dont need help. They had everything in categories and in alphabetical order.

Im in here several times a month, I always get the same supplements and they always have something new at the counter which is great. I dont need help finding anything because its laid out in a way that I know where to find exactly what I need. Its a great store and its open earlier than gnc, and its open late at night which is great for when im running late after work. Cant go wrong with their products.

They didnt have what i needed in stock, but the gentleman who greeted me immediately at the door offered to order it for me online and it would ship out within a week. I thanked him for his time and told him Id order it myself. The only reason i stopped in was because it showed they have it online.

Ivan is usually the only person I ask for advice he is the most helpful he is very knowledgeable with the way the body works and all the different supplements from lifting weights to staying healthy he knows it all.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly while being professional at the same time. He helped me find what I needed quickly and was talkative and funny.

After stating that my card would only be charged when items i requested (store itself had absolutely nothing in stock) were specialordered and delivered directly to the store for my pickup, after a week i finally looked into the situation and was horrified to find my card had been charged, without my receiving the goods. now im on the phone with totally unhelpful sales representatives- the reviews for store / this business were poor but thought i would give them a chance- seriously regretting it! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HEAR

Only reason i give 2 stars is because the staff is pretty helpful. You can find most products cheaper online, and I am not talking a couple bucks.. some items i have looked into purchasing were $10 more!!! THEY DO NOT PRICE MATCH! In this day and age when its so easy to place an order online and get it within a week, I wonder how companies like this stay in business.. then i see people walking in making big purchases overpaying for products and know thats how they stay in business.I recommend going here if you need something ASAP or have questions you need answers to (although you can find most answers online as well).
