Purchase was for the agency I work at. Felt the salesman was friendly and tried to be as helpful as he could be. Due to our non profit status we require a specific license plate. This was expressed at the beginning of the process. During the final stage of the sale, there didn’t seem an interest to assist with this. This has not been an issue with any other dealership we have bought vehicles from. We have a large number of vehicles in our fleet, many which will need to be replaced in the coming years. “Going the extra mile” means a lot to us when buying vehicles and securing return business.

Took my new truck I just bought from them paid $105,547.50 with only 28miles on it in to get washed and detailed so they could put the luxcare (1460.00) coating inside and out. I dropped it off at 9am said it would be about 4hrs which was fine, but when I got there to pick it up I started it up and it revved up to 6000 rpms I shut it off to see what was wrong and they had the floor mat under the brake pedal but over the gas pedal holding it down. Also I checked my mileage before dropping it off and they put 10 miles on it when I was told it wouldn’t leave the dealership. When I asked the lady said they probably went and got gas which I specifically said I didn’t want the free gas besides the gas station is not even 10miles round trip from the dealership. There was rubber compound up in the wheel wells from someone peeling out and the rockers are not even clean so they put the coating over top of dirt. My floor mat is muddy, I am not happy about this at all and will not be back.This review isn’t a reflection of my salesman Tom who was awesome to work with. I was completely happy with my purchase tell my truck went in for detail.

My salesman Jacob was very nice and started off very friendly and helping and after haggling back an forth for a whole day with my trade we finally came to an agreement and I wanted to go with my bank and they said thats fine, so they sent a buyers agreement to my bank and they make the check out and I switch my insurance over to the new truck and then called Jacob because he wanted to know when I was headed that way so he could have the truck ready he tells me that he has someone test driving the truck, I asked him why he was showing the truck to another person when we already had a deal made he responded with Well we only had a gentlemans agreement and we never signed anything so I dont have to honor that and I can sell the truck to whoever and I think i can get more from this guy and he hung up with me I will never be going to any of the Van Horn locations ever and I will be telling anyone I can about this.

This was my first online buying experience anywhere, it was overall a pretty positive and straight forward purchase process. My salesperson Jacob started the process by sending two videos of the vehicle I was interested in buying so I could see both the inside and outside of it in greater detail.
