We called to see options and how soon we could get in. Spoke with Vikki and squeezed us in the same day. We were purchasing new winter tires to go on our jeep which we had new rims we ordered already online to go with them so we were purchasing only the tires. But she did offer different rims if we did not like what we had to go with their tires. She was extremely informative!!! Very knowledgeable!!! Answered all questions we had in all the options we questioned about the tire options for the jeep. Great personality! Was an extremely great experience! We were just planning on dropping jeep off an come back next day or two when fit in but that team was great! Fit us in their schedule and out the same day!

Best customer service I have ever received from ANY business. They always have good information, patient answers, and a genuine willingness to make the customer feel welcome. I have been using this location for tires for three cars now (over 15 years) and I dont even live near the location. The customer service alone is what keeps bringing me back. Absolutely wonderful. I blew a tire while working, and the gentleman was SO nice on the phone and let me come in at 6:15 pm when they closed at 7 to get me a new tire. Had to get my tires rotated and checked out before a long distance trip to Boston. Nick was very quick and helpful in the rotation and giving me a couple tips as far as the health of my tires and the safety of the trip. My tire blew out in Business 61 North. A friend from Davenport met me there and we took my tire off the car and to Tires Plus right before closing time. Yet Nick, I believe thats his name, was compassionate to my situation and had the brand new tire mounted within 20 minutes and waited past closing time to ensure I got my tire. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. They couldve easily turned me away or tried to make an appointment, but I was serviced with a smile instead. Im so grateful. Friendly and fast.

My boyfriend services his truck at tires plus. Today I had to pick up the truck for him and I was completely taken a back by the exceptional customer service. They were courteous and took great time to communicate with him and me while he was at work on the service needed. I was so impressed I will definitely take my own vehicle there in the future!

BEWARE OF ONLINE APPOINTMENTS. I made an appointment online for Friday for my van and drove 40 minutes to get there by 5pm. I had my email confirmation of the appointment time. I called a few minutes before arrival to let them know we were almost there and they told me they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment (I had NO MISSED CALLS!) and they were too busy to do my oil change and tire balance. I told the rep that we had just drove 40 minutes to get there and really needed the service and they just said they do not have the time to do it. No offer of a discount or to try and reschedule with me for the next opportunity... They just said sorry, we cannot take your appointment. Seems like pretty bad customer service to me. I would recommend offering customers some type of consolation in this type of situation.

I had an alignment done on my Mercury at Tires Plus. Good price, friendly service, and quick turnaround.Overall, a much better experience than Theisens - right next door!

Really glad I came here. Had to get brakes and tires. Found the noise in the front that two other garages could not find. Pointed out some other work on the car that had been done and was done poorly. I highly recommend this place the guys here are really great and knowledgeable. Thanks

I had a great experience at this location. I was not impressed with other locations in the past but I can say with confidence that I would happily use these guys in the future. Eldris, the store manage was fantastic to work with. Very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable of everything and I felt I recieved a good deal after doing my research. Had an appt at 2:00 for new tires, dropped truck off at 1:30, left and ran errands, truck was not done until 5:30!!!!!!! When picking up truck my husband asked what took so long and the guy taking his payment said that because he left and didnt wait in the lobby he wasnt a priority. That is such BS. We waited around all day on a Saturday for his dang truck to be done and all because we didnt wait in their lobby they didnt honor our appointment. Will never come back here, hello Discount Tire! A place that ACTUALLY honors your appt time and takes 45 min to replace tires! Good riddance Tires Plus, 1st and LAST time we will be coming here, by the way tell the lady at the front desk to take a class in good customer service. Jeeze.

Would not recommend. Any offer they have has 100 asterisks next to it. Like their website says they price match.. well, thats only if they dont have a sale going on. With tires plus, you always get road hazard prevention!... well thats only if you pay for it.I also made my appointment online and when I talked to the guy on the phone (real sleazy salesman, cant remember his name) he goes on an on about how he has these tires on all of his vehicles (salesman lie #6 in the book of salesman lies). I tell him I have a price match and then backs up saying oh, well we only have three in stock but you can upgrade to the other ones and theyre way better and no one else has these for only $3 more. I show up the next day and what do ya know! I talk to a different sales guy and they have 4 in stock!Oh, and it took over 2 hours to get 4 tires changed.

Not impressed. Some of or most of the staff hasnt got a clue. Talks to me like Im not mechanically inclined. Bought tires for the truck and spend a decent amount of money so I brought the car here as well. Paid a little over $700 for a set of tires that are basically bald after 23k miles. The manufacturer says the tire will last 50k. Obviously a problem right? So I go in and talk to the employee. Says he will do everything he can to get it resolved and Ill get a phone call the next day. Its been a couple days..no phone call. Also tried to justify why the tires are bald while he inspected the car. Oh its the struts..well those are new..try again...oh sometimes its driving habits..nope..try again. Truck needs another set and I basically got screwed on the car tires so Ill be taking my business somewhere else.

This store is an absolute Life Saver!! We got a flat on a Sunday afternoon while traveling cross-country. This Tires Plus was the only tire store in all of Davenport, IA that would see us. We brought them the flat tire and they put on a new tire - and we were done in less than 30 minutes. Had they not been so helpful, we were looking at having to spend the night in a hotel and being late for work the following Monday morning. Thank you Thank you!!!

Walked in to the Davenport location and was immediately greeted with courtesy and genuine concern. Was treated with the utmost respect by each member of the team with whom I had contact.Everyone was wearing their face masks and exercised safety, considering this covid situation.The man of the hour was Eldris Gonzalez, the service manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of promptly and professionally. Not only did I get the best service, I also saved $20 over Discount Tire, and got my vehicle cared for in a fraction of the time. I was in and out of there before my appointment would have even begun at Discount Tire. Best place in town for tires, hands down!Go see Eldris Gonzalez and get the best tire service in town.

On my way out of town I realized I had an issue with my new tire (that was purchased elsewhere) in which air was rushing out of the valve. I stopped in at 8am on a Sunday morning and the gentleman helped me immediately. He quickly figured out the stem in the valve was bent, replaced it and double checked all my other tires. He didnt charge me and wished me a safe trip.

They do not know the work properly and over charge. They damaged my Rim covers while doing one service. They did not do Headlight restoration properly and I had to go back. The brakes did not work properly after replacement and i had to take car back..And they could not diagnose properly issue with wiring and were just doing hit and trial. Without any fix done they billed me 600$. One of the worst service center.

I was informed my brake lights were out pulled into tires plus .. A worker came from the back and he helped me Johnny on the spot ..didn’t set up appointment took the time to fit me in all of about 15 min meant everything he didn’t know I was on my way to do chemo treatment but I was able to go with a peace of mind knowing didn’t have to worry bout that .. customer service is everything and team work .. they both nailed it !!. Unlike some places I can order a tire online or anywhere else and bring it in not get any lip about rules or company policy putting on my car because I dont want to hurt my back. Sometimes they are busy for two days walk ins are hard but I went in on an appointment and think I was out in 15 minutes.

I showed up at 6:30pm, right before closing time with a flat tire as I was travelling through Davenport. I believe it was the lady named Jesse that helped me. I dont really remember 100%, all I know is that she took really good care of me. She checked all over my tire for a small leak and I absolutely loved how all of the staff stayed nearly an hour past their closing hours to help me with my flat as I would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere with no place to stay the night. Their are stars waiting for them up in heaven. Thank you to everyone there!

Shawn (the tech) did a great job fixing a bad flea spring shackle on my old truck. Even brought me back and pointed out some safety issues I didnt know about. Would recommend Shawn when you ever get service here.

Had a tire blow out at 4p on a Sunday, Kristy Marken went above and beyond beginning with my initial call telling me they would take care of me even though they were closing in half an hour.This lady deserves a raise, her customer service is stellar.

BUYER BEWARE!*Im not saying they give bad service but if you dont know a lot about cars they will try to rip you off.*Let me start by saying this negative review is not for lack of service. The people here do their job HOWEVER they will try to scam you into paying more money than you need to. I came in for a standard oil change for my 2012 dodge charger and the person behind the desk types it up on the computer. A standard oil change costs no more than $25-$30 max, and the invoice says $80. When asked the woman tells me that the expensive oil is whats recommended without even asking me if I wanted it.

Went in for an alignment the day after purchasing 4 new tires (elsewhere). All was good to go. 3 months later noticed major wear down on one of the rear tires so I went back for another alignment. The tech pointed out an issue to Kristy who showed me what was causing the wear down. I was a little upset because as Kristy noted this issue should have been brought to my attention the first time I got the alignment, which it was not nor noted on my account. Kristy immediately took responsibility for the original tech tech not mentioning the needed repair. Kristy and Eldris were wonderful working with me to get the repair done at a reasonable cost.

Service was fine and friendly but after patching my tire they over inflated it significantly. Glad I checked it on the way home.

We are from Wisconsin and on the way to Oregon. We picked up a nail in a tire and were looking to get the nail pulled and the tire patched. The fella from the shop came out and didnt bother to even look at it. All he said was that they were understaffed and overbooked. Not a very good way to take care of travelers.

My boyfriend and I were driving to Jackson, WY from New Jersey in a huge blizzard. We were calling to places around to see where we could get snow tires for our two wheel drive car! Warning people who want to have quality service completed on time. I had purchased my tires from tire rack online and had them delivered to this location. I brought my car in to have those tires mounted and I decided to wait for my vehicle. They said it would only take an hour and a half. After an hour my vehicle has still hasnt been touched. After waiting 4 hours I finally got out of this place.

Fast tire shop I ever been to

So I got a flat tire, put my donut on and went to tires plus to get two new ones. Everything went fine. Well I just opened my trunk for the first time since this happened because it seemed like something was moving around in the trunk and everything was just thrown in the trunk not even put away or even under the mat. Seriously? I just find it rude that you people cant take 5 minutes to put the donut back where it belongs.

I went in to get my tire patched and left with my tire pressure system light on. They put the wrong sensor in my tire causing this problem. Never again!Update: I talked to customer service and they were quick to resolve the problem. Got the sensor fixed right away! They are good at keeping their promise to get it right if it wasnt done correctly the first time.

Terrible. Dtr went in for 24.99 oil change. Ended up getting the more expensive one not by choice. Needed leaky tire checked, charge 30. Gets home low tire pressure, call they say just come back, go back need appt, third time in find out bball inn tire was never fixed, they cant fix, three trips in total waste of time. Never going back, will take business elsewhere. Too bad because i have 5 cars that need maintenance

Kristy rented me a car, knowing that they would have my car for about a week, I had no car, but thanks to Kristy, she rented me a car for 5 days, made my life easy, she is amazing.

They preyed on my 18yr old Daughter.She was sent in with a coupon for a FREE oil change. When she arrived she was told it would not cover the whole oil change because the car had High miles (125K). She was not given a choice between the two options. When they were done, her FREE oil change cost nearly $21.00. I will no longer due business here. Read the other reviews, this appears not to be an isolated event!When I let them know my next option was to write a review... she told me the internet was a 2 way street! So she was actually threatening retaliation, very unprofessional. This is the woman that RUNS the place. I think it may be time for a new manager.

I had just got 4 new tires and less than a month later one tire had a screw in it. I went in without an appt and Kristy got me in and replaced the tire with a new one and had me back on the road. The whole staff was very helpful!

We were traveling back from Nashville to Des Moines and we had a bad tire and needed a new one to make it back home! We called one place and it would be a 2-3 hour wait if they could get us in!!!! I called tires plus at 4:00 pm on a busy Sunday and the close at 5 :00pm ! I explained the situation to Kristy the Manager and she said they could get us a new tire and be on out way home by 5:00pm! Thanks to Kristy be and her staff we made it home safe!Thanks for the fantadtic service!

The staff is condensending and makes you feel like an idiot. They use technical jargon that the general public doesnt know about, but dont bother trying to explain what they are saying. They also try to sell you tires when they are not needed. Also, I dont understand the point in making an appointment if they are going to keep you here 3 hours for something that should take an hour. We will be going elsewhere for our tires in the future.

My friend went there on my recommendation for a new set of tires on her SUV. A week later after getting 4 new tires she had a flat. The tire pressure sensors were destroyed by the installation technician at Tires Plus. They asked her to bring it back in and supposedly repaired the sensors and replaced all 4 tires. A week later the sensors are not working again and they tell her to go to the dealer and have them replace the sensors and pay for it herself. If the company destroys a part of a vehicle that was operating perfectly prior to them touching it they should pay for the dealer to repair it not the customer. Avoid this place like the plague. Totally unprofessional

Made an appointment online days ago. Called today to confirm and was told my appointment wasnt valid because they were no openings. Well why is the website allowing people to make appointments, and giving confirmations? When was I going to be called to be informed that I wouldnt be able to get my vehicle in for service? Aggravating!!!!

My initial experience was great until 24 hours later I found out they had not fixed my tire like they said they did. I responded to the survey sent to me and was immediately contacted by the manager, James, apologizing for the mishap and telling me to come back anytime to make it right. I returned the following day only to find the message had not been passed onto the staff and I ended up needing two new tires. I was frustrated, so I replied to the second survey and was contacted right away. James went out of his way to make sure the situation was rectified and taken care of. He did more than enough to make up for the two previous trips I had to make and I will continue to do business with them because of that.

We had terrible service my husband took his truck here to find out what the noise was coming from under his front driver side tire they claim that was the rotors and that all four brakes and rotors needed be replaced and that it would be fixed after that. $1500 later the same thing is wrong. We scheduled an appointment for Monday December 21st at 7 a.m. by Tuesday December 22nd just before 7 p.m. we still hadnt heard anything from them as far as what was wrong with the truck. This was because they never booked the appointment. They got the truck in today the 23rd to find out what was wrong with it turns out it had nothing to do with the brakes, even though the brakes needed replaced, which my husband always does himself to save money. The only reason we paid them to do the brakes was because they said that was the issue that was causing the sound turns out it is something that can only be fixed at a dealership with their computer now we are out all of the money we spent on his brakes, parts and labor. Which parts are more expensive coming from a shop than they are from an auto parts store. So instead of telling us the correct issue so we could handle it properly they took our money for the brakes and are claiming that they did not misdiagnos the vehicle. Terrible management. And terrible service from the store manager (I believe his name was James). Thank God the customer service Center has way better customer service then the manager at the store! Hopefully it will all work out!
