I had them for a short time for my oxgen supplier got threats from their billing department with bill collectors and repo of their equipment all while I was trying to pay bill they are rude and very un professional I will not recommend or do bussniess with them ever !!!

Definitely A+ rating on the staff at this location! Eileen, Valerie and the rest of the group go above and beyond the call of duty whenever I have a problem or question to answer. Their knowledge of the equipment and general helpfulness is refreshing since customer service seems non existence any where else.Highly recommend them whenever you need medical supplies, equipment, etc...Annie

We switched oxygen providers because Mom needed an Inogen portable oxygen concentrator in order to encourage her to walk after a hospitalization, and the E cylinders were jyst too much to handle. There were only 2 oxygen providers that rent these machines. One, a “main” provider in the QC’s gave us a big spiel about their product and that Mom wouldn’t have any problem being accepted and then the business office took 2 weeks to “check her qualifications” then denied her, never notified us and wouldn’t return calls. I walked into Apria and what a relief! They listened to our needs in a very compassionate way, showed me the equipment they offer, called Dr for paperwork and in 4 days she was approved and her in home set up appointment was scheduled. The man who brought the equipment was thorough, very patient with Mom’s dementia, and helpful. Since receiving her equipment she can now take herself to the dining room and enjoy some freedom! If I was to scam people the way they do, Id be in prison. How do they continue to get away with this? They bill customers for products they were not given and then randomly ship and bill customers for products never ordered. Nobody at the office will help. You have to call and leave a message on their automated system then they simply dont call you back. Dont take my word for it, just google them and see the thousands of people that they have, and continue to, scam.
