No longer able to quickly service spas that they sold. Basically they admit to being out of the spa business, but only after verbal confrontation, which I despise. Just another typical Davis business, as in short on expertise long on talk. If I was running such a business I would have gone to spa maintenance classes spa repair classes before I would have chucked an entire successful line of spas but instead theyd rather sell paint and blinds things that require minimal competence.

They are always willing to help. I needed some to teach me how to balance my swim spa water. No problem helping me. This time was looking for a repair person to help me fix my swim spa .They are not selling spas, however still was willing to pass along numbers of people that might be able to help me. They sell a large selection of home specialty items. I would always recommend them for pool and spa supplies.

Home Trends installed a new pool system for my mother and the bottom filters never worked. There was no suction coming from the bottom filters. Dirt and debri started to cover bottom of pool. I made three attempts to work with Paula to get it fixed, and the last email she sent was saying the pool service company my mother hired to check water chemicals was now responsible for her pool and equipment.This is so unethical and wrong, considering the amount of money my mother paid. A brand new pool, brand new water, and brand new equipment should not result in a cover of dirt laying on the bottom of your pool. Legal action will now be taken. My mother never received the manuals or paperwork either.

I was walking by, not even on the property and the owner/manager wearing a black and white shirt came out and told me to get out of here in a very rude and unprofessional tone multiple times. This is not any way a business should operate or treat its customers. The lady did not even give me a chance to explain myself, she just kept yelling at me with hate in her voice. Whether it was because I was of a darker skin tone, I dont know, but Ill give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was having a bad day. Steer clear of this place. Rude people. Any kindness they put on is a facade to sell you things.

Really has something for every home. Such a beautiful store and it smells amazing! Must see!

They are amazingly helpful, always service oriented, and want to help you with anything - in the most inexpensive ways for you. I have bought a spa from them, chemicals, replacement parts, and many other things. Theyll advise you about whatever you need, thinking about what is best for you.

I work down the street from Davis Home Trends and I love visiting this gem of a store. This is my go to place for unique gifts and last minute finds on my way to lunch with a friend. I just visited yesterday and they now have their Christmas Collections out. I look forward to this every year!! My Husband loves the Pillow, sheets and bedding I found here last year. Definitely my favorite store in Davis!!!
