Good people. Pretty busy so a long wait with technical issues. Our guy (corey i think) was pretty knowledgeable and decently friendly.

Jadyn was great! Went to another location didnt get the help i needed but Jaden took care of us!

Corey did an excellent job of helping me select the best phone and plan. Helped me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one. I give him a 10 out of 10!!! So professional, helpful and just plain NICE!!!

Jaden was great waited for awhile at other location got to the location she was at and was assisted right away!

AJ did an excellent job aiding me in the store; he has a strong work ethic and truly cares about the client. I suggest this location to anybody searching for excellent customer service in a warm and welcoming setting.

I always hate trying to pick out a phone, I never know what to get since there are so many options. I told my salesman what I use my phone for and he brought out 2 options for me. Its SO MUCH easier to pick between 2 phones vs a wall of phones. I appreciate their knowledge of phone to know which ones would best fit me.

Hello ~ I went into the Davenport location to upgrade my phone and had an absolute 5 star visit! Ryan, the associate, also gets a 5 star rating! The other associates were great also. It was so refreshing to have great customer service. Ryan was very patient and respectful with me. My Note 8 decided it was time to die... so I did an online order to pick up at store and it turned out to be the nightmare of my life... by the telephone customer service. Corey and AJ were amazing and practically bent over backwards so that I would walk out with a working phone. We made light of it and had a few laughs... but I walked out with my new phone in working order. I will definitely go see them again for my phone needs... trust me.. just go see them!!

Went to Davenport TCC about a week ago and had an issue with my phone case and AJ helped me find a better fit for my phone. He was super nice and helpful. Returned to Dav. TCC tonight because of phone service issues and Ryan helped us. He addressed all of our concerns and took great care of us. He made sure everything was resolved before we left and he made sure to give us his contact number in case we had anymore issues. I have been to a few TCC locations and I can say the Davenport TCC is by far the BEST in the area. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service! Thank you Ryan and AJ 😊

I wanted to share my experience on Memorial Day at this Verizon location. IT WAS FANTASTIC! Not only did Corey save me $25 a month on my current plan he was able to add a My-fi that will allow me to have Internet access when we are camping! It was very refreshing for a sales rep to find out what I needed and go the extra mile to save me as much money as he could while providing the exact service I needed! I would recommend Corey and the staff at this location to anyone and I will be going there for all of my Verizon needs from now on!! Thank you Corey!!

Stopped by TCC because the corporate store on Elmore has been less than helpful in the past and they were closing early- turned out to be a great decision.Corey, AJ, & Adam are ridiculously knowledgeable about Verizon’s service options and devices, all while being crazy friendly and super helpful. TCC is lucky to have a group of employees that represent their company so well.After talking to them we also learned of all the great things TCC does to support the local school districts and charities. Good company, great employees. Save your time dealing with the corporate store- come let these guys take care of you.

We came here to get my mom a new phone and received outstanding service! Welcoming group of employees that are all knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. My mom has come in here before with phone issues and they have always understanding and have helped to solve her cell phone problem. I would highly recommend coming here for any Verizon cell phone issue. A special thanks to Cory for helping me get the correct phone today (after three decision changes on my part).

Short wait time, JC was very helpful, courteous to myself and the customers ahead of me. He seemed very knowledgable, I left with my concerns taken care of as it seems the customers before as well.
